Had my glasses break and was late to appointment due to accident. They were able to get me in and out with new glasses ordered in a single day. The new doctor is awesome and does an amazing job explaining and talking you through the entire process and was able to get my vision better than ever. He was awesome! The front staff and glass fitters are absolutely amazing and super helpful.

I didn’t like the treatment with Dr. Henry. She rushed through the exam, after I waited for over 45 minutes to see her. With me having the first appointment of the morning. She didn’t ask about my dry eye. She put dry in my eye to check my pressure and then hands my glasses back to me, then realized she didn’t test my pressure. Bad service. I will find another doctor.

Wonderful front office staff, very efficient and friendly. The doctor was also friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. I definitely recommend Victoria Family Eyecare!

I would recommend friends and family to visit Victoria Family Eyecare. From the moment you step in youre greated warmly by the friendly staff. Dr Henry is professional and very thorough. Kelsi and Celeste are very compassionate with helping guide you through the whole process from start of Eye exam to selecting Frames and lenses. Celeste is very informative, friendly and patient in selecting the perfect look for glasses.

Friendly, but didn’t really help with my issue. It’s a recurring issue... was told to get over the counter products and come back to pay another $125 for an additional visit to get antibiotics if the problem worsened or persisted.

This was my 3rd time calling today and each time I was put on hold for over 20 mins!!!!! I passed by there on my way to HEB while I was on the phone and they had not 1 patient. This was just rude.

Dr. Amy Henry is amazing. I firmly believe she helped save my life. The staff is also amazing, helpful and very kind. My vision went blurry, then I started having major medical problems. I couldnt get any Medical Drs to take me seriously. She pointed me in a direction where I finally got answers. (I had a major vitamin B 12 deficency) I had to start seeing a different eye Dr, only because this place didnt have the technology that I needed. But my kids still go here. I will forever be greatful to her and her staff. Thank you!

The staff is friendly and professional. However I was charged for fitting and prescribing my contacts. There was no exam or fitting. I told them my current prescription for contacts and even then I had to go back to get that printed, and then it was incorrect. We came in looking for eye care professional in Victoria. Were still looking.

We needed a new optometrist for my family and read she was very good and reviews were righ. Dr. Henry is very nice, attentive and professional. The office is beautiful and the selection of eyewear is up to date with the latest styles and name brands for adults and children.
