My sister took her car here for a repair on her recall. They messed up her fuel pump. When my dad called Amanda the service manager told him he can fix it. They won’t own up to their mistake and correct it. It’s okay for businesses to as long as they make them right but this dealership is not doing this. It’s a real shame. I hope you guys feel good taking advantage of an 18 year old.
From the beginning of my car buying process, I was shown nothing but the best customer service. The process was not stressful at all and I felt fully prepared when it came time to actually make the purchase. I was greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome and valued as a customer. So I called to schedule an appointment for a recall item for our outback and thought I would get the oil changed and rotate the tires while there. The soonest I could get an appointment was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. I mentioned we would be waiting for the vehicle and the service advisor said the recall and repairs would take about an hour and a half. We were ok with wait and took the car in for the work. Rather than wait in the Customer lounge we walked to a few local stores to pass the time. After returning about an hour and a half I saw our car outside and thought great were all done. Much to our surprise they had not even started on the work yet and we were told it would be several more hours before the work was done. Laura was very apologetic and offered us a loaner vehicle which we declined as we were leaving that day for a road trip. I was disappointed that after scheduling the work so far in advance that the service department failed to complete the work on time as committed. I dont know why only one mechanic was qualified to do the work and why they did not go ahead and complete the oil change first if he was so busy. IMHO The service manager is not doing his job. Were going to try Schumacher in WPB.
Worst place you can bring your Mazda! I have a 2019 Mazda CX5, unfortunately, I got into a small car accident and brought it to them to fix it. (Who would know a Mazda better than the dealership! right...WRONG) They had my car for almost of month. It was absolutely hell and took almost a week to get a rental car from them. Long story short I finally got a rental for $75 a day. When I picked my car up I was having issues with a different part of the car then when I brought it in. I brought it back and they told me They didnt screw in all the bolts to the axle and wheels. Of course I was mad and once again picked it up.... I had my car for all of 1 day and the same thing was wrong. It was a fight again when I brought it back! Then they tried to tell me that the rental car contract stated something that it didnt until I called them out on the correct information on the agreement. This place has been so bad my parents went to the next town to buy their new car. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I never have to return here. HIGHLY unsatisfied.

They did NOT believe me when I told them. Four times, I could not turn the ignition key, and steering wheel locked up. They will charge you a diagnostic fee, even if nothing is wrong. They did not charge me. My vehicle was worst, then when I delivered it. Left front wheel made a very large sqealing noise, and was hard to steer. Do not go here, takes way too long to fix vehicles, experience of mechanics is NOT good, quality of workmanship poor.
Giving a one star cause I was baited to come in was talking to someone named Sophia and she confirmed that the model I was looking into was available when I showed up the salesperson were very nice and kind I asked about the model and they were lost and could not find the model until someone said it was been sold then I got confused and said how so when it was confirmed wasted time and gas for nothing hope no one else goes through this experience that I went through

I was offered a courtesy car [sweet Mazda CX30]. Service was detailed, prompt & reasonably priced. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

From check-in to check-out this was as smooth and comfortable a dealership service one can ask for. Steve Smith was very personable and provided clear explanations of the work that was required and what was recommended. Additionally, he kept us informed with updates while we waited to keep us aware of when our vehicle service would be completed. The waiting area is comfortable and customers have snacks and drinks available. Pricing was on a par with private repair shops, which from my perspective is a real plus.

On the 31st of May, I had what I will say was the absolute pleasure to do business with Pete, Chuck, and Brandon at Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach. They were able to put me in a lease on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring that I am happy to drive today. I held off a week from leaving a review because I wanted to see how much I would enjoy the car and I can say I love it. My car before this was a 2013 Honda Accord and the 3 Touring is so much nicer all around. Its more comfortable handles better and much less road noise while driving. Yes it is a four year newer vehicle, and I drove a new Accord, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as Mazda 3 on the test drive.As for the dealership, I will say it was by far the most comfortable hassle free car purchase I have ever done. I provided them my numbers, and to my surprise, they were able to come below what I asked. This is something that almost never happens and trust me I wasn’t a pushover. I think it was the professionalism and understanding of the gentleman at Dyer Mazda that was able to make this happen. It was much appreciated in my wallet for sure.After the sale Pete as able to walk me through every feature the car had to offer. Some I was unaware of that came in this model. He is a great person and salesman with the proper knowledge of the brand and models.I will say without a doubt that I am very proud that I have purchased from Dyer Mazda and for certain will do so again. Yeah, I may have sounded like a commercial, but I’m truly happy with my purchase how can you not?

How car buying SHOULD be! The Dyer family is lucky to have both Brandon and Alan. They made the entire process easy and painless - extremely transparent and honest guys! After a not so great experience at the Mazda dealership in Melbourne, I would highly recommend making the extra drive to go see these guys. They were patient with all of my questions, didnt just explain the bells and whistles of the car (like most car salesmen do with women), but took the time to explain the specs behind the more technical aspects of the vehicle. Cant wait to go back to say hello when I get my vehicle serviced! Thanks for all you guys have done for me!

The careless service staff will probably damage your paint, curb your wheels, and return your car dirtier than when you handed over the keys.After bringing my 2014 Mazda2 in for servicing, it was given back to me with paint scuffs on the front bumper cover, from what I would say was one of the service staff leaning a tire from another car against mine while it was in their care. I could tell my vehicle was driven carelessly, due to both driver side tire sidewalls being brown and chewed up as if they had grazed a curb. Luckily for them, the paint imperfection buffed out and my expensive aftermarket wheels werent damaged. To top it all off, they were courteous enough to wash my already, and VERY obviously clean car, which left it covered in streaks and water spots. The car was showroom clean when I drove in, and now I have to clean it all over again. That lack of judgement is not surprising, given the mediocre job the rest of the staff did.Im not even the only person to have this problem. During my time at Dyer, another woman was dealing with management over some body damage inflicted on her freshly serviced Subaru.After submitting this review, I will be checking to make sure that my vehicle was properly serviced, if at all. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Dyer for anything, be it vehicle servicing or future vehicle purchases. I will also be notifying the Mazda North America corporate offices, because unacceptable service like this is pathetic.
The service department as a whole, definitely needs more square footage. Tire plus and Tire kingdom have larger reception area. Overpriced like a lot of the dealership nowdays. Unless you really need your Mazda to be repaired at a Mazda dealer, I would not recommend.
Just bought a 2016 CX-5 from Dyer a week ago and I LOVE IT! The buying experience was unlike any Ive experienced...salesperson was fantastic, process was quick - I would highly recommend this dealership and this brand! In fact, my Dad just went yesterday to Dyer and bought the exact same car! :)

My experience at Dyer Mazda was beyond any experience I have ever had buying a car. They went beyond what is considered excellent. If you are in the market for a Mazda, Kia, Chevrolet or Subaru visit Dyer. You will be treated like royalty along with getting the best deal ever. I love my Mazda CX5 and could not be happier.
The dashboard on our Mazda 6 has been melting for years. Mazda extended the warranty on the melting dashboard, but they never have any in stock, they are always back ordered. The best part is that we recently took the car in for a passenger airbag recall, and the sloppy staff proceeded to drag the hot melting dashboard on the a pillar, the windshield, and the sun visor. Now I have this disgusting mess to clean up, if it even comes off at all. A professional staff would have either cleaned up their mess after, or properly taped off any potential affected areas prior. This isnt the only melted dash your people have dealt with, its just plain lazy.

Dont count on their service department. Even after the mechanic admits and acknowledges the problem, the service manager will refuse to fix it and will suggest you take your business elsewhere. Keep this in mind before visiting here or buying a vehicle from this dealer.

Pete and Sherrie never once pushed themselves on me, instead letting me know they were there if I had questions. They respected my privacy and did not solicit to the private contact information I provided. Im overwhelmingly happy with the car I got, the price I got it for, and the people who I got to deal with. When it comes to quality, nobodys higher than Dyer!
WARNING! Scam artists. Tried to over charge for an oil change and tire rotation even though it was booked online at a set price. Didnt even do the tire rotation after taking 3 hours longer then they were supposed to. Somehow my brakes suddenly had problems which werent there when I arrived and then come to find out they put the wrong oil drain plug in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

My husband purchased a spotless used 2009 Mazda 3 from Dyer a year and a half ago. I fell in love with his car so when it was time for me to get a new car I was seriously looking at a Mazda 3 hatchback as well. Decided to go by Dyer one Saturday and Vernon Tynes came out to say hi. Wow did we luck out with getting him as a sales representative! He was so friendly and not at all pushy. Listened to what my needs and wants were in a new car and showed me the perfect car for me based on what I told him. When we test drove it he answered all my questions without hesitation and although he was very informative about the vehicle during the test drive he was also interesed in just talking to us and chatting about everyday things. Turns out that car he showed me on the lot was my perfect car and I knew it from the 1st test drive. Vernon was amazing during the negotiations on purchasing the car and really wanted to make me happy during the process. Before taking the vehicle home he took a significant amount of time with me to sit in the car and tell me about all the new features and how to work all the electronics and gagets. I want to thank Tom Deschler and Brandon Reynolds for the wonderful sales experince I had at Dyer Mazda. I was one of those customers who checked out many new cars . I looked at them and their specs, I test drove them, and then had to decide out of many brands, which make and model to buy. I have to say I was probably what would normally be considered a pain in the butt customer because before I made my decision, I had been to Dyer 4 times, to the point Tom and Brandon knew me. Each time I visited, I was welcomed like an old friend and they gave me their time and energy to evaluate a car. I never felt pushed. I never felt like I was an annoyance. They went out of their way to find the color I was looking for and when it came time to make my decision, one of the major factors was the dealership and how I was treated. I leased a Mazda 6 Grand Touring model which has many hi tech features. Aside from a car driving itself,this car has everything from lane departure warnings, cross traffic alerts, blind spot monitoring, potential brake assist upon possible collison and cruise control distance monitoring and speed control on cars in front of you...among others!! Mazda makes a fine car and I urge anyone interested in buying a car who is reading this, to visit Dyer Mazda on Rt. 1 in Vero Beach. Youll love the cars and the people who work there.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus in September 2016. I began have problems with the car. There was an appointment with the new service manager Mike. When I arrived on last week, he never came out to speak with me. One of the guys came out and asked me to drive and let him hear the car. When we got back to the dearlership, he went to speak with Mike. He came back and told me they could not help me at the dearlership and take the car to the Ford dealership. By this time, I am furious. I left very angry and took the car to the Ford dealership. To my disappointment, the car has transmission issues, brakes wearingout, and tires are wearing out. This is not what was suppose to happen and no one at the dearlership seems to care.

I called both the John Dyer dealership and MZADA Corp about my transmission oil going bad prematurely. Even though they call the Fluid a lifetime fluid and not its not to be changed until 60 or 100.000 miles which I have in writing from a mazda corp email .. I only have 34k on my mazda 3 2013. So Why did it go bad prematurely? Maybe there is something wrong with my tranny, Why are they not standing by their warranty? If the fluid goes bad the transmission goes bad. They are both fighting me over a fluid change. How ridiculous is that!! The Dealership is siding with Mazda corp go figure that one. The bottom line is that they are unconcerned for my safety and anything could happen to the transmission which could involve an accident. Were fighting about 35 dollars in tranny fluid at wholesale cost max. John Dyer says the service is almost 200 bucks while most other non dealerships charge 80 dollars. Looks like will have to get the BBB, Consumer Affairs, Attorney Generals office, Fresh From Florida and the DMV involved.
