Amazing genuine service! The young man was highly knowledgeable about what I needed without any fluff. Such a refreshing thing to see real and genuine people and not a bunch of fake smiles and pretend ‘niceness’. Will definitely be back! And super impressed with his reminder for me to wear my mask! Will never go back. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this store since I was a kid. I prefer to support small companies. More than 20 years I’ve been going there. Today the young man that works the front barked at me in a very disrespectful manor that I needed to wear a mask. COVID aside, this young man has no right to talk to anyone this way and I’m sad to say that won’t ever step foot back in that store solely because of his behavior. This is not the first rotten encounter I’ve had here with this young man. Terrible attitude towards the customers. Worst part is, the managers in the store allow this young man to continue his poor behavior even after witnessing it first hand!!! Lost my whole family and I as long time customers. Hope its worth it!!

I have been to this store several times always happy with the store and the customer support except for today the young man who waited on us acted as if we were bothering him guess he had to put his phone down and actually do something.. Not an attitude you need in an employee if you want to keep customers.

Its a really cool classic hardware store with a knowledgeable staff, and hard to find items. I found leather seals there, and probably the best price on nails and screws by the pound.

Nobody does a better job at repairing lawnmowers they repair each lawnmower as if it was their own give you a 30 day guarantee on your lawnmower repair highly recommend

Will never waste another minute in this disappointment of a hardware store. It used to be a decent store.The incompetent ill dressed unprofessional staff is just amazing.

Dont go here. I tried to exchange a snake that didnt fit...never used...said I wont do that since it didnt have the plastic label...even with the credit card receipt. Screw this place.

I spent about 5 minutes roaming before I could get some help. I wasnt greeted at the door. It is a shame when smaller businesses offer less customer service than big box. Recommend you change a few things True Value.

Called for a cooker that is in high demand, unfortunately the did not carry it anymore. They took the time to find the mans card and give me his number. That is over and beyond great service!
