Just took ownership of a new Bronco thanks to Mullinax. This is my families 5th Mullinax purchase but my first here in Vero. With the attention the Bronco has received this past 18 months comes a slew of comments about how dealerships have mishandled their clients. Admittingly, I had a few reserves but was confident Mullinax would treat me well. I have to say, I cant recall better vehicle purchasing experience than this one (and Ive had many).Mullinax really worked as a team and made me feel like my business meant something. I first met Laurel who helped me reserve my Bronco. Later, I popped in when I saw there was a demo and although I disclosed up front that I had already purchased to Tennyson, he volunteered to take me out for a spin (that went over really well in my book). Kudos Ten. When my vehicle arrived, I again popped in unannounced, only to be greeted by the sales manager Lance who stopped what he was doing and took me out to my car to check it out. He showed me a bunch of features, told me about the preinspection they were doing, and then offered to take me out for a ride in it. Lance spent a lot of quality time with me which also deserves special recognition. The next day when I went back to see if it was ready I noticed a different guy, Joe, standing on a ladder next to another guy with a light inspecting part of the roof. I mean these guys really looked this car over well. Then Joe helped me go through the vehicle again as well as the purchase process. Joe was a class act and instrumental to this purchase. I ended up meeting Dan the money man, Stephen the parts specialist, Lori in collision, along with a few others. They were all great! Really! Everyone played a unique part and when it was all said and done, I got the vehicle I ordered, the price we originally agreed upon (actually slightly better thanks to Lance and Joe), and left the dealership knowing I had a positive experience. Ive gotta say that Mullinax really nailed it!

I used to be a lot better service. And cheaper. Im a senior and that is heavy on the pocketbook. That my phone was disconnected you never said anything about it I have to find out when I was driving couldnt answer the phone. I did go back the gentleman told me the wait for the car I went in one of the kid came out and looked at the car and he said he doesnt know whats wrong with it and that was it. Im done

We had an awesome experience with Mullinax while buying our new 2021 Explorer. Our sales representative Bill was awesome at answering all of our questions before we even went in to look at the car. Once we made it in the process was so simple! Cars are marked as priced online. No negotiations. No dealer fees. Just add Tax, Tag, Title & Registration. We had a little hiccup with financing, but Rick was great and fixed everything for us quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love our new car and how we were treated, a completely different atmosphere from other dealerships we have previously visited. We will definitely be back the next time we need a new car!

Todd and Javier were very helpful. We had a dead battery on new car. Javier said have it towed via AAA to dealership and they would call us when car arrived. 3 hrs. later we had a new battery, oil changed and tires rotated. It is a Friday of a long weekend and we thought we had no car, but Mullinax Ford took care of us. We are very happy with their service.

Overall good experience. We worked with Sheena, she was very helpful, honest and accommodating. We live 6 hours away and Sheena gave us a couple walk around video calls to show us the vehicle. They also delivered it to us. Bill and another guy (forgot his name) were the ones to deliver it and they were also very helpful with the paperwork and nice! Definitely recommend this dealership! Sheena deserves 5 stars, however the financial side was not explained very well and the ball was dropped until Sheena jumped on it.

She DEFINITELY earned her commission since we ended up preferring the very first vehicle we tested. When I told her I wasn’t sure about financing, she didn’t blink, just said she was sure they could find us a better deal then excused herself to speak to the finance department. “Radio” Rick Proverb, then stepped into the picture. He is a down to earth gentleman who took the time to go through a few different options. Never being pushy or insistent about extras we could buy to get a bigger commission. He helped get us a better interest rate and when about protection plans he helped us find the right plan and gap insurance for us. Ive never bought a used car and definitely not bought a vehicle online, so I was very wary of the process. I chose Mullinax Ford in Vero Beach to begin my research and Shena Taylor replied to my query. I must say that Shena was just the kind of salesperson I wanted, and she patiently guided me through the online process. When I finally chose the car I wanted, we did all the paperwork online in the matter of an afternoon and my car was scheduled for free delivery two days later at my home in another city. The nice gentlemen who delivered it was both personable and knew what we needed to do to complete the handover and take my car back to the dealership for trade in. All of the people who were involved in this process were knowledgeable and eager to help. The final beautiful thing the dealership did was not to charge me a dealers fee which in Florida is usually almost $1,000! Buy from Mullinax Ford! Youll be happy you did.

Dennis was on top of my job from the first call.He gave me advice and confirmed that due diesel fuel contamination in 2020 F250 that I should not drive the truck in which prevented additional damage. The vehicle was transferred down to Vero. It was an older vehicle and arrived with a few more “love taps” and dents than we initially saw online. Worst experience ever at a dealership. Sales guy was great flew down from RI to purchase a 2019 Denali HD when I got there noticed there was damage not shown in pictures or told to me. Asked for enough money off to fix the very apparent damage and was offered 250$. Spent a lot of time and money to purchase a 65,000$ truck from them to not be taken care of. Then the sales manager calls me 5 hours after I leave(already booked a flight home) to tell me that he’d give me what I asked for in the first place. And not to mention the woman sales manager could not of been more rude. Peter the salesman was a pleasure. Even offered to give me a ride wherever I needed.

All personnel involved were pleasant and helpful. Work necessary was explained clearly. Only complaint is the phone system which kept sending me back to original message rather than sending me to either a LIVE person or the voice mail for Dennis.

Hello this is the first time in 63 years that Ive gone to a car dealer to buy a car and had the best experience ever I was in the search of a Ford edge 2021 and Robert Mason emailed me and told me he had the car for me gave me a good reasonable price I made an appointment the next day and Robert wasnt able to take care of me but he had Peter Paris sales consultant take care of me he was wonderful stress-free felt very comfortable we wrapped up the deal then Rick Proverb did the financial work he did not push any extra insurance plans he mentioned it and that was all no dealers fees no doc fees none of those ridiculous fees oh and I also was trading in my Ford mustang which they gave me a reasonable price for we closed up the deal and it was the best experience ever thank you guys you were the best Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach.

I have a 2019 Lincoln MKZ, I have an issue with the sensor in the rear bumper that alerts me when on coming traffic is near. I stopped by Mullinax just out of curiosity to see if a service person could give me an idea of what the fix would be. CJ was terrific in telling me the solution and that he could fix my problem under warranty. This saved me a trip to the dealership in Fr. Pierce and I hope to have the repair this coming week.

When I left the dealer on Sat. I thought every ting was in fine order. When I went to pick up the car on Tues. I found it had no gas and i told it would be filled up before I picked it up I stopped on the way home and filled up. When I got home i was walking around the car and saw that my license tag I left with the salesman on Sat was not on the car. So, I had to drive my car back to the dealer and find another salesman to fine my tag. I took it home and put it on the car my self. This has been my experience the 62 years I have been buying cars. Service advisor CJ very unprofessional, told me to take my truck to my friends dealership down to Stuart that he works at. Due to me Refusing to pay them for four hours to work around a ranchhand bumper and oversized wheels, being I Bought the truck from their dealership lifted on oversized wheels. Being 5 out of 6 of our vehicles are fords and 2 of them coming from them in 2019 they lost our business

Walked in without an appointment to the Quick Lane service center and they took my car right in and did The Works and replaced my brake pads and cleaned up my rotors. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Not to shabby for no appointment. All the staff is very kind and helpful and they have a nice waiting area.
