I have been to this Lenscrafters many times over the past >5 years. The Associates are friendly, courteous & professional. They havent steered me wrong on frames that look great yet.They have also fitted & worked with both of my teenagers, a boy & a girl, with the same courtesy & care. Thank you!

The nicest people and best customer service I’ve had. The two women at the front desk were so sweet and patient and the optometrist was so extremely friendly and they all made me feel very comfortable and cared for. On top of all that, the optometrist, Shaina Chan was extremely detailed when telling me what she was doing and what was going on with my eyes. Amazing people and place!

I just moved to the area. Today my “nose pad” popped off my favorite pair of glasses. The nearest optometrist to me was LensCrafters. Never having been into a store before, I was weary of their up-sell and marketing tactics. I did not get the man’s name, but the gentleman with the stunning green hair and amazing green classes was a real professional. He spoke to me in full sentences, made eye contact, happily walked away with my broken glasses. A couple of minutes later, the glasses he handed back to me had been, in my opinion, rehabbed. He replaced both nose pads, cleaned the site, tightened the loose arm and cleaned my lenses. On top of all that he didn’t charge me a cent, nor would he accept a tip. I’m so happily surprised. I will have no hesitation in going back to this store. I’m hopeful that this great employee will still be working there!

My experience with this store was top notch! After looking to return a pair of glasses I just didn’t connect well with, they helped me buy two more that fit me much better! Glad for the help and service. :)

Great staff at the Vancouver Mall location. All very friendly and nice. I worked with La Vonn (I really hope I remembered and spelled her name right!) Who was super nice, helped me pick out frames, and then for the rest of the visit we were both laughing through the rest of the process...great!!!

Erin is the best with customer service. She is friendly and takes the time needed to give you the best fit. She is also very knowledgeable about my insurance benefits so the process is always quick and easy. The store is clean and I feel very comfortable with the COVID requirements they are implementing.

After reading all the negative reviews about this place I think I’ll stay away which is a shame because I always thought LensCrafters was a top of the line business. But now I’m not so sure.You guys have to rethink what you’re doing wrong and take some drastic steps to improve things.

First time in LencCrafters my experience was great I needed new glasses. I found the right pair if they have the lenses in store you can have the next day compared to some other companies they have to send them out but then you dont get them back until 7 - 10 days. If there was anything bad to say about them is to many costumer not enough staff when I went but overall it was a great experience thank you LensCrafters in the van mall.

Dr. Lena is incredible, so respectful and fun to chat with while your eyes are being checked.

I was contacted that my lenses were ready, I go in to get them and they are LOST!!! Now I have to wait to have them re-made....Not appropriate. I spend over $500.00 for lenses wait 10-14 days and now have to wait again and offered nothing in return for the inconvenience! Have been coming to LensCrafters for 19 years and have never had a problem and this is the loyalty I receive.

I have enjoyed my previous visits, including yesterdays. I will continue to trust my eye care to the professionals at Dr. Lena Barghouti & Associates and LensCrafters. Dr. Leah Ray is my optometrist, and a pleasure to work with. Justin Mott has assisted me with the purchase of both readers and single vision glasses, and is knowledgeable and attentive.

Came in to order contacts. Was informed once I got here they was understaffed. Was told to go home and place my order. Wasted time and gas to come in here and give them my business. I wont give them any more business after today ....

Doctors are very professional, yet personable. Sales team is top notch—doesn’t attempt to up sell you either. Any problems or issues you have with your prescriptions are promptly taken care of, the customer service is awesome here. You have 30 days to try your glasses to see if they are the perfect match. I highly recommend going here since they have weekend hours.

I’m really dissatisfied with my experience at LensCrafters. I ordered a pair of glasses, was given a window of time I could expect to receive them, and they never showed up. Every time I called I got a different rep with a different story. The only consistency was in that it wasn’t their fault, it’s an outside lab who they’re not able to communicate with. What kind of reputable company works with a vendor they’re not allowed to talk to, particularly when their customers are being underserved? And nobody will reach out to you proactively, they just wait for you to complain and hope a couple insincere apologizes will satisfy you. I won’t be back.

Service by optrician was fairly poor this time. He was very freaked out by covid, behaving unprofessional. Not cautious, paranoid. Had to order lenses twice due to lack of information. Front end staff were excellent and informative.

This was my actual first eye exam and first time needing glasses. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent to make sure I understood all aspects of my exam and the purchase of my glasses. What an excellent team!

Dr. Ray did a great eye exam, she answered all my questions & explained everything in detail.I received excellent one on one customer service from Lavonne with getting glasses & a great deal!!I will definitely be returning for my next eye exam & new glasses!!

I had my annual eye exam. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store itself for glasses is expensive. Their frames are all name brand so they are overpriced. The staff however is very helpful.

Every year I would go to this LensCrafters but with this area having so many independent options now I would not understand why you would go here.I bought my RayBan glasses last December and unfortunately my glasses got ran over when they fell out of my purse. Freak accident, I realize. I thought I had lost them until my co-worker brought fragments of totally butchered frames from the parking lot.Of course, since I didnt buy their warranty even though I bought them for all my other frames in the past I was basically ineligible for any type of replacement. I just happened to not buy it this time because hey, whats the worst that could happen?I had a eureka moment. Why would I get (really expensive) glasses from a place that doesnt value their customers? Its one thing if a $100 pair breaks. Its a completely different thing if a $500 pair breaks. You can only push consumers so much. I am choosing local for my next pair.

I would give them a 10 star .My mom needed glasses and was going to pay for them out of my pocket. Because, I dont know how insurance works and my mom is on a fixed income. They help my mom with the medical insurance billing for her eye exam. Without me even asking about it.Its hard to find people who show initiative in their position and know the ins and outs of the medical profession or any trade.This action was deeply appreciative not only by me but by my mother.I had extra money to get get frames my mother liked and I could afford.Thanks Nov 9 2017 1145hrs

Go anywhere before here, actually! My daughters face is green. Their response, dont by glasses with nickel. Youre serious..dont sell glasses with nickel, or ffs say something. Our problem..👍well move on.

We have been purchasing our family glasses and sunglasses for years. The staff work as a team. We are highly satisfied with each purchase. When adjustments to our orders are needed, we have always received the best service.

Have had multiple issues with the technicians not understand insurances and receiving bills for things I would previously told would be covered.Its always hit or miss with the eye exams as well. Ive been going here for several years and had great ophthalmologist, but also some not so great. I always felt pressured to buy eyeglasses walking through the store to get to the doctors office area as well. Overall, would not recommend this facility.

Bad experience, for some reason lady on the front desk did not know how or simply refused to verify my insurance. I thought that was part of the process.

I found both quality of service and product very lacking. Spending the money you would expect much more. I was even lied too (per other store) when told it was an 80 dollar plus cost to get non-glare, when later to find out they were just out, and she wanted sell In one pair the sizes of the lenenses was twice the other. Terrible....

I didnt really get much help and I dont think they actually accept VSP, I asked about it and they said I had to file an out of network claim or something. I waited for about 45min for someone to get back to me but no one ever did, I stood around looking at glasses the whole time.

Worst experience ever staff very unhelpful didn’t care to help when I made a phone call to ask about something the employee was very sassy and argumentative and giving me lecture you are better anywhere else.

New doctor is RUDE! Demanded me wait a week to order my lens when I wanted to order them then and pay.I called to make sure they were open on the 4th and was told yes by the front desk girl.I drove 2 hours and they were closed.I ask for my lens to be mailed by the lenscrafter employees up front.The manager called me and said there was no way I was told this by the front desk girl.She named her name.Manager wouldnt apoligize for thr wrong information.Said I needed to pay them to mail my lens.This place use to be awsome,been going for years.Now its abunch of morons.The eye exam girl is AWSOME!!!! Only smart one there.Changed front desk staff,managnent and doctors has made this place a bad place.

I walked in to browse their selection of frames and wasn’t impressed. Staff was kind, greet when I came in. But I would recommend if you’re looking for a current/stylish frames.

Returning customer to Lens Crafters, I bought expensive lenses and frames (over $550) but they failed 4 delivery promises. Instead they gave me the run around for 2+ weeks and I still dont have them. Ive never written a bad review anywhere before, but in this case heed my advice, do not buy from these guys, better take your business anywhere which will be cheaper and faster. PS. I wish I had checked all the other bad reviews which I now see are all 1 or 2 stars.

WOW!!! I have never paid $300 for an eye exam!! I usually paid $160 to $180 to update both my prescriptions for lenses and contacts. Leason learned for not asking ahead of time but I have been getting regular eye exams for about 14 years and there is usually a standard everyone falls between . Beware and ask what they are doing and charging you for. I’m sure I didn’t need premium fitting and if this is what they charge their “new clients” count me out! The ladies selling the frames were great thought! Would definitely go back to order frames but will not be back to the doctor.. very disappointed they don’t disclose prices before the exam because I would have definalty turned around and gone somewhere else.

THIS LENS CRAFTERS IS AWESOME SAUCE!!!I had read some of the (negative) reviews about this location which made me cringe and want to take my business elsewhere, at first. But when you need new glasses TODAY...LENS CRAFTERS is the ONLY solution!I showed up with no reservation asking if they could squeeze me in, they set me me up for Eye Exam within (less than) 40 minutes of me requesting it. The Eye exam was very through. I picked out some awesome Polo frames and they put my new prescription in them in about 30 minutes or so.I am still very happy about my experience at this Lens Crafters. I will continue to go to them for my eyewear needs.

Went and got new contacts prescription. Same brand as before. They should have given me my prescription at end of appointment. Instead it’s “you need to call back in a few days, so we can make sure they are correct, then we will plane your order” Ok, well they are a lot more expensive than Costco. So I call back. Please send me my prescription. Rude desk girl says “they have no way of sending them” and “not setup up” to send it to me. Only way is for me to go back to the Vancouver mall, a couple hours out of my day to deal with them again. What a hassle. All so I can buy over priced contacts from them ? I don’t think so. It’ll be my last trip there for sure
