The representative on Inner Perimeter Road showed me the storage units and although it was too small for us, she went above and beyond to find the right fit. The representative on Valdosta Road was so patient, efficient, and kind. She was professional and helpful. Thank you Southern Storage.

Excellent Customer Service. Storage units are brand new and extremely CLEAN. The Manager Eva Haistein goes ABOVE AND BEYOND her job. She is extremely helpful with tools on hand and always has a smile on her face. We will come back to this location because of Eva and her amazing facility.

The prices are reasonable, the size of unit is perfect and the cleanliness of the facility is immaculate. The units are only a year old. Our hostess, Eva was very cordial, profession and knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They assisted me with any questions I had. The facility is clean. They work great with military! I would highly recommend this company over any others.

My experience with Cubesmart was flawless. Amber got us situated so quickly. She knows what she’s doing and doesn’t mind taking time to help you. They really work hard to take care of the facility....units are spotless!

When we were trying to move items in and out there are no available carts at each door. The monthly rate being charged of $225 is exhorbant and they wont refund your money back if you take your stuff out before the 30 day PAID time period. The rates are expensive for indoor climate controlled units. I believe were paying so much since its brand new.

The Keurig, clean store/units, and staff were all wonderful. Theyve also have any accessories, supplies, and size examples you could possibly need for your move day.

Totally 5 STAR in every way possible. Most of my customers at Mudanza Moving & Cleaning use CubSmart Self Storage to put up their belongings between moves and I totally see why. 1st of all you can get a 26 foot rental truck IN-N-OUT with no problem. 2nd you can get past 5 pm, 3rd the facility is super clean and 4th you feel same when youre there loading or unloading alone.I totally recommend CubeSmart as a Valdosta resident and a business owner.
