My husband and I both had cracked screens and 1 rear camera on our Android phones and i will say this much....If you have an Android phone do not deal with anyone else but Rafa, he is the only real tech that knows how to repair your phone. Otherwise they are not experts and will have you bounce from one employee to another. Also, if you have an Android they might not be able to fix same day due to ordering parts and parts are not delivered overnight as one employee had mentioned. Also, theres lack of communication with one another regarding a customer issue, but I did appreciate Jesuss honesty for not trying to mess my phone when I had already had screen replaced but no sound coming from my phone. In the end of 2 or 3 weeks i finally got my phone fixed and also my camera....thank you, my only suggestion is have better communication with each other and not play a blame situation.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars. I had an iPhone that needed the screen repaired. They fixed that. Then I found out from my uncle and his friend that they took out a piece from my camera and broke my speaker. I went back to icell hoping theyd fix that stuff and they wanted me to pay more. Odds are if I woulda went back a third time, they would broke something else and tried to make me pay for it. They scamming people for money.

They stole my stylus and blamed me. I had to take phone back twice. First time the damaged back of phone and charger would not plug in. Second tine charger barely fits. They gave me free glass protector. Mine had dirt under it after they gave iy back . So i removed the screen protector. Tge protector was plastic not glass. I called mall security they do not care if you get frauded. I talked to them and they asked for my cell number so they could call to see if they find it. I have a galaxy note. They charge 200.00 Apple 60.00 They do not know how to service android. They took my phone to another booth.

They fixed my cracked screen. Did a good job.Looks like new.

BEWARE!!!! I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced since it had a crack down the middle. they told me that they could replace the whole screen and It was completed in about 45 mins. When I got home, my Camera would not work where it had worked prior to them replacing the screen. I took it back to them the next day and they spent more time trying to point fingers at which on of them broke the camera rather then trying to get it working. When they tried to fix the camera they opened up the phone and broke the connection to the processor and now the screen would not power on. The manager told me that they were not responsible for the damage and tried to point out a vague clause in their paperwork that would let them off the hook. After pointing out to the manager that I watched his employee open my phone and break the connectors. The manager came to tell me that they would have to send my phone out for repair and that it would be gone for a week. After a week I go back in to see if my phone is back from being repaired. the same manager was there and said that he had tried to call me, which was a lie. The screen is repaired but the camera is still broken and they refused to do anything about it. I had to fight with them to refund the $50 that they changed me in the first place for the screen repair. I am now left with a phone which a camera that does not work. I would have been better off living with the cracked screen. These people have no business working on phones and are terrible to work with.

IPad mini screen was cracked had it fixed on October 1st and as of mid-November the screen touch is not working. The parts they used were junk to begin with and you could see the digitizer lines on the screen. Unfortunately I was in a bind to get this fixed so I just went with it. Save yourself the money and find someone else. Thanks guys for standing behind the junk you install. They said it’s out of the 30 day warranty and I would have to have repaired again.

DO NOT come here! They suck! I took my phone to get its screen replaced and the screen kept lifting! I took it back a week later and that same day they had to replace it twice because (1) the screen was being slow and getting stuck! (2) the screen started to lift!... Then i dropped my phone and the screen completely came off!! Now i have to go buy a new phone because they messed mine up!

Worst place to get a phone fixed. Took my iphone to get its screen replaced and it came back worse than it went in. The cameras both failed after the repair and after 5 or 6 retrys to get the cameras to work, the employee says we tried to set him up to get free work. All i wanted was my screen fixed. Very willing to pay for the repair. The employee offered to put my old screen back on for $25 and broke my phone.Now my iphone no longer has use to its cameras and now its starting to fail and overheat, restart all the time. I feel like my phone just might blow up. Thanks for nothing.

I came in to get a new screen, battery, and battery port. Came to pick it up and they had just replaced my screen so I told them to fix it so they did the battery.. no battery port, and on top of that my screen is popping all the way off, scam to make you come back in, this place is wack don’t waste your time here or you’ll get ripped off

I got my screen replaced here and it came back worse than when I gave it to them. It started to come off immediately after. Along with that, they took about 2 weeks to replace a freaking screen !!! I dont know much about phones but Im sure there isnt supposed to be a piece of my phone sticking out from under the screen. I had to go to them personally and ask for my phone because they never called me back.

Best price I could find in the HD for an iPhone 6 screen replacement and it was done in about 30 minutes. Payed $100 and everywhere else wanted to charge $110-150.

Took my phone in to get screen replaced had to take it back the next day because my home button was pushed in and I had to push on o e side for it to work,then a few days later I had to take it back because my phone would not charge they tell me it was because a connector problem a piece that holds the battery was not put back on get home tried to charge my phone with brand new Apple charger the phone will not charge now I have to take the phone back because it powered off and wont charge, this is the worst place to have your phone repaired and the customer service is terrible....thumbs down to this place they should not be in business

Dont go over there !!! They fix the screen of my phone a week later the touch screen was not working, took it back and got charge again more than I originally paid!!!

This place is a joke..I’ve been here twice and it’s a rip off.

Did not have a pleasant experience took my phone in to get replaced and my phone did not work and after they tried to fix it again it worked for about 1 month before it stoped working again.

Sold me a bad screen. Avoid at all cost!!!

They installed a battery and it was loose then three months later it swelled up and almost broke my phone and no warranty or discounts so I went to Sears same price better warranty and service.
