Nice friendly staff at this medium sized Ford dealership. Reasonable variety of all makes of current Ford vehicles. Pricing seems in line with other current dealerships. Excellent location with multiple ingress and egress. Didn’t get a chance to check out the service end but if it’s like the sales department it also be of quality. I think it would get Henry’s approval.

This was a very friendly car dealership. Ford in of itself is such a reputable American brand of Motor Vehicle. A Natural Choice when looking for a car, SUV, truck, or van.The sales representatives at Velde Ford are nothing short of helpful kind and considerate. Also, they seem to have an air about them regarding the fact that most people are just price hunting and not actually there at that moment to buy a car. I suppose what Im saying is, you do not feel pressure when leaving or pressure when being approached by a sales representative.My family and I have been there on several occasions we have bought two cars from them and in the future should the need arise we will do business with them again. They offer excellent front tube bumper insurance as well as wheel warranties. Another nice benefit is the fact that they will detail your car before you actually leave the lot. It is a full detail, not a quick job like some other dealerships Ive known to do business with in the past, have done.they have a nice selection of brand new cars, obviously most lot to do, but on the other hand I would have to say their used car selection is slightly lacking. This might be due to the fact of the current economical status of the year in hand. Most people are looking for a nice used car it seems. So I will have to say, although Limited and selection, their used cars are in very good condition.Velde Ford gets my stamp of approval as one of the better Ford dealerships in this County. Definitely give them a checking out if youre doing some car shopping or just price hunting.

Velde Ford in Vero Beach has always been there for me. I am pleased with my Ford Focus SE. It performs well, has great power and has never failed me. Part of that is because I take my Ford into Velde for regular service when it is due. They are efficient, caring, and friendly whenever they interact with their customers. Most times I can go there and have a seat in their super clean waiting room, have a free cup of excellent coffee, and meet new people while they work on my Ford and have it done in no time. I had spent years being one of those guys who didnt care for Ford. I preferred GM or Chrysler. This is my first Ford and it has been my best experience of all. I am a happy camper. Thank you Velde.

We had the best car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure, no gimmicks, no surprises. Annette was the most considerate, accommodating sales person we have ever met. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and showed us multiple cars that fit the criteria. We went in with one model in mind and ended up with a different one, that we liked much better, that even cost less. We werent pushed to buy the car they wanted to sell but the one we chose. When we picked up the car it was detailed like Ive never seen before.We even received a courtesy call from Annette to see how we liked the car and if we had any questions. All aspects of the car, the warranty, etc was explained in detail. All costs of the car were listed on the window sticker, so there were no surprises. We have been looking for a car for months now, we have been to many dealerships, we have bought cars in the past from local dealers; this has to be the best experience we have had. If we ever need a car in the future this is where we will buy. Great facility, great experience, very happy.

On 2 separate occasions I was told they could not complete my service at the time we had scheduled after I had shown up for the service. I was then asked to reschedule the appointments, I scheduled these appointments, why would I schedule another. I stopped going to them altogether. Its easier to drive to Ft Pierce or Melbourne and get the service you scheduled. If they truly cared about their customer base they would have at least called so that I wouldnt have driven an hour round trip and accomplish nothing.

I cannot say enough about the service as Velde Ford. I am from Toronto Canada and was vacationing in Vero Beach. On my way there i had an issue with my heat shield (which i was told had been fixed by my dealer in Canada). Dennis and Louis were fantastic, looked at my car without an appt. ordered the part for me and fixed it all in 24 hours. If it wasnt so far to travel Id take my vehicle here for all my servicing. they truly are exceptional.

Velde Ford is a great place for service. Quick Lane for minor maintenance and a full service team for all the rest. Shuttle service is available as well as Hertz rental car at the dealership. Clean and reliable services. Coffee is always hot and free!

Annette Lyons is amazing! She did everything she could to make sure I wasnt just happy with my new mustang but that it was exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured at any time and she made the buying process fast and easy. She is very patient, kind, and considerate. She didnt mind staying past business hours to help me and even entertained my 2 kids so that I could concentrate on what I needed to! I recently purchased a subaru from Bud at Velde Ford. Im an out-of-state buyer and Bud was super helpful with sending me photos and all the information I requested about the vehicle. When I was able to go to the dealership, the purchase was a breeze and the vehicle was what i expected. They also provided me with a loan and went as far to make sure it was a bank that was located in my current state. Bud and his team were great and handled everything one would need for an out-of-state purchase.

Had a 11 Oclock appointment for an oil change. I waited for 3 1/2 hours in lobby. When I went to window to see if my car was done, they had it in the parking lot and wasnt even started. No apology or reason . I left without getting serviced. Great way to spend your day.

This place has a reputation as a hometown, family owned business. We have had the misfortune of dealing with Bill Minogue. He has called us liars and has lied about us regarding our vehicle. I felt so threatened by him that I even called the police! Our vehicle is still there and they refuse to release the vehicle for the agreed upon cost of a diagnostic. I refuse to pay for a part that was not authorized. Instead of seeking a compromise our case is going to attorneys and small claims. Wouldn’t it have just been easier to keep your word? Bill is a disgrace to this business and the Ford name. How dare you call us liars and tell lies about us. He told us we better leave or be charged with trespassing and then has his service writer call weeks later to inform us that we are being charged daily storage fees. Tell us to leave and then charge storage. Makes no sense. I am more than willing to pay the agreed $129 but no more. I will even pay to tow the vehicle out of your dealership. I will not tolerate being called a liar or being charged for parts that I did not agree to.Its a true shame. Mr Velde, God rest his soul, must be rolling in his grave with the way the service department has degraded.

My F150 had to be serviced for a leaky evapurator. Sherry received my service request and issued me the soonest service date that met my daily schedule and kept me posted and up to date with the repair progress.Dennis was assigned my service request, who too was very curtious and helpful.Upon completion of my service, I was returned my 2013 F150 which looked brand new. I found out that the service Department had my truck FULLY detailed before turning it over. Levi did a detail that is unexplainable. They may not have the largest selection of used cars but they do ALL they can to help. The service department acts under stress the best they can and we all should appreciate that. I bought several cars here and not getting any bonus or anything for saying that: They have UPS and little downs but overall they are the BEST!I just walked over the sales lot and Bud spent his time with me knowing I am not buying right know - thats customer service!>>> After the nice owners responds I tried to add a star but it would not let me do that :)

Cost me almost $900 and the one thing I wanted them to fix was neglected. They acted like it was my fault for not constantly reminding them why the vehicle was there in the first place. I really LIKED Velde Ford in the beginning but now its all about how much more they can get out if you. A single Mom who had to take out a loan JUST to fix everything BUT the original asking repair,which was replaced twice a already.Totally discussed!

I purchased Escape not even a month I took it back in a second day to check the tires out because it was shaking apparently fixed it it was okay for a couple of days now it started again.the mechanic check it out and he said nothing wrong with it but I told him it is and we went out to drive and run 30 miles an hour its like rocking its weird. Then this lady I dont know if shes a supervisor or who she is but she gets kind of thats nice to me she said if something wrong with the tire you have to pay for the tire I just purchased the SUV I am not happy. And he still doing it. This should exchange the car for me or try to fix it. And they want me to pay for extra exchanging the car or the tires. That is insane I never heard anything like that.

We will never buy a vehicle here again, primarily because of the service department. Truthfully, we won’t be buying another Ford since there aren’t any other ford dealerships locally we can go to for service and we’d have to come back here. Any time we are having mechanical issues (which is quite a lot for the vehicle we bought here), we have to wait over a week to get the car in. We have multiple warranties on both Fords and we will always have to pay for a rental or fight Velde to pay for a rental, only to have them still only make a partial payment, leaving us to pick up at least a day or two. They are never in a hurry to get the work done once they have it. Most issues require at least two trips back to the dealership to have them finish up things that left undone (I.e. not bleeding the brakes after a change, putting the steering wheel back on completely sideways after removing it, leaving the car streaked, filmy, and filthy after body work). If you buy a vehicle here, at least be prepared to get it serviced elsewhere.

Service department is unable to perform the most simple of tasks without problems....and plenty of excuses. Beware!The sales department routinely lies, misleads and takes advantage of customers. Current vehicle purchased is not certified as they claimed, wasnt serviced as they claimed and an item was stolen which they tried to sell back to us. Beware and dont trust them! Velde is full of people pretending to be nice and friendly, only to screw, lie and take advantage of customers for decades now.

Make sure to listen to what is covered in repairs, dealership plays games with pricing. Almost every service will need a diagnosis charge. Ask lots of questions and make sure that you understand or youll be charged for something that you dont need or want.

I went to this dealership in March 2018 to speak to the general manager about my father who has Dementia being a Co-Buyer on an Ford F-150 in October of 2016. I was met with such disrespect from not only the general manager but the finance manager as well. I took in my power of attorney thst was put into place in 2015 and let them know what had transpired. All I wanted to know was who was on the lease agreement was it just my father or was it his partner as well. They left me sitting at a table for 5 minutes came back toss down the copy of my power of attorney and told me that they could not give me any information. When I asked why I was told because it was none of my business. This upset me and I said how dare they take advantage of someone that had Dementia and all they did was mock me and just begin standing there saying and waving their hands good bye as I walked out of the dealership letting them know how horrible they were.What awful ordeal. With all my documentation I had provided theses men would not provide me with this information.I have since found it and have the lease agreement and am getting this matter resolved but unfortunately not through Velde Ford.

Had routine Qiick Lane service performed on my truck. I arrived at lunch time and was told that there could be a 30 minute delay starting because some service technicians were at lunch. I chose to wait even though it could take longer. When the service wasnt completed after 90 minutes the service manager apologized and let me know it would be a little longer. When the service was completed the service manager informed me there would be no charge because I had waited so long. Its rare to see acts of good will such as this today.

This place is not where I would take a vehicle for service. I took a 95 Ford truck in for an oil change and to get them to check for a fuel system issue, and left with a leaking fuel pump (wasnt leaking prior to my visit) that they want $1200 to replace. They called me during the oil change to ask how to open the hood. Thats right, a Ford shop didnt know how to open the hood. They also didnt diagnose the fuel issues and were shocked that a vehicle didnt have a computer to hook into. They also told me I needed a new fuel filter when I had just replaced my old one. To me that is a huge red flag. Save your time and money and go to an independent shop that actually wants your business and knows more than how to hook a computer into a vehicle.

We continually have issues when we take our Ford Fusion in for service and pay for the Works package.When the tires are rotated and we receive our car back after servicing 1 or even more of our lug studs are always broken. These are NEVER broken when we drive our car into Velde Ford but they seem to think it is ok to give us our car back in this condition! We feel they should return our car to us as it was when they received it with UNBROKEN lug studs. They then have the audacity to tell us we have to repair them even though they were not broken before they began work on our car! Ridiculous!! Customer service at Ford is no better as they have yet to help us even though we have been loyal customers for 25+ years. Guess its time to buy elsewhere. Whatever happened to customer service? Well buyer beware if you go to this location, you will be taken advantage of!

I was asked to come down to this dealership from Melbourne with the intention of buying a vehicle only to find out when I selected the vehicle they would not honor a Grant provided to me As a Combat wounded veteran. The management was very disrespectful and unsupportive. As a recently retired Veteran of the armed forces with 24 years of service I expected an American company to treat me with respect and dignity. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle there but they wanted a ridiculous down-payment on 2011 Ford F-150 with 86,000+ miles. We left disappointed but the following day went to another dealership in Vero Beach and got a Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7 liter Hemi, 2015 with only 15,000 miles and a smaller down payment. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Untrustworthy service dept. Paid for the works oil change, fluids werent topped off, oil change needed like remained on. Car was returned with fluids below the minimum line, was told that that line didnt matter and they couldnt add any more fluid to it because it would boil over. Obviously they dont understand the importance of engine coolant and the clearly marked maximum and clear marked minimum lines. If coolant is under minimum when engine is cold how can the fluids boil over.Unsure of whether any services paid for was actually completed. Will not return.

Terrible Service Dept., forgets to put appointment in computer, they claim they have transportation, Rhett doesnt know where 25th St and US 1 is (9 miles), balanced tires - put new one in wrong place, also puts down wear on tires - which was completely wrong. Sign outside says service till 5 - lady comes in with a 4:30 oil change appointment - Todd tells her they dont do that - she said she even confirmed - they need to take these guys outside and read the sign to them.

Dont buy from Velde Ford. My 91 year old father, a WWII veteran, went in to buy a V6 SUV. They told him, and I over the phone, that the one he was buying was a V6. He gets it home and its a 4 cylinder! I go back with him this morning and the manager said Sorry, too bad!. Too late!. ....They charged him $1000 to clean it and install a security device. .....They didnt do it! Manager said he didnt care about my dad! Sorry, too bad!

I have used them for oil changes for the last year because i bought my car from them. Im an out side sales rep so i need my car for work, So i allways make an appointment when i need an oil change and ask how long it should take. The typical answer is 30 mins. I have had my oil changed 6 times this year all by them. On 3 occasions it took 3 hours. 2 occasions it took 1.5 hours. And on the last occasion it took 1 hour. I complained to one of the so-called managers and he lost his mind as if it was my fault that they are unable to compleat a simple oil change in a reasionable amount of time. The dissussion allmost became a fist fight.I will NEVER do buissness with Velde Ford again.

These guys are UNREAL. The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I could ask for. I drove 2 hours to Velde, and drove away with the sweetest F-150. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated like family. They answered every question, no cheesy sales tactics, and went through all my paperwork line by line to make sure everyone was on the same page. At the end of the day, I ended up with an incredible truck at a really great price, even better than I had hoped for. Whether youre ready to buy like I was, or just checking out the sweetest new models, you cant go wrong.Tom Patrick was a pleasure to work with, and Larry in finance made to whole process smooth as silk. I couldnt believe how quick and simple they made it. As a local firefighter, hard work and honesty are incredibly important to me. After being hussled around at my local dealerships, i had become wary and tired of some of the sales nonsense in my area. But after my experience at Velde, Id gladly drive twice as far to do business with them again. Tom and I discussed every option, every detail, every price incentive. He was incredibly knowledable, and the few answers he didnt have right away, he had the resources to get within minutes.Like I said, whether youre ready to buy, want to check out the new hype on the lot, or simply have a quick question, you want to call/visit these guys. They made car shopping what its supposed to be; informative and exciting!

I asked Body Shop to put an interior door handle piece on permanently. Instead of advising me that it wouldnt stay because it was broken and that I needed a new part (I would have gladly paid for the part), they stuck it on with black gunk that melted. The piece came off and left a sticky mess. When I drove back to show their poor work, Frank (the manager) never apologized. Instead he said they would only rectify the problem at my expense. When I complained to the Service Manager, he would only say he couldnt understand my complaint.The bottom line is that I should have been told initially that I needed to purchase a new part. All I got was an argument from the Service Manager

Service staff failed to return phone call on a repair estimate. Three days later called a left message for service manager to get back with me, no return phone call. The service of this dealership is non existent. Find a different dealership if your reading this.
