I know nothing about cell phones. My cell phone wasnt holding its charge and would turn off after 2 minutes away from the charger. Took it to T-Mobile where it was purchased. They only were interested in selling me a new phone. Chris diagnosed the problem was my battery. He could have tried to sell me a new phone but didnt. Replaced my battery with a guarantee that this would solve problem. Huge relief didnt have to spend money on new phone.

Sorry but this guy does horrible work. Brought my phone in completely shattered, yes he fixed it but gave me a broken screen back and refused to fix it. Broke the back part of the phone changed it to a bright color and never thought letting me know would be a good idea. Save your money and go else where please

I bought a plan that I thought might work better for me it ended up screaming I can never get a signal with the plan that I had Simple Mobile I didnt want it anymore after 3 days and I couldnt get a dime of my money back no refunds it sucked

Cheap price, and was done in about an hour. My screen is a little bit smaller than original and screen is dimmer than normal but my phone works.

I once was a advocate telling everyone about the customer service until they took away the phone trade up program I had two years insurance on a service that I only got a year to use bit paid for two not haircut happy now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt work and just to hell with the insurance I paid for... DO NOT GO HERE BIG WASTE OF TIMEI went to get my charging port fixed because it wasn’t work anymore. They told me it was going to be 2 hours to fix, after the 2 hours were up I went to pick it up and it still wasn’t working. They tried to blame it on everything but themselves. I went back and forth 4 times and it still wasn’t working, I demanded my money back and went somewhere else. They end up putting a used charging port that doesn’t in my phone.
