I went into this place to look at the red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that was just under $23000. When I asked the salesman how much it was he told me it was $27000. He then told me it has a 9 speed transmission so it will almost get the same gas milage as a electric car. Shadey place to go if you ask me.

Shady Business! I felt rushed to buy a truck!! I looked on their website a year ago when looking to buy a truck and they did NOT include any photos of the dents and imperfections of a used Chevrolet truck. When I went to look at the truck in person, I was shown the large dent on the tailgate, which I didnt mind because I ended up purchasing the truck anyway but it would have been nice if they showed the pictures of the damage. I drove 3.5 hours just to look at the truck and while I was there, they told me about another issue with the truck which was the messed up transmission. There was also another issue which was a leak in condenser. The manager stated when I am ready to get the A/C fixed, they will cover it and gave me Bill Due Service. I finally had time to get it fixed and I took it into a shop, I then called Family Auto Sales multiple times and never received a call back. Three weeks later, I called again and someone finally answered the phone, I let him know that I am ready to get the A/C fixed and let him know when I bought my Chevrolet truck and that I still have the Bill Due Service slip. I was surprised and upset to hear that they stated they will NOT cover the cost of it since it has been a year when I purchased it. I was never given that info and no one told me at this dealership that I only have one year to get the A/C fixed, I am frustrated and disappointed.
