I love this GameStop! I cane here to get a Just Dance 3. I also got Grand Theft Auto IV (4). I couldn’t find Just Dance 3 and the cashier was very helpful and nice! I would recommend coming here again!

This is my local gamestop and I must say they never fail. They are very honest. Most gamestops dont answer the phone when you call them but the valleystream branch always picks up and answer

There was a friendly guy with glasses who helped me and my friend. I tried to speak to a lady there who also had glasses but she was literally on her phone and did not even notice that I was in front of her. I asked her a question regarding two cards that I was confused on which to get and she literally just repeated what was on the cards. Super unhelpful. Besides her, the other guy, although he also didnt know, was at least very honest about it and willing to help us in any way he could. That girl though, nope. She needs to learn how to be polite.

A game was advertised, I tried calling to make sure it was available, no one answered the phone so I left Brooklyn to drive to Valley Stream to find not only was it not there it was a web deal a waste of time and gas

Customer service is always great at Game Stop. Attendants want to help pick out the right game for you and spend the time to figure out what is a good match and reviewing games. Really nice people and always a good experience!

8/28/2019I was at this Gamestop trying to buy an Xbox headset with my friend and his little brother. The associate followed us around the store and then accused us of stealing. As if this wasnt ridiculous enough, the closing manager also asked us to open our jackets. This kind of profiling is totally unacceptable! we didnt do anything that could be reasonably seen as suspicious. id highly recommend avoiding this store

So I preordered a figure yesterday afternoon online, their email states will hold until 7/15. I go there on 7/15 at 630pm and they say my order expired at 330. Im a bit baffled and say wait your confirmation says pick up by 7/15. I work full-time and couldnt get there any earlier. So my item was being processed at same time I was there to a friend of the store manager...they were going through all the sale items as I was there. They are telling their friends to come in and showinh them the items with biggest sale breaks. I will never shop at game stop going forward and am so irate at what I witnessed its no wonder they are going downhill, their employees are basically scalping the store products.

Staff is friendly, however not much of a selection of game as surprising as that sounds. While they do have the most recent titles they dont have much in stock, they dont seem to get much inventory in when it comes to old games. Still worth to visit if youre looking for the newer titles. If youre looking for older titles I would head over to the game stop in green acres.

I come here all the time and the staff is amazing as well as the selection they give you of games. They also do sales all the time so definitely stop by.

They are crooks, this is my fourth Call of duty from these guys and they never have a poster to give me, plus i always order the special edition. Before the gamestop on the 2 FL in greensarce mall closed. I received all my posters without a problem and now I start going to king kullen gamestop on Merrick Blvd they always out. I think they kept it for themself and sell it on amazon or ebay. Not right if you are paying hundreds of $ and not receiving what you should be getting. I wish the had a negative zero start to give to u guy.
