From the second I walked through the door, my experience was absolutely horrible. First I walked in with just a few questions to ask and they forced me to wear a mask even though there is no mandate in GA. I didnt argue was just frustrated at the way they handled the situation. The workers couldnt be bothered to come and ask if anyone needed help, instead one worker yells over the entire store If anyone needs help you can come up to the counter and ask me. The employees then begin to argue with each other about the mask rules and other personal issues in which I leave the store without purchasing anything. I will not be returning to this store.

The service I got at the Valdosta store from Thomas Jones was exceptional. Thomas went above and beyond my expectations. I came in and told him I needed to add a line for my daughter and she was turning 9 the next day. Thomas made sure the phone worked and offered me a elmo bag to put the phone in. He also flipped the phone so when she opened it she would see the red phone. Thank you Thomas I appreciate all of your help and you going above and beyond keep up the great work! Because you were so nice I was willing to spend and buy accessories normally I would go to Amazon thank you again! My daughter loved her phone!

My husband & I got there at 7:15 last night, they closed at 8. I was going in to upgrade my phone. I already knew what phone i wanted so it would be fast and go smoothly. We walked in, absolutely not one person greeted us, said Hi etc. every sales person had a customer which i understand but regardless you say “we will be right with you” so we head over to the iPhones and i knew they were going to try to sell me the iPhone 13 which i had already decided i did not want. So he does the typical well it has better camera, screen etc. but it will have to be ordered. I tell him i just want the 12 Pro Max. So he says okay let me go grab a sales person and see what we have in the back. Gentleman that went by the name Jerry comes out with the phone, I’m like okay great they have one in stock. So we walk over to the table and he asks if we would like a mask and i said No thank you. Half the customers in there didn’t have masks on. So we are going through the transaction and he sets the phone up. I give him my drivers license because any other time they ask for it. Gives it back and then he says we cannot sign on their iPad for the phone because COVID so he signs on the line “covid -19” so you can touch my drivers license with gloves on then touch the work iPad but we can’t sign for my new phone on the iPad? Make it make sense. He never went over the bill with me, how much my phone will be each month or if i wanted insurance on my phone, nothing. I’m assuming they just wanted to hurry and be done. We were in there a max of 20 min. 10 of that was waiting for someone to greet us and help us. We usually deal with Mike in there but he was off today. I will make sure Mike is there next time because this visit was horrible. I don’t know if they were all having a bad day but y’all need to do better!

Jasper the sales clerks was very helpful but could not fix the problem in the store and 12 days later I still have no phone and no idea when my immediately returned phone will even get to Texas from Tallahassee sins it didnt get picked up from Tallahassee it had arrived in on May 29th until June 8th. Now how long to Texas? No one can say, not ATT and not the US Post Office. And my old phone is dieing any minute.

The sales representative that helped me was Jamie and he was amazing! I went in to get a service plan and new phone. I waited not even a minute; he greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and took me straight over to begin. He transferred all my contacts and everything to my new phone in no time. Before I new it he had my new phone ready to go. Wonderful experience!!

Mike was very helpful. We ended up running into some issues as I was setting up phones for personal and business use, Mike didn’t hesitate to stay late and did his best to make sure I left with the phones I came in for. I ended up getting three phones and internet setup and I’m still saving $100 per month compared to my previous carrier. All in all I had a great experience here, make sure to ask for Mike when you visit this store!

I recently visited this At&t location to get a plan for my Samsung 8. My sales associate, whos name is TJ (Thomas Jones), was very efficient and professional. He gave me a new sim card and number very quickly and kindly. The process was smooth and easy. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. I was impressed by his demeanor and sales knowledge. I inquired of how long he was in sales and he responded with six years sales experience. I can tell he was seasoned by his etiquette and people skills. That is why he gets 5 stars for At&t. Great calibur and content of character. Thanks TJ!

Went in to cancel an old line and an insurance plan. Waited a hour and a half to speak to someone after they checked us in and knew why we were there. We watched as the girl checking people in helped a lady that arrived after us without checking her in. When we finally had someone to speak to, we were told we would have to call the customer service number to cancel anything, that they could not help us in store. Complete waste of time after we clearly explained the nature of our visit.

I was in this store today . I was never greeted or acknowledged that I was even there . When I walked in several employees clearly made eye contact with me. They were busy so understandably I just looked around for the iPad Pro case that I came there for. As I began to walk out someone else walked in. They were greeted and told someone would assist them. Totally unacceptable for an establishment after I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years.!!!

I wish I could post without any stars. In all the years I have dealt with this store I have never been treated with such disinterest. These associations have very condescending attitudes. I came very close to going to another carrier. If we are ever have this problem again we will switch.

They sold us sim cards that we couldnt use nor return. We had an issue that we didnt knew anything about it because At&t didnt reach us to let us know about a problem with a transfer port from our carrier to them. We applied for the offer online and receive confirmation in which we would receive sim cards on our mail and we never got them and went to the store to pick them up and receive the worst customer service again. Now we cannot return the sim cards due to their policy and we couldnt even activate our account due to a miscommunication from At&t. I hope they listen and make it right. This was our second and last attempt with At&t.

They were good. I told them what I wanted after I was informed of a promotion over the phone. The guy I spoke with on the phone wasnt very accommodating, but he did provide me with the information I needed. The woman I worked with got me in and out of the store with what I came in asking for, she was nice but not very engaging, but nice altogether.

Customer service is top notch. Staff was friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I came in with a complicated issue and the employee who helped me was patient, kind, and took lots of time to resolve my issue. I never felt like just another sale and my 8 year old son was even treated like a valued customer. Great job. Clean and well managed.

Had a great customer service experience. Upgraded a phone as well as turned in a bunch of old tech that we didnt use anymore. The transaction was so in depth it took over an hour, but we were always meet with great service. Even after the transaction was complete, our representative too the time to show us how to use our new phone since we were switching from iPhone to Android. Bottom line, knowledgeable courteous staff to help you feel comfortable in making the right decision for your mobile needs.

Yes, I walked in 15 min till closing, but in customer service type businesses, you should greet the last customer as warmly as the first. 3 associates were in the store and I believe 1 was a manager bc he gave instructions to 1 of the reps. Anyway, they were cold and obviously didnt want to do anything for me that would keep them there 5 min. or more passed closing time. Not a good experience.

I got the wrong phone and called to let them know, and they had a nasty attitude. I was trying to explain what may have happened in a nice way, they told me they don’t want to hear it. I never had a problem with any other att store for over 5 yrs until now. Employee was Michael, who is an a..hole. Manager made me feel like I was trying to steal something from them when I tried to return it. Won’t go back. I will rather change phone service providers now.

I bought a prepaid iPhone for my son on Christmas Eve. I was told if I had any problems, I could bring it in the day after Christmas and it might be crowded, but it would be quickly resolved. I did exactly that being that the phone did not come with a SIM card. The manager LaQuarius was arrogant and condescending . I asked if I could return it for a refund and he gloated with his response that there would be a $45 restocking fee!

I have been having a billing problem with att. I am not getting my monthly bill early enough to pay to avoid a late fee. I have still not received a bill this month and the payment is due in 2 days. So I paid at the local AT&T store. The service was excellent, but I prefer to get a paper bill and pay by mail. AT&Ts billlng department needs to get on the ball !

Terrible customer service! We are moving to a new location and it showed the internet is not available in our area although everyone around us has it and we are only moving 500 yards from our old house. We spoke with representatives on the phone and they told us they wouldnt send anyone out to hook up one house so then we decided to go to the store to see if the could help us since they are local. The manager told my husband very rudely that if we were told its unavailable then its not available, have a nice day very sarcastically. We got in touch with a local technician and they told us it was in the area it was just because it was a new residence thats why its not in the system. He added our address and we should be able to get it next month. If I could I would change internet but this is all thats available in our area!

I have been in here a couple of times and each time have had great customer service. Jerry Rockamore did a great job in helping me set up my new tv and internet for my house he showed outstanding amount of patience as we ran into a couple of problems trying to transfer my phone number over, he handled them with the highest professionalism. I strongly recommend going to him for assistance.

ATT is Valdosta is one of the worst internet experiences I have ever had. Slow speeds, terrible connection, and limited internet plans. In fact there is only one internet plan they offer. If you live in an area that only supports ATT, id expect they would at least have decent plans

From the time you walk in they want you to sit and wait for the person you saw last time ah no I dont have all day to wait I am anyones customer I just want to be helped and go on about my day not wait years on 1 person. Then all I needed was to put my sim card in another att phone to get validation code to get my phone that I was picking up at that store! They told me they didnt have anything for me to put my sim in..Im like really so they made me feel as if they were not getting credit for my sale that they were uninterested in helping get the validation code this location sucks ass! What they dont know is I use to work for att as well direct TV side and they did not display the att promises I will be porting my number to another company

Sales rep. Mike is a LIAR. All he wants from us is business and the manager LaQuarius is an arrogant man. The sales rep. Mike told us we would get one new iPhone X with two phone lines. We opened five lines so we would’ve got two new iPhone X. After signing the agreement we found out there’s no such “promotion “, we ended up paying for one phone because att only offer buy one get one free phone. That means two new line one free iPhone X was not exist. He just told us this story to get the business. When we went back to the store to return the phones and ask for refund, the manager told us there was nothing to do with him. He would not refund our $600. Even worse, we would be chargedus $45 restocking fee each phone!!

I simply HATE At&t service. I did not even get the opportunity to use the service before disconnecting it from the horrible customer service. In two days I spent about 4-5 hours on the phone trying to fix my problem. Then they finally connected my internet service to tell me I would need to wait an extra 4 days to get installation. I try to disconnect service and I am transferred around again, and even disconnected. I ask for a supervisor and once again lodged in their transfer game.
