My experience with Fast fix I thought was ok. I got some jewelry fixed at your store. I weighed out the difference from the local swap meet. Went to pick it up agreed on the price. Decided to leave some more jewelry to get fixed and the prices was tripled. This is in a matter of 2-3 weeks. I understand times are hard but this was ridiculous. But thank you for your service but I will weigh by difference and go back to the swap meet. Thanks and may God Bless

Took my watch to get pins from bands replaced with new batteries. Waited 4 days to be finished, pins do not match! Shouldnt matter how expensive there watch is, I paid for professional services to be done and got horrible quality. The pin sticks out so much!! Could of done this myself! The guy was so eager to take the work but, seems like he wanted quantity over quality. The two girls were helpful and nice to be completely honest.

I dropped off two chains. My small silver one came back fine, but my gold one was missing one whole inch which did make a difference. The chain was smaller in length & thinner. I’m like is this my chain? This doesn’t look like what I left. The price to fix it was okay but I would rather have paid more some where else and been completely satisfied. I will not be going back in the future.

I brought my G Shock watch two weeks ago for a battery change. Battery cost $50 I trusted that my watch be working in the same condition as when it was before the battery died. When I got home I noticed that the light wasn’t working. So I was going to take it in for them to look at it. I finally got the opportunity to take it in today. They were trying to get me another battery. Obviously the watch worked the light did not. If they are a fix watch store shouldn’t they be trying to fix it? The associate there just looked at the settings and did not attempt to diagnose the issue nor offered to fix the light issue. I will no longer bring my watches to them ever again! I will tell friends to not bring them here either.

When I picked up my ring it seemed fine but after 30 min of wearing it, parts of the ring started to change color to a darker grey as if they hadn’t polished it well. I had to go back to get it fixed. Besides that the stones don’t look has nicely placed as when I first left it. Not worth the 100 and something dollars I payed for it.

The Fast Fix watch repair in Victorville did a great job repairing several of my watches. The lady in the front was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use them again!

I shopped for the jewelry repair I needed done. ( ring sizing larger size ). Fast fix was more expensive for what I needed done the other places in the mall. But fast fix didnt skip on quality (ie) they added gold to my ring rather than stretch it that is what others were going to. Worth the extra . Id recomend them and Id go back.

A overall great experience... they can fix anything and they change affordable prices been going for a year now. Chains, bracelets and other items they can fix it.

I went in Fast-fix to have my G shock watch battery replaced which cost $45 with 5 year warranty which is great. But I got the watch back the day after and none of the buttons worked on my watch. Returned the watch the same day to see why the buttons have no response. Well, after 3 days they could not figure out why it did not work even had their watch maker Troubleshoot it. Needless to say I will not be be giving then my business in the future.

I went to Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable about the watches I took in about 6 of them, all different brands and models. Very honest as well, one of my watches had the guarantee battery that I had forgotten about and she did not charge me to replace it; It had been about 3 years ago. The band adjustments were perfect. Prices are reasonable, service is very fast, I dropped them all off at closing saturday night and they were all ready to pick up Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair to all family and friends.

Took a gold chain that was broken to get fixed. The chain was repaired so well that I couldn’t tell where the chain had been put back together! They also cleaned it and it looked brand new! I’ll definitely be using them in the future!!

I needed my wedding set resized and soldered together. Although the price tag was a higher than other local jewelers/jewelry repair, the work was completed within 24 hours. Great attention to detail and very good quality work. Definitely worth paying the extra buck when your other options require you to send out your items for weeks at a time!

I went to this place to get three silver bracelets engraved. They had them ready for me sooner than they had anticipated. And I must say I couldnt be happier. Maricela did a beautiful job with the engraving and the price was great. I dont remember the name of the lady who took care of me but she had beautiful blue eyes. I want to give her a special thank you for being so sweet.

First time ever going to this place, Ive always walked past. This time however its Christmas time. So Im looking for something very specific for my wifes gift. I went to every jewelry store in the mall, and some had similar items to what I wanted, but as I was let down by most of the stores. This place was on my way out so I figured what the hell. I went in and marisela was there, (hope she doesnt mind me saying her name) I asked for a charm bracelet and she happily said yes, and they even had all the charms! No other store had this item, not only that but my wife and I lost our dog so I wanted something in remembrance of her and they offer engraving!! This was an absolute must! Purchased a watch at the Barstow Outlets and needed it sized. Went in and it took 15 minutes or so and its a perfect fit.

I brought my wedding ring in for a resize and to get a new center head mount. My center diamond was missing two prongs. They completely changed the center mount and resized my ring with great quality. My ring also received a deep cleaning and honestly it looks like a new ring!!!! 🤗 Thank you for everything! Since I have TWO battery warranties with them, I felt that Id get a better pricing on simply removing links from another watch. It was $5 less at Kaye. However, I, wholeheartedly, believe in supporting small(er) businesses...so I paid the addl $$. Great work.

Good service, although a bit pricey for a simple repair ($16.95 to replace 1 of 2 pins on a watch band). Staff could have been friendlier -- not rude, but sort of perfunctory.

If you need a piece of jewelry repairedor looking to buy a new piece this is the place to go. I took in my diamond ring for repair. I messed it up good. I broke it, bent it, lost one of the stones, messed up the prongs, & it needed to be resized. I spoke with Natalie. Super lady. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She quoted me a price for all the extensive work needing done. I was happy with the price. They just about rebuilt my ring. They ripped the prongs, added gold channels, built bridge anchor head, tightened all the stones, replaced the missing stone, resized it and cleaned it. It looked better than when I bought it. Brought my Nixon watch in today and I knew it needed to be drilled out and was informed that it would take a day until the guy who could do it came in. A little over an hour later and I received a text to let me know it was done already.Turns out the tech there was able to pick out the part that I was originally told would need to be drilled. They were able to engrave my bracelet within an hour. The girl that helped me out was very helpful. The other one said two days but the girl hat helped me did it herself. Their machine scratched part of my bracelet that got engraved in the back but it think it was just a simple mistake.

I was nervous about taking my diamond wedding rings to get sized soldered and rhodium dipped, but i took a chance being that in the past i received good service on a watch and had read many good reviews .. I was told my rings would be done in 2 hours which only end up being like 1 hour so i was pretty excited.. on my way home I realized one of the diamonds on the side of my engagement ring was cracked in half and appeared to be glued together and re set back into my setting.. i was furious and immediately drove back to the mall.. Once I got back to the store i showed the employee (Maricella)my ring.. she showed the jeweler and said they’d fix it, i wanted a refund, and asked why i wasn’t notified that a diamond cracked in the process of my repairs and how would I know the quality of stone they were replacing it with?Mind you my ring is over 10k.. she told me she would test the replacement diamond with some handheld device she had..I told her this was totally unacceptable and wanted to speak to a manager and a refund of the $188 i just spent, she told me no way could she do that and I could only get the defects fixed, and that their was no manager available ..I asked for corporate number and was told the only way to reach the corporate was office was by email..I end up finding a corporate number and left a message with a woman named joann or joanna...This is now day 5 and I still have not got a return call from anyone .. Please be smarter than i was and never take your valuable jewelry to this place! I have insurance on my rings through the store my husband purchased them at but didn’t want to wait the time(2-3weeks)that it takes for the store to send out my jewelry for sizing, soldering and rhodium dip, so i came here as a quick and easy solution...wrong decision ! Go elsewhere and make sure you insure your jewelry and use the insurance, never trust Fast-Fix in Victorville

I walked in expecting to hunt for the store but it was right near the entrance. I was greeted by a friendly store clerk who took my items and safeguarded them. My repair was so inexpensive and she gave me a quick turn around date for pick up. I’ve been using fast fix jewelry repair for years. I can count on them always for all of my repair needs.

The nice young lady changed my watch battery and cleaned my rings for me, all in 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend.
