Theres is nothing wrong with the staff as people, but they are poorly distributed throughout the store. I waited 10 minutes for a camera in silence, and when I finally called out to the clerks at the checkout, they ignored me like they had headphones on. And there was only one person in front of us, and nobody was waiting at the desk. Despite this, the store is relatively clean, and the staff was respectful, so I gave it two stars. Youre welcome.

Went to Best Buy to purchase Beats Studio headphones . Was there for approximately 20 minutes . No employee staff did not ask me if I needed help. Stuff scattered everywhere. I walked out. Best Buy LOST a sale. I always try to buy from Walmart because of the hassle free return policy. Walmart #1 Best Buy #2. Best Buy is so unorganized. Went to Best Buy this morning to buy Mothers Day gift for my mom and girlfriend. Went to use the restroom first and a man was staring at me very strange. I came out and he was watching me from a distance while I chose 2 Google mini home products. I had the products in my hand, wasnt carrying a shopping bag or any other carrying bag that could have been used to conceal these items. I went to buy a bluetooth speaker and noticed he was once again watching me. I put the items down, proceeded to the front door and spoke with an employee. I explained to him that the undercover secuirty guard made me feel very uncomfortable and insulted. I showed him the money I had to purchase the items along with my business card. He said he understood why I am leaving. Now I have to travel to Best Buy located at Brooklyn Terminal where that nevers happens! SAD!!!

Very small store to begin with and they absolutely dont care about their customers. I called the store to ask a question and I was put on hold for 15 mins, when I hung up and called back the phone rang out. I guess they completely forgot I was on the phone. I feel like a valued customer :)
