I brought a Flexon frame which are durable with transition lenses, plus I added the non-glare/scratch resistant. The whole works from Visionworks #47 on 9/10/2019. The frame is still intact and the lenses dont have a single scratch on them, Visionworks frame and transition lenses are a must!!. The woman who gave me my glasses was not friendly it took her two minutes to hand me my new order. she did point out on my envelope that there was number to call for appt. i did not see that which i apologized to her but she did not care . i told her i had received a text that my glasses were in but never mentioned i had to call ahead. she never made eye contact with me maybe it was about to be her lunchbreak but there was only one customer in the store and there was other employees She didnt even assess the fit on my glasses. i will now need an appt to adjust them since i notice they hurt my earlobe but i DO NOT want her to service me. also when you order glasses should you get a eyeglass cloth?

I had a pretty cool experience here. I never write reviews but I felt this place deserved one. Everyone was real cool and didnt annoy me by pushing sales. A very kind small lady with glasses, I believe her name was Sylvia (sorry if that wasnt your name maam), helped me find a pair. Very homey feel.

This was a waste of time. Im in town working and wanted to update my prescription. At the age of 47, this is the first time my script improved from my previous exam. The Dr, for some reason, thought she could just flip the lenses back and forth several times asking me which is better. Then shed quit and as she would act as though that was it I would say, I still cant see the letters clear. Then repeat it again....and again. Still not satisfied and already decided that I wouldnt be investing in eye glasses from this place and definitely not with the Drs findings, I was still anxious to see how far off it was from my last exam. It wasnt close.

I went by there last Sunday and the girls working were so nice and helpful. They helped me try different glasses and took their time. Michelle helped me and never got frustrated of how picky i was being. Both girls were awesome!!! I am going to take my son next week ! Great store and service

Let me tell you the whole enchilada on how well the service at Victoria vision works was. Me and my wife went in to update our glasses when we finally decided on which one made me look the most handsome (wife rolling her eyes) one of the associates by the name of Sylvia Marshal came to help us and boy let me tell you she made the whole process a breez like a walk threw a meadow in early spring. She was very knowledgeable and explained the pricing and different options to me and my wife. She made the whole experience of getting new glasses very pleasing not to mention her having to put up with my constant looking in the mirror at my self (wife rolling her eyes) I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to update their glasses.

The folks in this store are very helpful. I have very bad eyes, thus my lens are very thick. Justin came out of the lab to help me find which frames would work well with my prescription. I appreciated him going the extra mile.

This place is the best the people who work their are very nice. I went in there because my eye was bothering me (I was a walk in) and the eye doctor saw me right after I finished filling out the paperwork and in less than 30 minutes I was done and the eye drops they recommended solved the problem I was having with my eye.
