Poor and unprofessional customer service... They called the police on me because .. I asked questions regarding my phone .. Plus I am a professional who works for at risk youth. I will never go there again.

Out of all my years being with metro since 2001 this location has the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered in my life the so called district manager Austin lacks professionalism.He was no help at all rude seems as if he does not care about customers.I was going to purchase a new phone today but I will not spend my money where im not vauled.This guy lacks integrity and gives Metro a bad name.I will be contacting corporate.

They gave me back my money for my phone bill

I had trouble with my phone but they worked with me everyday until it was fixed they even paid my phone bill I dont get good service in adel but they still good

They suck had a phone for two days brand new and it was having trouble staying on and I tried to return it and they wouldnt give my mom back
