This review is 5 starts for Matt’s professionalism in sorting out the issue with my Morimoto headlights. Not only did Matt do his job but I feel he went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. Matt even emailed me while on another call acknowledging my voicemail that is incredible service.
I have been ordering parts and building my 2017 Mustang GT for the better part of 18 months now from multiple places and I have to say that because of Matt Henschke going out of his way and helping me with an alternative solution, when the part I needed(due to safety issue) was back ordered 3-5 weeks, Steeda is the ONLY place I’ll be ordering my parts from moving forward, and I’m all the way in Vancouver, WA. 10 out of 5 stars to Matt!!!

My experience has not been good. I ordered an item and before it was even delivered we decided to trade in the car. I immediately shipped the item back to Steeda, never opened. They have had the item in there possession for a week now and I keep getting told that it takes some time to get to things in the back. Ive called four times and have never once received a call back. Its not acceptable...and I dont want any excuses about COVID-19. Get on the ball, go find my package, and get it processed. Bad customer service spreads quickly!
While doing a clutch swap I found myself in a pickle, I remembered that steeda was local to my friends shop and probably the only one that would have a flywheel in stock ready for me to pick up. So we hopped in the car and headed their way with an ETA of 5:28pm, we were under the impression that they closed at 6pm giving us plenty of time to get parts. We contacted steeda but did not know that we were speaking to the Pompano, FL location, verified that the parts were in stock. Upon arrival we were greeted by Julia who informed us that they were getting ready to close at 5:30pm. We explained our situation and was immediately helped by Julia, Matt, and John. Despite us walking in as soon as they were closing, they worked with us to get us the part we needed to get our car back on the road. There was great conversation had while waiting for parts to be gathered, definitely a great bunch of people and the reason why I continue to do business with steeda. Customer service unmatched!!! Matt Henschke was a great help to a problem I had with my SCT tune tool!I had been working with SCT for over a year to resolve a heated O2 sensor problem that they were not sending any data and the car would not pass emission tests. The SCT people determined that I had a defective programming tool. I sent the old one to them and they sent me a new one. Did not know the new one was lacking the Steeda tune. Matt was good to send me a new tune for the new device at no charge! My problem is still there but at least I know a company that has great customer support like Matt and Steeda!I would rate them at A+++++Bill Boehly

Bad experience over all with communication with ETA on when I would receive my order. It has been well over a month since placing my order, which no where did it state on the site when placing the order they were out of stock and still do not have them. Each time I have reach out I got it will be the end of the week, then 1-2 weeks, then 3 weeks after the 1-2 week it was an ETA of end of the next week. I get that there are delays these day but nothing like this. Especially considering the item was not out of stock when I placed the initial order. Then when you check the website now. There is nothing that states the item is out of stock. Not sure what is going on. I will give an update on how long this actually takes .
Ordered a part, called same day and confirmed to be shipped no signature, called 5 days later and was told they forgot my order. Gave them a chance and mentioned the no signature request. Shipped it signature required. Will have to wait for two attempts and a return to them before I can get a refund. Meanwhile my car is sitting in limbo at the mechanics. Totally negligent never again!
I had a local shop install a bunch of suspension parts from Steeda. Afterwards I noticed my drivers side was making noise. After taking it back to the shop who tried everything to find out what the issue was they could not figure it out. I was at that point SOL. The shop didnt give me any kind of guidence or help on where or what I should do next. Rather then waste time trying to go to another shop, I contacted Steeda online. I was talking to TJ who also posts on a forum I belong to. He was the main reason I decided to purchase the suspension kit in the first place. I was at this point willing to travel to Steeda which I had originally palnned on doing to have everything installed anyways. He had Mike D. contact me to trouble shoot and since that didnt work had an opening for me to go to Steeda headquarters in just 2 days. I took the 3 and half hour trip. Jamie the tech found the problem and fixed it. They stand behind their parts and their customer service is top notch. I might have had to spend a little in gas money, but they took care of the issue and treated me good. My car drives great and I couldnt be happier.

My Steeda jack rails for my 2018 Ford Fusion Sport have completely rusted out after one mild season. I tried to post a review on there site with pics but they didnt allow it, Im very disappointed with the quality I just waisted money on something that is now sitting on the floor. I contacted them and they didnt seem to care this was back when I first noticed it happening about 3 months of having them on. Thanks Steeda for draining my wallet with rust bars.

Ordered a Ford OEM part for my 2016 Mustang through Steeda because they had literally EVERY other website beat on the price (American Muscle, CJ Pony Parts, LMR, eBay, even my local Ford dealer!) In fact, I thought it was too good to be true. Unfortunately, I had to wait a month to receive the part because it was on backorder, but that’s on Ford and the pandemic, so no fault of Steeda. Brian D from customer service took the time to send me a courtesy email letting me know what was going on which was much appreciated.
Matt H is fantastic. I cannot recommend using Steeda enough!
The ONLY reason im giving Steeda 5 stars is because of the customer service had it not been for them (Scott & Heather) i would be giving them a 1 star rating. To begin i ordered shocks that the site said they had in stock which they didnt and vertical links that came with missing parts but your CSAs were on top of it and got me squired away with little to no time wasted. you really cant ask for better customer service.
If you want your steeda parts installed correctly, make the drive to Florida or GA and do it. Last year I had almost the entire Steeda Parts catalogue installed on my mustang...and several items not even in their brochure.Service was fast, there was no BS, it is installed right, it works right. Zero issues. Dont mess with local installers if you are in the area and can make the drive, trust me on this.
Placed several calls prior to being connected to Matt. I inquired about driving down from the Atlanta area to the Georgia shop to have the q series front fascia installed at the shop. I was also considering having some exhaust and suspension work done as well. My inquiry involved requesting him to possibly have the fascia painted by a shop near them and coming down for the install. If not I was going to have it painted here and shipped to them. I thought it would be great if mustang guys could do the work on my 19 s550 gt premium. Matt said he would call me back, its a month and a half later Im still waiting! Very disappointing I was hoping for a much better customer experience, not even a return call for 1.5k to 2.5 k worth a parts and install business and an opportunity to see the shop and have mustang/car enthusiasts do the work, sad.

Have been doing business with Steeda in Valdosta for 3-4 years now. Matt Henschke is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!! Have done business with several other aftermarket companies online and have not had near the customer service I have experienced with Matt and Steeda in Valdosta. I live several hours away and have had them install everything on the car at the facility. Great work on all the installs and Matt always went out if his way to make sure I was comfortable during the time I was waiting. Matt Henschke and Steeda are the absolute cream of the crop

I appreciate your honest feedback, as it makes us better overall. Your particular review brought to light a unique situation where a return of an invisible product like a tune, pushed us to alter our processes for RAs on customers who would like to return a tune. Since it isnt a physical product, we never received any product - which is why there was a hold-up on the paperwork. Since there was nothing to physically process, it fell short in our warehouse. Weve since fixed this process on our end to prevent anyone else from having to go through a wait like you did. I hope this helps alleviate the concern on your end.Although my initial recommendation was negative, It is very likely that i will do business again with Steeda and you can rest assured that they will take the time to make things right if they go awry.**origional review**took 26 days to get a refund. called after waiting 14 business days, accounting did the refund as a store credit. ??? but said they would correct it and refund would take 3-4 days to hit my account. after 6 days still no refund. submitted a dispute claim with my credit card company on a saturday and within 1 hr i recieved an email from steeda for reciept of refund. took me playing their game of hardball to get my refund. due to this experience i cannot say i will be likely to do business with them again. i really want that steeda hood though. but if something is wrong with it will they exchange/refund with out making me submit a dispute to get my money back? who knows. do not buy their tunes if you have nitrous. they do not do nitrous tunes but also do not inform you of this on the product detail page.
Emailed them multiple times about the rear sway bar for my vehicle, I was told it would work for my vehicle then I got it and discovered it wouldnt work. Went to send it back and they ended up making me pay 40 dollars for shipping for their miscommunication. Other than that Ive gotten a lot of their products and they work great!

Being a Mustang lover, I have been following Steeda since high school. However, it wasnt until recently that I ordered my first Steeda products for my 12 Fusion Sport. This included upgraded suspension components (lowering springs and rear swaybar), CAI and tuner. The reps at Steeda were fantastic. They provided great advice based on what I was looking for, and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Their support staff was even accessible (on a Saturday) when my mechanic had a specific question regarding a code for the tuner.The products were shipped timely and arrived without any hassle, and overall, the process was incredibly smooth. This is a great company and they take very good care of their customers. I will most definitely be doing business with Steeda again in the future. Thanks guys!

I have ordered several parts from Steeda over the years. The first batch was exhaust components, front tower brace, and Stop the Hop package for my 2003 Cobra. Those components seemed to function well, and my installer, though he got them in, commented that he was surprised that they did not fit better/easier. I didnt think much of it, and motored on. Fast forward several years later, but only a couple of thousand miles (car currently has 50k, NOT a daily driver). I ordered a laundry list of suspension components including sway bars, dampners, springs, ball joints, linkage, etc. etc. ALL at the Steeda salesperson suggestion when I outlined what I wanted to do for the car. These parts ARE NOT installing the way they are billed as going in, NOT altering the ride height as advertised, and NOT lining up with one another. My installation tech has called several times for technical support from Steeda but is unable to get any straight answers or advice beyond what amounts to a giant shrug. I was present during one of these calls, and it is clear that no insightful help is being offered. I also have written to Steeda twice with my concerns and with questions, and have received ZERO response. This is not my first time around the block with aftermarket components for cars. I am a 41 year old professional, and own 4 cars. I am not beating my cars, damaging them, or racing them. There is no reason these components, all essentially ordered from Steeda based on their advice, should not be plugging directly into the car. Furthermore, whatever issues are cropping up should be able to be addressed by proper Tech Support from Steeda. If Steeda is willing to work with me and my installer, then I may change my review or retract it. But as of now, they appear to have sold me components that do not work as advertised, do not work with each other, and have no technical support to back them up. If this issue remains unresolved, I will ship all components back to Steeda, take up the cost of the components with my credit card and seek other courses to settle the cost incurred by my installation technician.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I ordered parts from them for my dad for Christmas, half of my order arrived no problem, the other half wasnt sent to my shipping address, it was sent to my billing address. So it was stolen, I called them told them what happened and they told my before they could fix the problem and sent me my parts to the right address they had to file a claim. A month went by and I kept calling and they wouldnt return my calls, they were doing nothing to fix there mess up. They kept telling my the only way I could get my parts was to buy them again! Then they finally sent me my parts again I was waiting, waiting, waiting, and believe it or not they sent it to the wrong address again!!!!!! They I called them to tell them they messed up again and they got an attitude with me, and now I still havent received my package because it keeps getting redirected to try to get it to the right address. This it by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, I will never order anything from steeda autosports again.
