I normally don’t post reviews, but today’s incident has prompted me do it and to warn others of this store’s unprofessionalism. On 5/20, I reserved a u-haul van to be used on 5/31-6/1. On Friday at 8:44 am, I sent an email confirming my reservation and asked the cost of extending the rental for an extra day. I never received a response. Today, 5/31, I went to this location to pick up the van only to find out that this location is closed on holidays. You could’ve at least tried to call me to let me know that you’re closed on holidays.

Got the truck we rented, returned it the same day. Two days later had a new charge under a different Uhaul had to wait a week to get this off of our charge card, the head Uhaul could not even see this charge - watch your bill.

Easy to rent a uhaul however i left something that belonged to me in the truck. I called immediately to see if I could retrieve it. The lady informed me she saw it in the truck but didn’t remember to get it out. Instead she continued to rent out the truck with my belongings in it to a complete stranger who could’ve easily taken my stuff. Thankfully I was able to get it back but that was completely unprofessional.

I have lived in Vero beach FL. All of my life. This is the ONLY tire place that gave me the WRONG SIZE TIRES on ALL 4 tires. I am a female, so I know very little about cars. But one thing I do know, is that you can see the tire size and air pressure clearly when opening my driver’s door. Now that is $450 gone to waste. There were a few other people whom complained of the same issue. My advise, if you do get business done here, PLEASE double check the job. Some people are just in it for the money. Now I have to spend another $500 to get the right size tires for my 2015 KIA. I hope I helped someone.

Great service, fast, a little pricy [$53], but the used tires are less worn than most used tire shops. Unfortunately the guy that put the new tire on rounded off all the corners on the lug nut, and was using a hammer, and wrong sized socket to remove and replace it.

Im not sure the gentlemans name, but Ill call him Vero because thats what it said on what would normally have been the place for ones name.Vero was very pleasant and professional while being as friendly as can be. I arrived, he greeted me, asked me what I was looking for and went to check as soon as I told him.He called me back to show me his stock, I made my selection, he worked his magic in a very favorable amount of time, had me go into their office and finalize the transaction.It took maybe 15-20 minutes from arrival to departure. Will visit again.

I went to go and get two tires replaced these fools didnt even replace the valve stem so the same day one of the valve stems started leaking out air.

Horrible place to go to, know one knows what their doing, they stripped out all my lugnuts on my Volkswagen. They were tightening my lugnuts instead of loosening them. Then they lied to me and said whoever did tires before stripped them out. Don’t go to this place, very unprofessional. Don’t waste a dime at this worthless place.

Great experience at this shop - good and honest people; Ill definitely be back. Had a small piece of debris in my tire and was told by a reputable shop downtown that it couldnt be repaired, only replaced and offered to bill me for a new tire plus installation. These guys patched it right up, showed me the work, and did the install for free - even replaced my temporary and jack back in the trunk. Quick work at an awesome price. Glad to know this spot.

My favorite used tire spot. Friendly service and quick. Theyre used tires are affordable and they also do some repairs and have new tires. They open early in the morning and can get you out quick with no appointment needed.

Dont setup 24hr uhual pickup with this location they wont leave the keys in the lock box like they are supposed too.

Multiple used tires to choose from in my size 205/50/16. Out the door for $40 and 15 min, included balancing, installation and old tire disposal fee. Would recommend!!

Got a used tire, the tread looks pretty good, ths price was ok, service was great, open on Saturdays, so that was convenient. 5 stars, Id recommend them to a relative or friend.

My tire had a nail. All I needed was a plug - the major tire stores wanted to sell me a new set of tires because the nail was too close to the edge. What rubbish.It was raining when I pulled up behind the garage. Al helped me right away. Wonderful courteous service. Thank you again Al!

Terrible customer service. Had to return a UHaul, the associate was to lazy to go out and look it over. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to return my deposit.

Their card scanner doesn’t work properly . They told me to go next door and use atm and get cash which cost me extra transaction fees. I know my PIN, I use the same pin for the last 10 years.
