I recently had an AMAZING experience; I honestly have everytime I’ve been. I wish I could name/thank the three employees in specific who went above and beyond for me yesterday.. so, Highly, HIGHLY recommend shopping here. They greet you right away and are more than eager to try and help you find something that’s right for you and mentioning sales. I will return. 10/10.

Excellent products!! Their fragrances take you out of this world with enchanting smell. The lotion and bodywash work like magic. Im really enjoying their products. Located inside the Valdosta Mall, it occupies a unique space with a wide array of items for purchase. Customer service is fantastic!

EJ was absolutely PHENOMENAL assisting us today. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable. I told him what I didnt like about ONE fragrance and he was able to make a SPOT ON recommendation for me. I took the time to tell management there however she didnt seem to interested in the positive accolades I was trying to give, So Ill just place it here.

Most of the shelves were empty. But thankfully they did require masks to shop.

I like Bath and Body works but Im kind of sensitive to smells, so I usually dont go often. Always have lots of smells going at one time, doesnt bother a lot of people but difficult for me. I was shopping for Christmas and they had some great deals.

Semi-annual sale is awesome! I spent $30 and saved $50! I got a car freshener, hand soap for my kitchen, 4 wall flower scents, 2 hand sanitizers, and 3 candles! Cant beat it!!

As a kid, I didnt like Bath & Body Works, but now I freaking love it... You wisen up as you grow older. You notice that the fragrances for men are waaaaaay better than Old Spice and the others. I say this because the quality is unmatched. You can purchase the SAME fragrance of hand sanitizer, cologne, body spray, body wash, and lotion. I dig it!!

I like this store because of the very friendly staff but it seems they always have a very low stock on a lot of items. And when asked they say I could order online. Well Im sorry but I cant smell samples online so that doesnt work for me.

I love this store it has the best bath and beauty products around. And the candles and air fresheners are the bomb.
