I was on my way to Georgia from South Florida when the money light came on. I first contacted University Mitsu where I bought the car and the service department went off that I probably destroyed the CVT and should have changed the fluid at every 30k miles even though the manual does not recommend changing it at all. I am a mechanic and found this suspicious. I then contacted Sutherlin since they were the closest and they were able to take me right in. I am not familiar with CVT transmissions and the service people were wonderful in explaining that my problem was minor and not to worry. They didnt even insist that I needed the fluid changed but with 8 hours to drive I did it anyway. They took care of my car immediately for a very reasonable cost and I was on my way to visit my son who had recently returned from an Afghanistan deployment. Very friendly and nice people all around. I wish that they were close enough that I could use them on a regular basis.

By far the best Car Buying Experience to date. Everything started with an online inquiry. Internet Sales Manager Keith gave me a call soon after and from the start I knew I was dealing with a true gentleman. Sadly, the specific car I wanted was no longer available, but instead of dropping the ball like other dealers, Keith offered to look for the car I wanted on nearby inventory. He also gave me other options to consider from his available inventory with no pressure whatsoever. At the end Keith offered me a fair deal on a car he had at his dealership. We handled all the numbers and paperwork online. He always provided a real quote with all the breakdown of the numbers and real out of the door price. It was refreshing to see everything so straight forward. It makes decision making a breeze for the buyer. I also applied for financing online and got my real APR soon after. I forgot to mention something, we are in South Florida and decided to drive 100 plus miles to Vero Beach to buy our car from Keith. We got there and Keith introduced us to Jason. Jason is a big guy in presence and statue. However, he was the most wonderful sales rep we have ever encountered. He was energetic and was super happy for us to acquire our car. You can tell he loves the brand and takes the time to master all the features. We then met with the finance Manager and finished all paperwork and signatures (BTW - They honored everything discussed online...no bad surprises at all - Even our car was already detailed and full of gas by the time we arrived). After the sale was completed, Jason took the time to explain every detail of the car and even configured the phone app for us. I dont think you get this level of service even from the Luxury brands. We felt VIP all the way. From initial contact, to sales, to finance, everyone was outstanding. Sorry for the long review, but this experience needed to be shared in detail. When cleaning a vehicle, it should be at a minimum vacuumed inside and doors wiped clean. In other words a full-service wash and clean of vehicle. other than this issue, the service was excellent and everything was communicated with efficacy and accurately. The salesmen we dealt with was a tool and not friendly at all. Also the vehicle we bought started having problems 2 days after we got it. All the spark plugs had to be replaced. Than a few days after that the check engine light came on. In my opinion, they cared more about getting you into the car then making sure the car worked before selling it. DONT GO THERE!!!

What a great dealership, I dont have the best credit but the whole team including Brandon, and Vince did everything in their power to get me into my car. They made me feel like family and this feeling you cant find just anywhere nowadays. Many people would think because I have bad credit They would put me in a junker. That was not the case they had a great car that they knew would be a great fit for me. 2017 Nissan Sentra with little over 6,000 miles. This car was a golden gem. They worked two days with the banks to get me approved and they did. Vince is such a numbers guy and I would recommend him to anyone. Brandon has such good charm and is willing to help as much as he can. I had to wait awhile and he made sure I was taken care of ( pretty much he made sure I had coffee). Overall a great company and I will not go anywhere else to buy my future cars. However with the great car I just bought It will be awhile this car is going to last.

The salesman was excellent and kind and did a great job

All the staff was very pleasant especially Brandon. I contacted him about the ad for the truck he had everything prepared and ready when we got there to test drive.We took the truck for a test drive and was very impressed on how much information Brandon knew about the vehicle. He was so knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Went back inside ran credit did paperwork and drove away within an hour or so. This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.

Everybody knows car buying is a stressful thing but Sutherlin Mitsubishi made it as easy as it can be. Brandon Landers was very helpful and made the process simple. Keith is one of the best representatives I have come across. He went above and beyond before and after working hours. I am the new owner of a used Mitsubishi purchased elsewhere. I called this morning and spoke to Dan to ask if it was possible for someone to explain some of my cars features I was confused about. He without hesitation told me to come in and someone would be happy to help me. I stopped in this afternoon and was greeted by Dan who made me feel very welcome there. He suggested I talk to the technician Doug. Doug took my car changed the oil and came out to answer all of my questions and even offered information and tutorials on so much more. He was AMAZING! This was such an awesome experience. We have been to dealerships where we have literally been alllllll day and wouldn’t work with us at the end. We came straight after work (got there at 6:30pm) and left about 8pm with a plan on how we can workout a finance deal. Next day, same time, and we were out quickly. They were willing to work with us to get that car for our son.The salesman, Keith, was so helpful. He understood what we were looking for and genuinely cared that the car would be safe for our son (his first car). He took the time to answer all our questions and he even looked up parts for us the we wanted.If you go to this dealership, ask for Keith! I would definitely take the drive (about 45 minutes away from me) again and buy from him/dealership.
