Everything at Team Mazda was great! The purchase was actually fun! And they had my desired car waiting for me at the dealership. I bought the one they showed me. I just had my first service and it was great too. The shuttle even took me to the mall to shop while they worked on my car!

I will be factual. On 10/12, I had my car towed due to its inability to stay running. I mentioned that this had been a chronic, though intermittent problem for the last decade. The resolution was that the throttle body was contaminated, and needed to be cleaned. The vehicle was test driven, no FRO come backs. ‘Vehicle is working as designated’. On 12/12, I was able to drive my car to the dealership after experiencing multiple instances of my car not starting. Among multiple diagnostics (most were repeats of the 10/12 visit), one found that an ECU reset was required. ‘Road test vehicle to verified come back, no codes come back, vehicle is working as normal operation’. Further stated I might have to replace immobilizer unit if ECU reset ‘won’t fix the concern’. I’m uncertain if two different service resolutions have diagnosed the problem. My concern is exacerbated by the fact that the service order of 12/12, stated ‘same issue as 3 months ago’, no, it was exactly 2 months ago. And on the attached Automobile Service Report, under the Inspect Under Hood Fluid Levels, the box for checked for automatic transmission for leak was checked. My car is standard transmission!

Brought my Mazda CX9 in for the air bag recall. Work was done in less than an hour. The waiting area was nice and they gave you free coffee and they also have vending machines so Ill definitely go back there for any additional repairs or maintenance.
