Great customer service, quality work, and the duration for services is one of the best Ive experienced.

I was having difficulty finding someone locally to change my battery on my vehicle. I had already been to three local auto businesses with no luck. Finally Anthony at Walmart in the service department said they could handle it. Not only did they help me with the battery, they were all very courteous, timely and professional. They are very fortunate to have Anthony working for them. He is a huge asset to this company.

Under new supervision, best decision made! Better techs and service! I went to walk around the store, and before I could get to the fishing aisle good, I got a text, my truck was ready!!! Yes sir!!! 5 stars all around. Mrs. Betty at the register is soooo sweet, you can see her smile thru the mask! Keep up the good work James!!!

Says open from 7am to 7pm lies. Drove 35 miles to have tire repaired got there at 5:27 pm guy says were closed. Told him they need to change on their website and he catches a attitude.

Workers lazy and extremely unprofessional. There was a worker in the inside by the name of Virgil that was rude. My brother and I were returning a battery. My brother placed the battery on the counter and he didnt say anything to us after standing there for over five minutes. When another worker came up and asked him what we needed help with, He said I have no idea I then said, He had no idea because he didnt even ask us. Walmart really needs to hire better workers in the tire center. My husband even had a battery stolen by them a while back thankfully it was replaced by Walmart.and my brother had a few tools stolen by them about a year ago while having a tire changed. Not all of the workers are bad acting. All of the caucasian workers were professional. It was only the African Americans that were disrespectful. Im a black woman... The truth is the truth

I was there 09/25/20 and my wait was decent for a oil change but I feel the staff was rude and did not explain well what the different prices were for. The young man kept insisting that I check out there when I said I wanted to continue to shop. For what I paid I could have gone to my regular place and paid for a oil change and got everything fixed/checked with out the rude/ pushy attitude. I will not be coming back, I would rather pay more for good friendly service then fast cheap rude service.

I was there to get a battery... I ended up leaving because of the wait just to purchase it. 3 people in front of me left as well. They lost a lot of money in the 30 minutes I was in line, I can’t imagine how much they lose everyday because of their inefficiency.

The staff did a great job taking care of my car. The price is incredibly affordable and it helps that they also check all of your fluid levels and top off any that are low. Its great to be able to drop your car off and do your shopping. They were busy when I went but the were still done with my car in about an hour. Ill definitely be going back for my next oil change.

Former employee here. Management is awful, staff is underpaid and over worked. When I left we had 4 guys total (including me). We had faulty equipment so it would launch tires and constantly not work or break. We worked for months without a manager over us because anyone they hired was fired right after due to them wanting to make things better. The techs who work on your car are good just dont plan to be in and out. No one called home office because we were told we would be fired if a call would be made. We believed that because they did fire a tech over refusing to inflate playground balls. In the end just go somewhere else. Its awful for everyone.

Got new tires. Have to say that it was quicker than I figured they would be. Was in and out in around an hour. The tech that did my work was very professional. Thanks all.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change when there was only one other car before me. then computers were down and they brought us to three different places just to check making both my boyfriend and i extremely late to our jobs because who would have thought a 30 minute oil change would be over two hours long?????

Tried buying tires here a few times​, getting flats fixed, and oil changed but Ive never been successful. Theyve never answered the phone and if you go up there, whatever size tire requested takes a few days to come in. Better off paying a little more from locally owned shops and getting treated like a person instead of like a disturbance.

My gf arrived to have my oil changed in my car, twothours later and she was still waiting. There was only one person ahead of her. Could have did it myself in 20min with having to jack it up and everything. Not sure what takes everyone here so long. Sorry bunch of mechanics. If you have to take it to Wal-Mart, take it to the other one on perimeter, never have a had a problem there.

I went to the walmart auto center next to Sams culb in Valdosta Ga to have 2 tires changed told them the correct size (even went out to make sure of size) waited 3 hours and finally watched my JEEP get pulled in and rear tires removed then work stopped. I waited ten minutes then went out to find out what was the hold up. I was informed that they didnt have the size in the brand that i wanted. And thats after my tires were off of the rims. Come to find out the clerk wrote the order for 16 inch rims and not for 17 inch rims. Needless to say i didnt get tires there. I went right next door to Sams club and was in and out in less than an hour.

If I could give a zero I would!! Thi is the most un helpful place we were traveling it was 6:30 in the evening and something happened to our tire. This tire center would not help us we were stranded because they wouldnt heph!! So do not bring your business here even if its less money the little bit more is worth it!!

They need aore honest and professional staff.

Whatever you do, go somewhere else! This is the slowest group of workers I have seen in my life! The wait times are horrible! Everyone moves slowly, and half of them just talk, or stand around with theirhands in their pockets! Terrible!

Dont go!! Takes entirely too long for a simple oil change... They move in slow motion.deliberately so it appears. ....Never again for me!
