Very honest people. I brought my phone in to get a charge port replacement. The employee could have taken my money and performed the service, but instead informed me that the port was just really dirty and cleaned it out. Not sure why I didn’t think of that 🥴🥴🥴. What a great guy though.

The girl was so rude the only reason why i put a 2 stars was because they were fast to fix my device but as far as customer service its the worst . Like if you don’t want to deal with people get a different job or change the attitude. Also i told her I wanted to purchase some wireless headphones pointed and the ones i wanted and she made a face expression and said you know they cost 30$ not to mention with attitude. I have brought a-lot of devices here and everyone else is super friendly and not rude but this is the first time i have got help from her and honestly makes me not even want to return.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could, this place is not where you should trust people with your devices and hardware. They do not mention before hand if they do not have certain parts and that is an issue I need to elaborate on more, say you have a waterproof phone and you go get your lens repaired, the workers are so money hungry they will not tell you before hand if they do not have the piece. Not to mention the horrible staff there. Get your devices and hardware fixed at a different repair place if you do not want to WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Honestly the best place to get your phone fixed. They are quick and really do take care of your device with care. Dropped my phone when I hopped out of my car so my screen was completely boofed. Took it here and the girl there took care of me quickly and was super nice. This place is honestly way better than the phone repair places in the Victorville mall. 100% recommend.

Best experience! At first I was skeptical taking in my phone with ones I do not know. Im a person who has to have their phone 27/7 sadly. But they were fast they called me when the part was in and it only took an hour to get it fixed(my phone is a note 8 btw). The employees are kind and explain everything to you in detail. Honestly will use them for everything I need phone related and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Paid $100 to replace the cover lens that broke over 1 lense of the cameras on my galaxy note 20 ultra 5g. they replaced the glass but got the other 2 camera lenses dirty leaving me without the main feature of the phone. They said they would have to charge me a second time to fix it when theyre the ones that messed it up. Very unprofessional, would definitely not recommend. Avoid this place if you dont want to have to pay twice for a simple fix and it still not be correct.

So I cracked my screen on my brand iPhone the 2nd day I got it, I walked in here and not only is the staff really friendly and knowledgeable but it’s very affordable and high quality work. Stephanie was the one who took care of my phone and I’ll always be loyal to one stop fix from now on.

I would give 0 stars if they had that option.. but yeah they may be fast to fix your device but they did not let us know that our device that which was waterproof will no longer be waterproof because they dont have the right piece to fix it. If they would of told us that we wouldnt of had them replace the lens. I think that info should of been discussed because then when our device got water damage they would not do anything to help us. Very unprofessional

Took my Iphone x here a couple times for a broke phone screen about 4 times and had great service and no issues was able to get my phone fixed the same day and phone gave me no issues.A place i highly recommend if looking to get your phone or any mobile device fixed for a great price with quality work.👌🏽

This place is the best! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Ill admit I was skeptical of a repair shop in a gas station, but it turns out you cant ask for a better shop. I dropped my phone and even though the screen did not crack, it caused the display to go black. I brought it in and was pleasantly surprised as to the speed and cost of the repair. The repair was at or below the price it would have cost me to have it done through my insurance. The repair was completed very quickly in just a few days due to the parts having to be ordered. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a phone repair.

When they messed up by not telling us that our device would no longer be waterproof after they fixed it and after our device got water damage they said there was nothing they could do and that we should of went through our phone company. Went and got the screen on my laptop replaced. Wasn’t too expensive and only took a few days. The employees are nice and very helpful.

They did a quick job replacing the phone and for a decent price but when I got my phone back it was already cracked at the bottom. It didn’t look like a. crack at first so I didn’t even bother bringing it back but it quickly got bigger and bigger over the week and now is already across the whole screen. I have a case on it and haven’t dropped it at all. The replacement screens for the iPhone 11 here are not whatever worth the money. Typing on my keyboard has also been a big issue. My screen is glitchy and has been since i got it back.

5 stars man am impressed with the work they did on my iphone xr and it only took a hour to i thought it would take way longer because to be honest my screen was BAD but nope they did in one hour and affordable to i would come back again and again every time when my phone breaks.

I have done here several times each time they are honest about whether it would be less expensive to go with my insurance or to have them repair it.

My Mother in law paid for her screen replacement up front as that is their policy. They ordered the wrong screen and we wasted 2 hours waiting for them to replace the screen only to come back to find they had ordered the wrong one which took almost 2 weeks to come in. They ordered the right screen and it came in within 2 days. The phone and camera were working perfectly when we dropped off the phone. They replaced the screen and now the camera will not work. They only cover the screen in their warranty, not the workmanship Disappointed.

This place did a great job with my IPad. They replaced the battery and screen for a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Also, very professional, they had to order my battery which took a few days. They called me with updates so I wasn’t wondering what was going on. Highly recommended.

My son broke his iphone 6 and needed it repaired. Dropped it off and he given me suggestions on which screen was best. I purchased the off brand and a screen protector to go with it. It only taken an hour and I got a call saying it was finished. Picked up the phone and it works and looks brand new. They did such a amazing work with the screen. Great staff, super friendly, super helpful, and answer all your questions. They also have this new film that goes over your whole screen giving it super tough protection where you can hit it with a hammer (no joke) and the screen will still be intact super cool. They were unfortunately out of the film but waiting on the order to be delivered. I will be back with all me devices to get the film cover. Also I will definitely come back if I had another device broken to have it fix. I highly recommend them you wont be disappointed. 👍😀🤗

Fix my phone about a hour iPhone for a decent price however I didn’t get a phone call or anything to let me know it was done and then when I get the phone I couldn’t paid with my card because the didn’t receive debit that didn’t have a chip and then when I finally got the phone the screen wasn’t placed correctly it feel like it’s going to pop out and apparently there nothing they can do about it

My iPhone was not charging so I brought my phone in 5/8/2020, they charged me $20 to see what the problem was and $30 for a new battery. I waited an hour and my phone was done. Took it home only for it to not charge when the battery got low. I decided to take my iphone to a REAL repair shop and they explained that the battery was not replaced but simply charged. This place Scammed me out of $50, business must be slow. Please go to an actual repair shops and not this gas station pop up.

Fast, easy, done. No attitude like a Verizon store. The guys were nice and polite. Told me 30 minutes and were done sooner. Will go back in the future for phone and electronic service stuff. I had a battery replace in my phone and they were done faster than it took me to get a burger from around the corner. Address is wrong though so call for the correct one

What a racket. I was told they were the best but between my friends and myself 5 out of 5 all these guys did was charge us 50.00 not fix our phones and not call us to let us know they couldnt fix them. As an auto tech if we couldnt fix your car we didnt charge you. Anyone can charge you money and not be able to fix it. I was in the wrong business all my life.

This place is amazing, Stephanie did a really good job in less than an hour she had my screen glass repaired that was shattered. Also added a cool fancy back to iPhone and a glass cover for the screen came out great. FYI they are in side the gas station.

What bad impression of dishonesty I got with lady over the phone : $265.00 quote to fix the charge hook on the phone, I called 4 places before every one the price was between $65.00 to $75.00 .No misunderstanding, no excuses. Do not even bother to invent an a excuse, you have none one.

Wonderful staff with expert service, they gave me a few different options in regards to my repair. Its great they have the OEM parts and a cool customizable wrap and screen protection, its likena whole new phone. Ths is 1 stop. Definitely reccomend them.

I am furious with these people. I called about an LG flex stuck in boot loop and they wanted to charge me $50 for a diagnostic and they would probably tell me the same thing i have been told to do, which hasnt worked at all. Mybe the other will be better.

Best customer service hands down! I came in to get my iphone 8 fixed and the tech stephanie had it fixed. She mentioned to me a good protector called clear plex and i got that on my phone and it looks good and really protects it.

I took my fiances phone here to get his phone flashed to clear the data. They told up it would be no longer then 24 hours to have it done. I ended up going down 3 days later and they still had not touched his phone and demanded a refund. Worst customer service ever. Will never go back here again!!!!
