Went to grab some coffee with the wife. They didnt have items to make the drinks and when we finally did order something, the drinks were made without any sweetness. They were bitter and essentially milk, black coffee, and a lot of whipped cream and nothing else. We ordered white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and it was incredibly horrible. I dont understand, and when we got to the window the worker asked me what I had ordered. They werent busy and was what looked like fully staffed.Actually I am not shocked, this location has been bad on a few occasions and is often out of things, however when we settled on drinks we didnt want and they were made incomplete I had to say something. Youre better off going to the Starbucks on Lincoln just a little down the road.

I Love Starbucks and I dont go often but when I do go out is always been great. This store is very clean but the service was not there. I was the only one in line inside but few people were waiting on drinks and the lady just stared at me, so I wait a minute and went up to order. I order a drink with hazelnut and she said oh sorry we dont have hazelnut right now. I ordered my second choice which they had. The drink was so good too. Perfect coffee honestly. She didnt ask my name which they always do elsewhere so they just call out the drink name it seems. I will be back to Starbucks just not this one.

Great coffee, great service. The Macha green tea frappe is my favorite drink. This location is always busy, burt the drive-thru is still quick.....But please, do away with the paper straws!

Usually, I would rate this Starbucks a 5; however, today was one of my worst experience at Starbucks. They gave me the wrong order, so I returned through the drive-thru. They didnt apologize for the inconvenience, then they made the worst latte Ive evere tasted. I returned the latte and they didnt even ask why. They showed no concern for me as a customer.

Yah, its PSL [ pumpkin spice latte ] time of year. I get my usual Chai Tea Latte & add the PSL syrup to it. Takes a couple of times to get the right mix that you like so taste before you leave. They also have pumpkin pastries. Yummo !!

Good servers (baristas). Always have my order correct. I order through the app, so I know ahead of time what is available at the location. There are times however, when the line is long.

I ordered my drink for pickup and it said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I went there and my mother went in to get my drink. She was standing at the pickup area for an extra 10 minutes being ignored by baristas. They were not busy with the drive thru because no one was in it and there were people coming in after her getting served before her. Finally she was the last person in there and a barista finally acknowledged her and they had not even made my drink yet. The barista didnt apologize for her being ignored, or not even having my order ready. I have been to this location when they were busy and the baristas were very attentive and knew what they were doing; these ones seemed lazy.

Beverages were okay, was put off though by the person who helped us on the cashier since he was too busy messing and joking around with his coworker at the drive thru window thru their headset that he messed up our order

Extremely noisy. Hard to even have a normal conversation in this store. Staff was rushed and indifferent. Overroasted coffee

I always order creme base frappuccinos, and I know that this is not creme base. Please learn not to argue with your regular customer.

This store is one of the slowest Ive ever encountered & that is saying a lot because I frequent Starbucks a lot. Also, I recently ordered ahead, then drove thru to get a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. I got a cold brew with no cream, not even sure it was nitro. They also need to work on their customer service, their customer engagement is not so hot. Ive been to this store many times. This was the worst time.

Vallejo Starbucks---very fast, really clean. Staff member came around and asked everyone if they wanted ice water (hot today) or anything else. Pretty cool

Super busy, but the staff were managing it well. Polite and courteous as always. Only complaint is that its darn hard to get into/out of the parking lot.

I wish they were a little more inviting to people of color. Yeah Id like that. Then I would spend my money there more often. I would like to be able to sit down in there a feel comfortable. I do belong to the work force and work in the Human services community. I donate blood. I feed the needy. I just dont understand why Black Americans are made to feel unliked u appreciated and unaccepted. Why?

I’ve always had a good experience at this Starbucks, the customer service is always great the employees are friendly and they are usually fast with the orders. While in high school I often came to this Starbucks on a bad day to get away for a while and it always made me feel a little better. The only problem I’ve ever had at this location is they gave me the wrong size but they were very kind about it and fixed their mistake with no problem. If you’re around this area I would highly recommend going to this Starbucks if you’re looking for a quick drink or even somewhere to spend time with some friends with out spending a ton of money.

Fairly busy Starbucks location, but small and uncomfortable atmosphere. Its not a pleasant place to hang out with a fine beverage, like most Starbucks. Dont get me wrong, its clean, well maintained, etc., but something about it is cold and uninviting. The staff is exceptional; very friendly and attentive. Sorry, Starbucks.

It was not so crowded that you couldnt talk to the barista at a conversational level. Easy to describe the order you wanted to make. Regular Starbucks items on display, pick them up, go sit down and enjoy.

I went on a extensive bike ride from Vacaville to Vallejo, and it was during the morning so a little chilly as my hands were very cold. So I wanted to go to a Starbucks and order me a Chai Latte Large, and I chose this one because it was within my desired route. And the service was excellent and friendly and great costumer service from everyone there. I was much delighted, and the Chai Latte was very quite delicious and warm which did in fact warm my body and my hands. Thank you wonderful Starbucks. And the fun part was I met a beautiful Russian couple with a lovely dog, and tot to read my new book a little before my scheduled appointment. I definitely would highly recommend this wonderful Starbucks to anyone who either may be visiting or desiring coffee 🙂👌

I got robbed at Admiral Sturbucks store and none of the employees didnt gave a dam. They did not file a report or told me what to do. A Black 6 feet tall man grab my computer from my hands and run out! He is about 28 years old. His friend a short black guy was holding the door.

Im not very impressed with this Starbucks. My husband ordered 2 extra espresso shots in his macchiato and he didnt get them. Waste of $1.50. And I got a white chocolate mocha frappauccino and I dont know what they gave me but it wasnt that. Something vanilla and it defiantly had no coffee in it. If we werent in a big hurry I would have had them fix it but I didnt have time so Im stuck with something that looks like and tastes like a vanilla milkshake. Big disappointment. But the staff was friendly at least. They were very nice.

A central location and a great place to start to start your morning on your way to work. Sous vide eggs were hot and delish, bagel was warm, lattes were made perfectly, just as we ordered them, service was friendly.

Standard fare for a Starbucks. Clean, and usually well stocked with snacks and other food items. Not many local cafe options in the area, so this is a reliable option.

I love Starbucks! But this branch in particular has the worst baristas Ive ever encountered. They dont smile and dont make you feel invited. The one in American canyon is also crappy. The one in suisun is my favorite they are very inviting.

This starbucks was ok. On Christmas day it was crowded and there was a lot of chatter going on behind the counter. Some of the conversations were not suitable for the public to hear.
