The owners of this particular bonfare cant be trusted, and are very lazy. Ive gone to this store several times, and had the same negative experience time after time. First off, if you want to use the air or water, its ALWAYS broken or out of order, and never seems to get fixed. This is an amenity that is required by California if Im not mistaken. And if this is never fixed, dont even ask if they have a public restroom.Second, Ive gone in to purchase items on numerous occasions, and not only do the prices always change on the same item, if your not paying attention, youll be shorted when you receive your change. And this happens way too much to be an accident.Third, your fine when you purchase scratch off tickets at this location, but if your bringing a winning ticket back, youll be met with an annoying look, and told the machines broken. This also has happened more than once, and Ive seen it happen to others.Lastly, and one of the most important things is their attitude. Its always poor, and your never met with a tone thats inviting, or receive a smile. Just an untrusting glare.I do a lot of reviews, because I think theyre important, and I always try to be as honest as possible. And most of the time, I try to see things from the store owners viewpoint. I know customers can be, at times, difficult. But when customer service is this bad, all of the time, and I have to pay this close attention to what change I receive back, something has to be said about it, if anything to warn customers to stay away.

Rats and mice dont go here. My cousin posted a video on social media in this store. a mouse was on the counter on top the beef jerky case . No joke really,dont go mice and rats warning dont go rats rats rats mice mice mice,

Horrible place! Totally unprofessional. One of the worse stores/gas stations I have ever seen. The employees are rude and not very smart when it comes to simple questions. I simply wanted to pay half cash half on my card, the checker took my cash kept it and charged everything to my card. When i came back the next day (once i had realized my account had been charged the whole amount) The same guy who took my cash told me that there was nothing he could do about it😠 Stay away from this store.

I was threatened by someone at the gas pump while pumping my gas. I stood my ground but others may be in danger. This has also happened to my son here before.

Alot of shady ppl that hang around in the parking lot, gas and diesel prices are decent for the area
