I brought my ring in for its 6 month cleaning last week. While cleaning one of the diamonds fell out! Since I had the warranty I was not too concerned about it and it was found on the floor. I was helped by Diamond, a real sweet girl. She assured me that it would all be taken care of. I picked it up today and it is beautiful, like when I originally got it from my hubby! I will not hesitate to shop her again, especially if I can be helped by Diamond. She is awesome!

Every employee at this location is amazing! Everyone had such positive attitudes and I walked out with two beautiful sets of Princess Cut genuine diamond earrings. thanks so much again to all of you 🤍💎!!

Great service. Angie was very patient, showed my wife and I several rings for our wedding bands. In the end we found 2 BEAUTIFUL RINGS at a GREAT PRICE.

I dont recommend spending your money here. I received one of the worst customer service ever here recently in July 2021. I even called the manager to communicate the service I received and the manager just made excuses for the employees behavior.

George was the best sales associate that I have ever dealt with. He is very informative and patient. He didn’t try to push a sale and gave me and my fiancé time and space to look and knew everything about every piece of jewelry. Would highly recommend going here for anyone and speak with George.

Fail! When you place your item in the cart it doesnt show you a estimated delivery date it says due to covid-19 shipping is extended but no date i ordered a ring and now the email says it wo r arrive until September 😡😡😡😡!!!!!!

It was good at first got my Nana a really nice ring for 5000 but it was to small. She loves it so she went in all they offered her was a exchange and they told me they resize so offered her a new ring and told her it was the same value when she showed me they screwed her over it doesnt look expensive at all it looks like costume jewelry. Worse service ever. I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star but I have to. Wont recommend this place they will screw you over big time and Im going to return it and go somewhere else in my day off
