Thank you so much for having an xbox one x when Ive been looking for well over a month. The supply and demand has been crazy and they had a pair of refurbished systems. It still runs today and couldnt pass up the price. Thanks for having what I needed and having a great attitude during this pandemic!

They usually have the products I want. Even if I dont I have a wonderful time in there. The staff is awesome. I visited the store in the Walmart shopping center on inner Perimeter Road. Their staff is great!!! I have been in there twice recently each time the staff was different and each time they were highly engaged with their customers. Love love love it

Not a bad place to check out once and a time. Sometimes you can find an odd game or two that you are looking for, and over the past few times I’ve been there you can see a lot of items get refreshed for games.Their gaming accessories are really on point. I’ve bought a few replacement items at a okay price.

If you want to take some time and chat about your favorite video games, then buy a game to binge play this is the place for you. Its a bit near and dear to my heart, both locations in Valdosta. Defintely stop by sometime and feel welcome. They got you covered.

As many times as Ive done business at this game stop; Ive never had any trouble what so ever. Staff is friendly; well educated on the material they sell; very knowledgeable and in formative to give the info I need.Im an old school gamer. There aint very many game stop employees that know old school games, but this one does. I will continue to shop here till they lock the doors for good.

Definitely the lesser of the two stores in Valdosta. Manager is straightforward and many take him as rude. I personally dont have many problems until I try to call. They refuse to answer. The rest of the staff are nice and all employees know their stuff.

The guys there are pretty nice and are fairly friendly, at least to me. I like how it isnt as busy as the one at the mall, but maybe thats because it is somewhat roomier. I am a little disappointed that they dont have any copies of Fire Emblem Fates left, though.

Wish this one was bigger because the merchandise is cool but few. Service is friendly and i cant walk in with out people wanting to help but not in a really annoying way i promise.

Service at the Perimeter location has went way down over the years. Be prepared to wait in line awhile as the employees are molasses slow. Idk if theyre under trained or just incompetent.I end up going to Walmart now most of the time for new games, yeah, its that bad.The Valdosta Mall location was much better the few times Ive been there recently. The employees seem to have a better grasp of whats going on, and know how to deal with different questions and problems.

Picked up two systems from them. A wii u and a 360. Those work fine. The games on the other hand. Got three games for the wii u 2 i had to change out because they didnt work and the 360 i got one games and changed it out 3 times because it didnt work, still doesnt work now, getting it somewhere else. The games at this location sucks. They are scratched to pieces, do not buy used games from them and expect them to work the first time, or in some cases the second or third.

Ive been shopping at this Gamestop for years and the past couple of times have been rough. I dont know if theyve changed managers or what, but theyve fired all of the old staff and hired a bunch of pretty, rude girls who dont know anything about games. I dont understand why they would do this because theyve always had a ton of customers and dont need to do something like that to attract customers.I had one young lady roll her eyes at me and make a smacking noise when I politely declined to take some pamphlet she was handing out in there. And this last time, this one customer was talking to one of these young ladies (who had been present for the first incident, a month and a half before) about a Wii and Wii U. He was asking if a Wii U game could play on the Wii. This employee spends about thirty seconds telling him about how they -told- her one time but she forgot, haha. Did you mean a Wii U? Ill go ask. Are you sure you said a Wii U? I think so. Let me ask. She had to go ask one of the cashiers, who then had to ask the male employee. It turns out that no, you cant play a Wii U game on a Wii. It must be one of the new things, haha.They need to train their employees better if this is the route they want to go. This is feeling like an old E3 Booth Babe situation and its sleazy.

Tonight when i received my copy of Destinys legendary edition. I am happy that i get to play destiny but annoyed that it was not the copy i wanted. When the Destiny ghost edition was announced, me and my room mate went to this location to Pre-Order our copies. we got to the desk and the clerk told us that they did not know when or how many copies they will be receiving, and promptly told us that he could not Pre-Order that edition. that we should just reserve the legendary edition instead. But he handed us a piece of note book paper and said that they are taking names for the ghost edition. so me and my room mate wrote our name and number and remembered what number we where on the list me 3rd and he was 4th. When i arrived at the store today to finnish my payments i asked how many copies of the ghost edition they had received, they told me that they had gotten 6 copies for each system in. I asked why me and my room mate had ot received a phone call telling us they where in, we told them our places on the list. The guy behind the counter responded with when list are you talking about . needless to say me and my room mate where a little more that mad. Later at the midnight release i witnessed employees of the game stop leaving with ghost editions. I believe that the list was just a way to make us not pre-order the edition we wanted so that the workers there could get fist dibs. tomorrow morning we are emailing gamestop corporate about this matter to see if they will do an investigation in on the matter.

Gamer central here, as a gamer myself, I wouldnt choose any other place for my gaming, or nerdy needs than this place
