Oh they were wonderful & helpful when looking & purchasing. They got the sale, then nothing. We had our home delivered back in March & were rushed to get the punch list done. I sent in our minimal punch list & a week later we had a torrential downpour. I notified Jacob that our windows leaked & asked for them to be added to the punch list, to which he agreed. It will be October in a few days and not one thing on our punch list, including the leaking windows, has been taken care of! What was on the list…. warped interior doors that do not close, exterior siding damage, damage to interior walls, water faucets, interior trim etc…… I’m over it & do not want them to touch a thing. We will get it done ourselves or pay someone to do it. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a great place! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are great compared to other places we visited! Always shop till you find what you want, if they dont have what you are looking for, just ask.

Jacob went above and beyond to not only help us with purchasing a home, he stepped in and acted as our general contractor for all the subcontractors. He made buying a home and land from out of state a lot less stressful. When we hit a glitch, he was on it immediately and got it taken care of. Highly recommended!!!

I will never buy a home from them again. Sorry I would like to tell u that it is not A1 homes that did me wrong it was Cavco the the makers of the home. A 1 has been good to me but Cavco company does not make the home the way they say they do and yes Im upset because I dont think that I should have so many things going wrong after only being 3 years old. So sorry I put A1 on blast Im just very upset that my home will be needing remodelled before it is paid off.

Bought home in October 2017 had problems when hurricane Harvey came in. Took 2 months to setup home then contractor finished there work was not very good. Carpet was wrong direction, paint was different colors, trim missing, shower tile broken, water standing in shower not draining all the way, roof leaks, windows leaks, air conditioning not cooling all rooms. July 2018 kitchen floor buckled they looked at it July 8th end of September parts came in to fix. Found mildew under floor covering. Came back in November to replace floor. Ground floor with sandpaper and sprayed chemical on it. Cut around island to replace floor now full of wrinkles cut coming up bad trim work. Was to come back to finish in December, then January, now its middle of February.

The employees are so welcoming and kind as well as helpful and in tune to our needs. As soon as you walk into the office you feel like youre at home!
