I have owned Toyota cars since 1976. They are reliably the best car I have had the pleasure of driving. I have always taken them to Toyota dealerships for their service & maintenance needs. As a owner you will always receive notice for any factory recalls or issues. The staff are professional, informative and polite.

After buying a new car there, I was so disappointed trying to get a 25k factory maintenance appointment. I explained it was an 80 mile drive for me and when would the car be finished?? Being out of town with no car and no shuttle service seemed uncaring. I called another closer Toyota dealership. They were right on the mark said an hour and a half and were polite and cooperative.

Be aware if you buy parts with cash and decide to return and get your money back, they make you wait to mail you a check,NOT CASH, never going back to do business with them, I own 3 toyota vehicles and I was planning to upgrade, but definitely not with them.

Very professional and good customer service

Mondays are their busy service days. Today was a 2 hour wait so they had Lyft us to a plaza near by. Received a text that our car was ready. Come to findout they couldnt service us fully because they didnt have the correct tools and so on! We bought our car from here and that just didnt make sense to me! Then they forgot to run it through the wash and had us wait another 20 minutes 🙄😒 I came here because my close friend sold us a car from here, she is an amazing salesperson.... this review is towards todays car service. Car service section definitely needs improvement.

Always get great service here with such nice staff. Tasty coffee and hot chocolate while you wait or very courteous driver to take you home and pick you up after service. Reasonable prices and several coupons offered.

Great communication. I needed to reschedule a couple of times, they returned my call when I left a message, day of service I was informed through out the day with the progress.

Bought a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry came home from work try to start it battery was dead they told me they don’t have a rental car today not sure why the battery died but now I’m without a car all weekend

Oil change and a car wash...great service!

Very poor customer service.

For one they sold us a car with bare minimum breaks and rotors and will not do anything about it...on top of that clutch is going out and still nothing sat there for 6 hours and service manager came out and said nothing no updates or anything will never buy from here again...

They keep my truck in top shape
