Worsr sephora ever. Nothing in stock. Literally nothing. Wont color match. Gave me a foundation that makes me look so yellow. This town needs actual makeup place

I was needing a new liquid foundation brush. Not sure if they have them anymore. I made two rounds searching on my own all the while the three employees talked and visited at the register. Clearly ignoring I was looking. I gave up. I’m so tired of poor or non existent customer service. It’s truly easier to just shop online and avoid the aggravation of it.

I regret not knowing her name but I went to the store yesterday afternoon looking for a red liquid lipstick to match a non Sephora lipstick that I needed replacing and she matched it perfectly in the first try! I went around the store to look for anything else that would match but I couldnt find anything close enough. When I arrived home, I applied it to compare the two side by side and it was perfect, felt great and better to apply! The Employees are great, friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this store.

Found a new base that I m trying out.

I went into this Sephora with a specific item I wanted. I had no clue where it would be, but thankfully one of the employees came up to me asked if I needed any help. I td her what I was looking for she said she might have some in stock and came back with exactly what I wanted. I would have put 5 stars if it werent for being extremely overstimulated with the loud music, crowded space, and over powering smell of everything.

I bought a gift card from Sephora only to find out that it’s not valid online or at Sephora stores outside of jcpenney.Waste of $100
