I purchased a 2021 kicks. My sales person Tony was absolutely amazing. He is an awesome sales person and just an overall amazing person. He went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. He kept in contact with me for over 2 weeks through the entire process until he found the right car for me. He made sure I was taken care of through this entire process. He actually cares about the customer and what they want not just selling a car. He never pressured me not once through this entire process. He made sure I was happy and I got exactly what I wanted. I had my car serviced 8/31. My experience was amazing. I was treated as if I was a very important person. When I got my car back it was shinny and clean. My car drove differently as well. I could tell my car had been well taken care of.
I was on my way to Vegas and my car broke. It was triple digits outside and I had my dog with me! I stopped by the dealership (in a panic) and Mark Lugo was just an Angel. He was so helpful. They took my car right in for service and put me and my dog Charlie in a rental car and off we went. I didnt buy my car from this dealership and they still treated me like I was their number one customer. Five star service all around.

I made an appointment online to have my CVT fluid changed, which was super easy for someone who doesn’t really care to speak to people on the phone. I like the fact that it only took a couple hours I didn’t have to wait I was able to go take care of other errands and was given a call when my car was completed.
The woman that helped me was super nice and incredibly helpful. Her name was Myra or something like that I feel horrible that I forgot her name but will never forget how she made my wife and I feel.
Finally a master tech checked out my car, I only had a chance to drive it once on the freeway to see if the problem is still there. Having 4 grandchildren visiting does not allow for much time for me to check to see if the problem has been taken care of. Mark in the service department was great and understanding at the Victorville Nissan, his smile and his understanding of my situation made me feel much better. Kudos to Mark, for taking care of my car.

This past weekend I went into the dealership to assist my sister in purchasing a used vehicle. We were dealing with James the entire time bf our experience with him was amazing however when Victor arrived and intervened in the sales deal I was appalled. His demeanor towards customers is embarrassing. He is dishonest and lazy. For example when asked about an extended warranty he said “I think it’s $4,000.00 dollars”. I asked him to double check because it’s money coming out of my pocket and he flat out told me “well I’m gonna charge you $4,000.00” dollars anyway. He also said the dealership wasn’t going to repair any damages that were on the vehicle when they got it or deal with the open and active recall. Talk about a crook. I then decided I was no longer interested in the sale if Victor was going to have anything to do with it. Thankfully he stayed away. When we got to finance to sign the contract I observed the extended warranty price at a thousand dollars less than what Victor said. James assisted us greatly and I can’t say enough about him. His work ethic is amazing and he goes out of his way to make sure the customer doesn’t feel pressured to do anything. He explains everything to you and walks you through every aspect of the sale. In my honest opinion I believe James P. needs to be promoted to sales manager.

My parents(elderly) went in to purchase a vehicle since they just moved to the area. I reached out and they were responsive and welcoming. The parents were shown around and they were able to get the car that they wanted. I emailed(multiple people)/text/called them after to get a copy of the contract for insurance purposes and conveniently no one replies. I was able to get a copy sent to me from my mother and come to find out that the purchase price was higher than what was advertised. There was an option added for about 1500. So buyer beware and check the contract before you sign.
Great experience with a young new salesman named Jack, he gave an honest attempt to work with my budget and request. Not having to deal with the hungry sharks salesman working with Jack was pleasant and is recommended.

I drove 65 miles because they send me a text stating my new Armada has another recall. After calling a two days ahead they told me to get to the dealer Saturday morning and they will address the recall because it was just a reprogramming issue. After waiting 25 minutes in the line this young service person told me I was supposed to make an appointment for the recall. Honestly as soldier driving from Fort Irwin the service person didn’t even make an effort to help me. That’s what I call great customer service! No worries I will get rid of this Nissan and get something more reliable and better service. Train better your personnel or you are going to continue loosing customers!

I think the tech did not give the extra tap tap on my hub cap (was not mounted/seated on the rim) as it was missing when I returned home. I have had my Sentra (9500 mile) serviced 2 times. The first service the next morning the low air warning came on and I had to add air to the tires.

I was able to go through truecar.com, to see the prices and related the car I got had. I saw the deals, and was able to see how much it would be a month and in true car it showed there was one lease in the specific color i wanted in Valley Hi Nissan. I was able to go in and see right away what I wanted. At first it was confusing because another person after the sales guy had told me I couldnt leave a car, after I saw online that I could. We eneded seeing that the vin number didnt match, and I was able to get the car from the vin that was parked behind the dealership. But after that, everything went by smooth, and the sales person, El Cubano made everything possible to get out right away. It only took less then 3 hours, with the twst drive, and he did not force me to get anything else. We found the solution. And for that I am thankful for.
My experience at Valley Hi Nissan was good cant really say anything bad about them because we all go through good and bad days I had called a day before for a price on a key that I had to have make duplicate they gave me a price for $140 the next day I went and the gentleman had given me a different price which it was $214 I had mentioned to the gentleman that I have called before and that giving me a different price but you just explain to me that that was the price for the key that I had asked for I did not say anything else but to go ahead and get the key made for the car two and a half hours later the guy came back and apologized for the mistake is made she went back and told me that it was $140 after all I was wondering happy that he did give me the good news after all they wash my car and they have me on my way home
I was greeted by Marisol Franco as soon as I got there. I explained to her what I needed and she was so nice and professional and even making sure all my needs were taken care of. That included my car being washed. I didnt have to stay long and the waiting room was very pleasant and clean. The other staff I encountered were very nice as well. Even Mr Piar who sold me my car in 2016 remembered me and treated me to a snack of my choice. I would most definitely come back to get my car taken care of. My husband was trying to get me to save money so I bought and outside part and he was to install it. When he looked deeper into it, he decided that it would be best to have the professionals at Nissan install the part. Nissan was willing and did a great job, recommend replacing a second part which I did. The car as great air conditioning is great. I just told my aunt on the phone last night that I would absolutely buy my next car from this dealership. On the outgoing message while youre on hold, the statement recorded saying that they have the warmest staff in the high desert and I heartily agree. My car is great, but the staff is the main reason I would buy my next car here rather than some place else.

Came up to me with no mask on ( I personally would never care but the dude was rude) called me childish names (bud,buddy) intentionally trying to belittle me for whatever reason. Bought a car from Valley hi Honda last year it’s a 2017 Honda Civic SI The car was it on there a lot but at the same time they do on Valley hi Nissan Toyota Kia on top of that too well to make a long story short when I purchased a car I had issues with the car the car kept going into a limp mode causing all these codes the pop-up they fix that issue while my car was getting fixed I noticed damage on both sides of my fenders that they were supposed to fix for me which never got fixed I told him with other issues with the car that they fix because when I purchased the car the speakers were blown and it was busy in the 8 inch sub which the SI‘s come with well I went to get a new head unit for my car so I can have a little better sound with the new speakers and sub that I bought for my car when they went to go install the new head unit they noticed a big rats nest of a bunch of wires that were clipped and be done with these little plastic wire clips well I have a friend that works for a Honda dealer down the hill he’s a certified technician that works there he was telling me along with the new cars that come in they have to thoroughly go through the cars and check on they have a checklist and if anything is tampered with mess with or anything like thatIt’s their responsibility to fix it before the car goes out on the floor for sale as I said when I went to buy the car Valley Hi Hondo didn’t have them in their lot so they checked through their inventory on the other dealerships that they have the Nissan dealership right next-door had the car I was looking for so they transferred everything over and for being the same dealership as the Honda dealership same owners they went through the car supposedly with her checklist I know the car had a system in it because when I talk to the people about the speakers they told me the car had a system in it that they pulled out of there knowing they went through the car how did it not notice the speakers were blown and the 8 inch subwoofer that comes automatically with these cars was missing out of the car And if they pulled a sound system out of the car to make it back to the stock form how did he not notice all these wires that were clipped and redone didn’t get fixed so this is what my issue is I want my car fixed correctly so I could get my new head unit that I’ve spent money on installed into my car
Service department is great 10/10. But I will not buy another Nissan because of the Paint job on my Titan was horrible, and the brakes have never been good. Nissan hasnt made it right.
Well I took it in and sat in the waiting room for a little over two hours before being told they did not have the parts to service my brakes. I then had to ask for a rental, so I would not be inconvenienced bringing the car back in for a second time to complete the job. Then when I picked up the car the rear brakes still make a humming noise when braking. I was told to bring it it again for a third time. I have not yet had the time to come in for the third time as of yet... but hopefully when I do then can get it right.
Went in to try to buy a car a used car and the floor manager would not move on the price I tried to call her over but she acted like I was not even a person.. when your boss is not there sometimes you may feel like you run the show .. but remember you also just work there..we tried to keep the business in victorville .. we ended up going down the hill.. better service better buy..

My vehicle was working fine and after taking it to get a transmission service on 5/30/2020 the car left my wife stranded on the side of the road on 5/31/2020 and would not go in gear. So, after the transmission service the transmission didnt work. Now supposedly it is not any fault of the dealership. BS! I had to pay $140 to tow it there and the transmission will cost me $4,000. They didnt say there was anything wrong with the transmission when it was getting serviced. I also will have to pay to get it towed away from the dealership. Very unacceptable. UPDATE: The service manager told me that sometimes transmissions fail after getting serviced, a piece of information that would have been nice to know before I agreed to have THEIR recommended service done. When I asked about why I was not informed prior to agreeing to the service, the service manager said, and I quote If we told people about that then we would never sell transmission services. So, Valley Hi Nissan cares more about making a buck than looking out for the customer. Very bad business practice, be warned!

The sales rep (Jimmy Vasquez) was knowledgeable about the Rogue. However, after the purchase was completed, the only thing he went over with me in the vehicle was syncing my phone. He did not highlight any of the things the vehicle had, such as how to use them or, even, whether they were available on the vehicle. After I got home and read the manual, I had to make a list, which I sent him, to find out if certain items or capabilities were available on my Rogue. He responded to that list, as I requested. I realized, again once I got home with the vehicle, that it did not have, for example, the garage door opner capability. I wish I would have been more attentive as Jimmy was working on selling the vehicle to me so that I would have noticed those things. In traded in a Lincoln and would have expected that Jimmy would take note of me liking fancier technology than the Rogue he showed me.Also, because I was a Costco Auto Program customer, I expected to receive information related to that service. Jimmy never acknowledged that to me.Please contact me regarding these matter.

My car broke down during a road trip and I required a new clutch and fly wheel. I worked with service agent MARK LUGO who made the process really simple by rushing parts and staying closely in contact with me as I live out of town. Marks service was nothing short of exceptional.I had originally, though, left a negative review based on parts and labor cost due to some incorrect information I had recieved. Service Director ALAN THIES reached out to discuss the review and kindly allowed me to see I had been mistaken about the service being overpriced and even showed me they had reduced labor costs.Id like to correct my original review to more accurately reflect the great service I recieved from both Alan and Mark.Id be more than comfortable letting Valley Hi Nissan handle all my mechanical needs if I lived in town.I very highly recommend using them for all your car needs.

Didnt even run a credit check while having a co sign. I will never entertain buying a vehicle from any valley high, if they treat me like this i can only imagine of how they treat customers at kia and Toyota. Dont shop at valley high.

I went to nissan today to try and accuire a car. Luis and Candy werent helpful at all. When in 2 mins they came back and told me that we didnt qualify. They didnt even run it through the banks. I will never go there again or refer anyone there. They could have at least tried.
