Beware scam alert! I paid $140 for an eye exam and the doctor said she would like to try something that could possibly correct some of my vision in my left eye. But if it didn’t work we could use the same prescription in both eyes. Well it took about a month for me to get the trial contacts in, and of course they didn’t work. I ask to get a prescription for just classes with the same prescription in both eyes. Well that didn’t work either. She prescribed two different lenses which is not going to work. I called and explained to the lady on the phone. She said I would have to see the doctor again.i scheduled an appointment with no mention of a fee. Well conveniently I received a call an hour before my visit saying that this is not a follow up and that I would need to pay for another eye exam. Are you kidding me!

Make sure you pick out the frames you REALLY want cause once picked out your stuck with that frame.

I would give this place and their doctor Jesse Chon zero stars if I could. This was my 3rd year going to the Walmart Vision center at this location. I went in for my yearly exam to get new contacts like I always do. I brought 20$ as usual to pay for the fitting fee for my contacts. At the end of my visit with Dr. Jesse Chon she said I owed her 50$ for a fitting fee i was confused and said I still have the receipt from last year that I payed 20$ plus I stayed with the exact same contacts anyways and explained to her I was prepared to pay the normal fee she then said it was 125$ but my Insurane covers 75$ so I owed her 50$ I asked to see for this in writing and she said no and that it must be in cash and she only takes the payment that I cant pay at the front desk. And that if I didnt like it to take my contacts out. I said I dont have a problem paying the fee but no insurance covers a fitting fee and it says no where in writting that it is 50$. She refused to answer my questions or show me where the math or the charge is on writting. I said you never mentioned that this was a new fee for you and I know that this isnt right because my insurance doesnt cover any fitting fee. She kept telling me to take out the contacts as I was just asking her to explain and show me, because at this point I told her Im not comfortable paying a fee you cant show me in writing. Anyways I payed it and got the heck out of that sketchy place and am never going back I also will be calling and asking for the documents and I was so poorly treated just because I was asking to see in writting what in the hell I was paying 50$ for.
