The guy know how to install windows but doesnt know how to put together doors after hes taken them apart which is a big part of the job. I get to wait two days for him to come back and fix the problem he left me with. I might consider giving him three stars instead of one if he succeeds. Edit: he fixed the problem 3.5 out of 5 stars. Seems like the issue wasnt caused by him so maybe even 4/5
