We were struggling with what to do with our household goods while house hunting and came to look at extra space storage. Kody was amazing in showing us different unit options, sizes, rates, and answered all of our questions. He was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend working with him and this facility.

Nice clean and new facility. I appreciated their customer service and they even allowed me to extend our rental for a few days into the next month at a pro rated amount instead of having to pay whole new month which I really appreciated. They did not have very many dollies to use which made some of our moving in and out inconvenient. Our biggest complaint was that the second garage door in the drive through covered area was broken so they covered area would fill with cars and no one would be able to get out. Im assuming it hasnt been fixed because they are waiting on parts or labor or something but we were there for a little over a month and it was never fixed.

Very nice facility with great prices. Darius was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. I wish the elevator was a little bigger but we managed to squeeze a couch in.

I ve never rented out a storage space before which made me nervous, the website gives out great information for first time purchasers, and everything you need to know is on the website. Terrance is a great teacher when it comes to showing you around the space and helping you picked out the right size for you. This was such a easy process and the prices are not bad either. I was lucky enough to get a unit on the 2nd floor cause business is popping at Extra Space Storage. I am not worry about any of my belongings getting stolen because they have a security system as well.

Exit bay door has been down for over a month, carts few and far between, plus only been once when the fans were turned on all during June/ July. Manager shut exit bay door on us 15 mins before closing. And the fans in bay area are rarely on. Over priced for the inoperable features.

Storage Was Very Good Quality! Air Conditioned & Easy To Access. However The Halls Were Pretty Narrow & You May Get A Unit On The 2nd Or 3rd Floor. So Far Management Is Great & Down To Earth! Highly Recommended.

The process of reserving a space was so easy thanks to TJ. He is very professional and helpful and I would recommend him or extra space to anyone.

I received great customer service when I spoke with a representative from the toll free number and they gave me the fantastic option of reserving a unit for week at the promotional rate that is currently being offered with no money down or card on file needed! Then when I went in store, I was assisted by the assistant store manager Darius Dixon and he too displayed wonderful customer service. He took the time to show me a preview of different unit sizes and was very patient while answering any questions I had. The unit was clean and the service overall was awesome, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

If you’re looking for a clean facility, wonderful customer service, and the satisfaction of knowing that your belongings will be kept safely stored in the storage you have bought. Extra space is the place! My fiancée and I were moving into our new apartment and we just so happened to give them a try, before we stepped into the facility the door was held open for us with smiles from the store’s assistant manager Darius Dixon. He help us with every step of the way! I’m sure that the other staff is just as good, but Darius showed enthusiasm, he held conversation and made us feel welcomed all the way to the time we left. We we’re so comfortable having our stuff there we didn’t want it to end! The prices for each unit are reasonable and they work with you as much as possible. If we’re ever needing to store things again, I wouldn’t want any other place in Valdosta Ga, but Extra Space Storage on Baytree Rd. Darius, by far one of the most remarkable persons to work with during my process of renting a storage unit. He was professional, prompt, and polite. He was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation.

I went in to get some rates and see some units and Kody was super helpful. He filled out rates for multiple sizes and showed me three different units. He explained how to get in and out of the building and showed me all of the packing supplies offered. I will definitely be storing my items here!

I had a great experience! I was on my way to another storage area & I stumbled upon this one. She found me a better rate & made sure that I had enough space to put all my belongings in. She also made sure that I had an automatic draft because I am about to go into the military. She was very pleasant & the man she was training was also very nice. Great Service Clean Facility!

Just got a lease here today for two units while I’m going to be away for a few months. TJ was a HUGE help. He showed me both of my units and made the process very easy and simple. For a climate controlled indoor storage unit, prices are unbeatable. I also feel my things are more secure than other storage facilities around here. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs!
