Can I give a 0 star? I wish that were possible. Please do not waste your time with this business. I traded in a perfectly good car, that I had for almost ten years. With the upcoming birth of our child, my husband and I felt it was necessary to get a bigger car. So we did, an Expedition.It was okay for a few weeks, but by two months, I had to replace the battery, twice. Within three months, I had died on the road, twice. Every time I would bring it back to their mechanic and get no solution.Over the last two years I have had to replace the battery twice because battery acid was being sucked back in the line; Ive changed the spark plugs, starter, and engine coils (twice). Ive also had to replace the catalytic converter, the torque converter, and that is all after stalling on the road twice with my kids in the car. In repairs and part replacement, we have spent just under the overall amount we purchased the car for in the first place.They saw us as good people, and used us just the same. And to think that they have the you know what to put a tracking device in your car, so if at any point you dont pay the car payment, they will repossess your car.I would never go here again, and I tell everyone I can to stay away. Youve been warned.

I want to commend this dealership for the work they do. This company helped me immediately when I was in a jam. I have a Lincoln MKX that started accelerating out of control. The local ford dealership couldnt take my car for two weeks. I drove into TMR, where the owner, Chris Fore, and his mechanic diagnosed it on the spot. I had a crack in my transmission line and absolutely no transmission fluid. They ordered the part, and put it back together by the next morning. I wasnt inconvenienced. The staff was super friendly and I want them to know I have never been treated so well. Thank you TMR. You rock!

BUYERS BEWARE:I recently bought a 2010 Chevy from this place. 4 months later the transmission and torque converter both went out which cost me almost $5,000 to repair. Im confident that they knew about these problems and still sold the truck without informing me of the issues even when I asked for full disclosure. Moral of the story: TMR is just another shady, imoral used car dealer looking to rip you off.

They were very disorganized, unprofessional and rude. They werent courteous enough to ask us into an office to talk business. The younger man yelled through a glass wall. The battery was dead in the car we were there to look at and they knew ahead of time that we were coming. And they gave an insanely low amount for my car.

I bought i 98 f150 from here and they didnt tell me that the motor was shot but they wanted me to pay to have it fixed

Bought a truck from them a year ago never told me that there was promble with the engine and the miles was over 200k ! I paid 3,600.00 for a truck that wasnt great and got cheated out of money big time with monthly payments that the truck isnt worth that much
