Normally, I would give this locale 5 stars. I am a long time Tmobile customer & I actually prefer this location over others in the general area. However, I ran in yesterday just to grab a case for my recently purchased tablet. All 4 staff members were tied up with people doing long transactions (phone purchases, line transfers, discussing new merchandise, etc) I was told I would have to put my name in the que & wait. I think it would have been a good idea, to have at least 1 staff member remain free like a Floater, for the purpose of taking care of quick transactions such as mine. Who wants to wait long when youre just there to make a quick purchase. This way money is being made on both ends. I did end up Leaving...but I still do not have the case that I need. Im gonna try another location but I would rather purchase it at this Location. As I mentioned above, I do prefer this location for their customer service & friendly, knowledgeable staff. This a suggestion & not a complaint. As I mentioned above I do prefer this location :-).
Just left the T-mobile store on Sunrise in Valley Stream. Customer service received from Andrew was ABYSMAL. He seemed put out that I came for service (rather than a shiny new phone) and was short with his answer. I use a microSD on my phone and was bluntly told that what I wanted was based on old tech. Didnt even wait to finish assisting me before moving on to a customer looking for a new phone. So far my experience as a legacy Sprint customer is not great.

Social distancing practiced here! Line at the door, limited clients permitted inside and everyone must wear a mask. Davey was a knowledgeable and helpful sales assistance. For sure, hell be store manager soon. T-Mobile has been my carrier since 2008 and I will continue my loyalty.

Very clean store with helpful employees. The parking lot is a bit small however and its awkward to get in and out when it is busy. You cant miss this store its right on sunrise highway. Inside the store is a great selection of the newest phones and accessories. Happened to go today to check out the new 10 plus and it looked amazing. Ive been with t mobile now for 2 years and they are rhe best carrier ive ever been with. Great customer service and unbeatable deals. I signed up my whole family and they threw in a free line. Any plan of 2 or more people comes with free netflix too! I recommend everyone i can to bend da knee and join t mobile fam.

If I could give minus stars, it would be more than they deserve. Transfered memory to a new phone; too bad it wasnt to MY new phone. Lost my important apps, and worst of ALL MY PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very DISAPPOINTING Customer Service! I’m disabled! I waited patiently for my turn for service & the representatives kept taking people that came in after me!!!! They said nothing to me as I constantly attempted to remind them “Hey I’ve been here waiting!!!!!!!” Poor Service! I’VE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER for MANY YEARS!!!!!

I went here today for a much needed phone upgrade. Gabby and Demetri were sweet and very helpful. They made sure everything was set up and perfect. Although there were issues putting on my screen protector, Demetri found an extra one in the back to use after 3 failed attempts. Gabby was patient. I recommend this location; knowledgeable staff and great deals.
Friendly staff but overcrowded youll have tonwait outside for atleast 15-20 mins. #pandemic problems

I came in today looking for a job. The manager had met me at the door. Even though they’re not hiring he was extremely respectful. He directed me and gave me very helpful information. He is very detailed too I came in and the first thing I notice he was fixing the chairs on his wait to the entrance of the phone.
Paula, the young lady that helped was fantastic! Sweet, smart, kindly putting up with my lack of knowledge. She is great!

Went to go pick up my phone, and Paul had helped me. Seemed like he knew what he was doing. Until I tried to call a few people and their numbers werent in my phone. The only numbers that are in my phone are 5 years old. All my recent contacts are gone, vanished into thin air. WHAT THE ACTUAL F***. How do you do that to customers.
Standard TMob store. Expect a wait on the weekend. Some employees are knowledgeable others dont even know the difference between Android and iPhone.

A couple of days ago, TrackFone sent me a message that the account for that cheap cheap phone was going to end in a few days. So I only had one day left to keep from losing my phone number.I had a second phone, a nice modern Moto G5 Plus, I was using as a tiny WiFi tablet for the last half a year. I got panicky about losing my phone number, and when I got to the T-Mobile store it was after 8 PM, almost closing time. I brought my trackfone, the Moto phone, the PAC number of the trackfone (which is needed to transfer the phone number), and the security PIN for my TrackFone account.I should have gotten the mans name that helped me (Sales Rep #: ****434), but he was great. Within 15 minutes, he had the Moto activated. It was assigned a temporary phone number while waiting for the new number to be transferred which might take a few days. Thats interesting that the phone was ready for action immediately even before my desired phone number got transferred. The T-Mobile guy said my old phone number would be transferred over maybe within hours, maybe within a few days. I was purchasing PrePaid, and he said that tends to take longer for the transfer to happen. But, two hours laters, I got a text message saying that my old number had been transferred. I didnt even get a chance to use the temporary phone number.In summary, I procrastinated getting my phone situation straightened out, and then I needed help in a hurry. But the store and the gentleman did great for me and straightened out my problem fast and easy; thanks.When I was done, then the store was real close to closing. And then a few more people came into the store for service. Maybe I was lucky that I didnt even have to wait to be helped.

Very poor customer service,I bought three iPhones and the glass protector broke on one of my phones I went to have it replace, i was told he couldn’t find my Receipt and I had to pay $43.44 for the glass protector, this Representative made me feel like my business was of no value,I will never go back to this store after being a T-Mobile customer for over seven years now .
