This Harbor Freight is very clean, neat and organized when I have visited it. The staff members have been nice and friendly answering any questions I had.

One of my favorite stores I can walk around there for hours and still forget something. To some people they may not have the best tools but Ive bought plenty from there and will continue.

Horrible customer service. I live 30 miles away and have been calling for 4 months for this item to get replaced. IF and that is IF they answer they put me on hold for over 30 minutes to come back and say they don’t have any in stock. My warranty will be out then they won’t have to worry about it. I feel like they know that so they don’t try to help. It is very frustrating and disheartening that they don’t seem to care about how they serve people. I keep trying today to call but still can’t get the store to answer:(

Harbor freight was the only place they had a tool nobody else had. Im satisfied. The only problem was is that I had to go out of town to get it. Corpus not keeping themselves stocked. Had to make a trip of almost 100 miles. For this reason I gave a four star.

Love to go shopping for things I need here. But some female employees can sometimes be very rude, so would rather ask for help from men working here.

Great place to find that missing or cheap tool in a pinch

The employees used to be a lot better a while back, but lately theres one girl in particular that is just rude as can be, shell stand there at the register looking like she isnt doing anything when you walk through the doors and if you ask for help shell give you the stank eye or something... havent gone back in a while so Im not sure if shes even still working there or not...

They are also so accommodating to customer satisfaction.

If you want cheap tools that are actually decent to work with oh, Harbor Freight is the place to go. Plus they always have discounts on literally everything.

This is my go to store when I need tools. They always have what I need and they sell warranties which allow you to take back tools if they break, which I have never had to. On top of everything they are reasonably priced so it is easy on the wallet.

This has to be my most favorite place to go shopping. However I hate that I always over spend when I do go, so I dont go often. Its just a really great store.

I mean when you need a tool on a budget... Harbor Freight. Some stuff is well worth the investment, like the Portland Electric pole saw and plug in pressure washer. Had mine for years and still running!

Employee helped me carry a 12000 lb. capacity winch to the front to checkout and then loaded it into my trucks back seat. The box is pretty heavy.

Bought my husband a welding hood in May hadnt used it for 3 months he started to use it now it didnt want to tighten up on the side. Tried to exchange it they said no because of the 90 day policy. He was very disappointed with them.

Love this place.... Low prices. Quality is good for my ranch needs. Sure I dont expect the stuff to last for ever but I abuse everything or I loose it. But can afford to buy more.

Came here in a good mood, left feeling condescended too! Manager was asked where something was, he told me, but still couldn’t find it! When I asked if he could show me please, he rolled his eyes, and said,” It’s right there where I said it was! No reason to be rude to anyone ever!

My son in particular loves this place. At age 17 hes only somewhat showing interest in repair and building although hes using his own earnings to do this purchasing which is really saying something - usually its been tools and supplies for creating projects.The store seems huge to meHaving such specialty as a discount store. Employees have been friendly with check out quick. Quicker than the normal Dept stores. Enjoy watching my sons enjoyment here and his distraction from the internet or games!! Perfect tools. So what not everything is the best quality but Ill lose our break stuff before lifetime is up. Quality is better over the years and the stores are nice and staff was great when Im looking for items. Worth your visit and save money.

Harbor Freight has a big selection of tool and other household items. Their prices are reasonable especially for tools you might tear up. The tools are a good quality and I havent had a problem yet. The staff is always willing to help. It is my go to store when I need tools and on a budget.

Not much variety of tools but cost effective

Awesome place, never knew about it until 2 yrs ago when i met my fiance. We shop here almost regularly now. I love that they have great coupons, wish you could use more than 1 per transaction, meaning the coupons that you get free items. Because youre still purchasing a item of retail value, I dont think should be a limit on the coupons.

Just today I needed a tape measure and being g this close after the holidays I really couldnt afford it but needed it for work and the nice lady working the counter ga e me a coupon switch made my purchase free. It was an awesome gesture. Made my day.

Theyve remodeled it since the last time we were there and its quite nice. Everything is kept well organized and the aisles are kept clear. The bathrooms are clean.

Store has been remodeled since the hurricane and this was my first time in there since. I had no idea where anything was, and im sure it was obvious I was looking for something particular cuz i was reading the signs, there was staff everywhere and not one asked me if i needed help finding something! And when i went to check out the cashier was not friendly at all!! This was one of my favourite stores till today!!

Drove from Port OConnor to your store (50 miles or 100 round trip) to discover you were out of the low temperature aluminum welding rods item 44810. They said a truck came in and maybe tomorrow. This is the case on many prior occasions. Maybe better management is the answer.

Just got that Pittsburgh 3 ton jack and just used it on a vehicle a Cadillac and it worked perfect 2 3 and 1/2 strokes and it was up off the ground

Went in today for their huge veterans day sale. Found a large item I wanted. It didnt have a sale sign, so it was regular price... Tried to use the 20% off coupon and was told, your cant because its on clearance.I said, ok, whats the clearance price? They said, the same price. So its regular price was also its clearance price? I told them to forget it and immediately they said, oh, theres a coupon for it. Doh! Tried to pay and was told they couldnt take their own gift cards because their system was down and wouldnt be back up during the sale. How convenient.

Just got kicked out because we brought our dog in the store. There were no signs posted stating that you could not bring your dog in. In fact, we have been bringing our dog in the store when we come through town for years. The same man who has helped us for years hen we brought our dog in told us to put our dog in the hot Texas sun vehicle outside because he howled in the store, not barked, just howled. Never going there again and dont appreciate the treatment we received.
