Good customer service just not a lot they can do besides sell you a phone
Had the worst experience there with a staff member who had no idea what the customer is always right means. been a Verizon customer for like 20 years and for the first time I feel like leaving them. pretty sad that none of that matters, but hey if 54 dollars is worth 600.00 a month, oh and did I mention I was returning a defective product one that I spent 5 hours with a Verizon tech trying to resolve. and the last four was my ewra charge for returning the product or getting an even exchange which Is all I wanted when I went in the store. I was told, we dont have any tablets I responded, you had two yesterday well, they are all gone. and my last thing was, well ill just return it, its not working. but then magically the second tablet was found.not sure why it had to be that big of a deal but we dont live in a comfortable world at the moment...not cool to mess with long time customers.
Well, took my mom into Verizon to have her account reviewed and plan adjusted. While there She was able to get her phone upgraded, monthly plan changed, and get her first responder discount all in one shot. She walked out the door happy and is saving 15% a month.The staff were very friendly, efficient, and most importantly patient. Good job.

Not going to lie. The place was very disorganized. They take appointments only. Everybody is pretty flustered and high stressed. Not a very pleasant experience I must say. Ill give them a slide because its the pandemic and all. The place was very busy. Theyre trying their best. They need to make it known all the changes on their website that theyre taking all these other measures. So that you dont waste your time by going down there. When you go there they just tell you to do it on my Verizon app
Edwin the solutions manager helped us trouble shoot our iPhone, I really appreciate his patience with our situation and really making the attempt to fix our phone. The people are all very helpful!
Their store is very nice and well kept. And their product lineup is good as well as having helpful customer service. However, the wait to get inside was quite long and the workers seems rushed after a certain point. They seem understaffed. Or their employees are only suppose to be with customers for so long. My other big complain is how the employee that helped us was not forthcoming with the total cost of the services and products we got. Instead of doing everything as one transaction, we finished one part and then was charged separately for another part that was not mentioned beforehand.

Great help and support. One thing I will tell you about any phone carrier is ALWAYS and I mean it ALWAYS go to corporate stores not branch stores. My family and I have gone to branch stores and we have been lied to and ripped off. But the corporate store which is this one will not do that. They sell you what you go for and thats all. At least from my and my families experience.

Employee was rude. There was no advisal that the purchase was cheaper online. Was told wait would be 10 min and it was an hour. There were several employees in the store and only 2, one with me, were occupied.

The staff here was more interested in talking amongst themselves than they were in helping a customer. I got a new phone and the salesperson offered to put the screen protector on for me. He messed it up and was like oh well. When I asked him to fix what he messed up, he said Thats the best I can do. then turned his back to me and started talking to his coworkers. If you like people being rude to you, this is the place to go!
The store is well kept up. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was not the one that needed help. The person I was with was very pleased with the staff and was get to get what she need.

Ive been with Verizon for 24 years, customer service has continually declined. Its extremely difficult to talk with someone on the phone. Technical support only knows how to read from a script and cant understand very basic details about a cell phone. My phone is overheating, it gets excessively hot and drains in 1 hour. I tried charging the phone and in 6 hours and only charge 10%. When I told technical support that its getting hot. Even while its turned off they tried asking me what applications I was using over the weekend. When the phone is off it doesnt matter what applications youre using. Im looking forward to finding a different carrier for my cellular needs.
Well, been having problems with my phone bc towers are being replaced to 5g? Confused because my phone looses service which displays 3G. So, what happened to 4G,?
Went in with a difficult problem with my phone after a system update. The person who helped me was very gracious. He tried several things and quickly realized there was no easy answer. He called Verizon technical support and they had it all sorted out from their end within a few minutes. Turned out I wasnt the first person that day with the same problem. I was very impressed by the prompt courteous service!
So helpful. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon Wireless Customer Service and they couldnt fix the problem. 10 minutes in the store and everything was fixed. Thank you so much.
Walked in this store for the first time and was quickly greeted by a representative. I had signed in and in no time I was able to add 2 lines to my account and upgrade my phone. Very friendly and ready to help!

This took way longer than it should have but the tech who helped me was great. Moe was a super nice straight up guy. And he was seemingly the onlu one that did not ignore us when we walked in. He said hello and helped us right away, over the course of 2 days. Thanks Moe!

I had horrible service, the worker, who had an arm in a sling, was totally disinterested in helping me because I cant buy an expensive upgrade. He was abrupt and dismissive. I usually get great service from Verizon but with the constant change over of employees, their service is abysmal. This was the Verizon on Hesperia Rd. and Bear Valley Rd.
Why bother with anywhere else? Do u like yr phone? Do u need yr phone? Then use Verizon & u dont have to worry agn. Im just a customer but one who went everywhere else trying to save $3 a month. Phone calls dropped, phone wouldnt work in certain buildings or even in certain locations. Horrible. So since I have been with Verizon I dont even have to spend one second worrying abt service or if Ill be in reach. Trust me on this one, folks. Yr welcome.

Do not go here very bad customer service warning dont say I didnt tell you they make you come sign in and wait about 15 minutes and dont even try to go on the back and see if they carry a case for a Samsung tablet he was so quick on saying no just because I didnt buy it from here only because I bought it from Walmart he kept insisting where did I get it from once he knew I didnt get it from here he said no we dont carry it I said could you look in the back he said no we dont carry it his name was moe he had very bad customer service & he did not even bother to check only because I didnt get it from Verizon.
In the last month I had 2 phones transferred from StraightTalk to Verizon. Steve helped me both times. His customer service was excellent and made the process super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Jeff was a very pushy sales guy got frustrated with me when I didnt upgrade my phone started to get irritated when i told him Id come back i just wanted a few questions answered, stated why did we start this process then when i told him Id be back in another day. I told him i was currently having issues with my current phone basically called me a lair when my current phone wasnt messing up when I said it was. Wont be back here

So I met a guy named Jeffrey a skinny black guy who is working there and he had such an attitude unfriendly and just doesnt care. I left the store and went to the one on Main St, Hesperia and they took good care of me. I wouldnt waste my time and go to that store ever again.

We were accosted by a young man who was overly eager and yelled hey at us as we were approaching the front desk. The music is blaring, and its all a bit much. With these kids working on commission, you feel like they are the new used car salesman.
It was a very pleasant experience. Had to transfer a line was out of there in 20 minutes
Staff is fast and knowledgeable. This is the only corporate store in the high desert so if you have questions this is the store best suited to help.

These people promise everything just to get that sale then screw you after on promises.....dont go to this store. they lie and cheat the public. it is sale driven. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. i had a rebate for phone switching and devices and they got all of it screwed up, i work with them when it was on them to get it right and with in phone return time. but once that phone couldnt be return it was on you the customer and no help after......find a better store with good reviews because this one will not do anything for you to make it right after contact is in full effective. the management is not looking at helping you but numbers.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced with Verizon Wireless. Employees Are extremely not helpful, unenthusiastic, sarcastic, and catty. They made accusations of a common problem being at my fault and tried finding any possibility that which could be my fault. The employees are completely cheap and will do anything to save their money and save them work. As a long term user of 25+ years at Verizon, Im extremely unsatisfied with the lack of effort put into solving my simple problem. If I could rate it 0 stars I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can rate.

Steal the money right out from under you. At times it makes me think about switching.Since covid 19 they became less friendly.

I give one star only because it is the only way that I can post my review. I visited this particular retail store within 3 days or so of receiving my phones and starting service with your company. Unfortunately there was a technical and systematic problem with one of my phones. Their personnel was not helpful. They could not figure out what the problem was with my phone and instead they wanted to charge me a fee to order a new one because according to them they did not have the color of my phone in stock yet. The Samsung Galaxy S6 in Gold was the phone I was carrying. I could understand that they didnt have it in stock, but why charge ME to replace the phone for a different color when I am not at fault?Well since they were so helpful they walked me over to one of their display phones and dialed Tech Support for me. There I was on the phone while suffering from a bad cold and sore throat. My voice was not clear, I was struggling to speak loud and clear because I kept losing my voice. After an hour of speaking to Tech Support and receiving no help from this store. The Tech Support guy had me drive over to a different store. Where they were completely the opposite. They were 100 percent helpful. They figured out the problem. Switched my phone without charge and found out that they had the GOLD color in stock.As for this store, their staff lacks experience in customer service and in problem solving as well as trouble shooting. Never will I step foot into this place
The phone prompt when you call is a nightmare and completely a waste of time. I brought my phone which had died and wanted to get a replacement. I was told that the replacement would be shipped to me overnight. Well it is the second day and the overnight shipment still has to occur. I also have their Internet and TV bundle. The TV bundle is a joke. They charge you for every little add on where other companies do not. Their advertising is deceptive and creates an advantage in their favor whenever there are issues. At the end of the two years of my contract I am going to shop around and never darken their door. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service. Delt with a girl named Nicole who was extremely rude and not helpful in the least bit. When her job is customer service and I as the customer, her job was to make me happy and to satisfy me. Instead she was rude and her entire demeanor was unprofessional. She didnt resolve any of my issues and I had the pleasure bog dealing with her nasty attitude.
I upgraded my phone in here yesterday and got a tablet and an android phone. Well I went back in for help today and one of the ladies was very well, she wasnt rude, she just didnt care that Id just spent over a thousand dollars in there and my little tablet pen was faulty. So call Samsung. She said of course they dont carry them. I said ok... But its going to cost you a bad review. So DULCHA realized the prob could be fixed if you just think outside the box a little. This is what our society is lacking. Customer service. But it should be for the customer and not about the reviews. Thanks again Dulcha!
Excellent customer service and customer support
Bad costumer service, seriously screwed up my plan so I was charged an extra $900!!! And when they were supposed to be fixing it I had to keep my toddler and child entertained for over an hour. My toddler was exhausted and no one was even updating us. Ive been trying to get the rest figured out via phone and other locations in order to clean up their mess!
