Ive been going to the same Kay jeweler for almost 10 years because she takes GREAT care of me, she knows my style and understands my price point. She always manages to get me EXACTLY what I want at a price Im comfortable with. I really dont want to go anywhere else.

My boyfriend bought me necklace in December and gave it to Jan 3 for our anniversary and it has already broke less then two weeks I took it in today to explain the chain broke and it looks like it was a weak spot to begin with the sales lady agreed and start to write it up for repair I even showed her the warranty he got for it. Then she as shes finishing up she tells me me oh I remember him but he didnt want the warranty looks like he just got it for the diamonds so itll be $36 to fix or you can pay $75 for the warranty he didnt want. Come on thats just wrong Ive had it on less then two weeks and you guys wont fix it that poor customer service never will we spend money there again nothing but a sham!!!

Recently my fiance and my apartment was broken into and 2 of the items stolen were our wedding bands. The manager was extremely helpful in getting them replaced. We got the same bands for the price we originally paid for them, even though they were no longer on sale. She went above and beyond with her customer service!

Lisa is one of the nicest people! She was more than helpful to my husband and I! ANDREA, on the other hand, is very rude and seems to want to rush you so that she can move on to other things. She doesnt seem to understand how customer service works! I will always ask for Lisa from now on. It also took more than 16 DAYS to get my ring sized! Yikes! This location took longer than any other Jeweler we have EVER used to size our jewelry!

The staff in the store are all awesome but their jewelers off site are terrible. I messed up my rings pretty badly and they said the diamonds were chipped and the rings could not be repaired. I had them sent back and took the to a real jeweler and got my rings back good as new for about 1/10 of the cost that the Kay jewelers wanted me to spend to get new rings.

Ive been a long time customer 20 years plus..had a credit card for many of those years..ive always payed it off then charged it again..so 1 year and a half ago i charged a new wedding .ring.i walked in on march 30 ask for my remaining blance and payed it off in full and asked if i can close my account since im tryin to pay credit cards off she told me that would ding my credit i said its ok i wanna close my account and then she said she could not do it in the store. Well April 10 they sent out a interest only bill of 16.60...on a zero balance how do i get charged a interest bill....so i called get mad they try to say i owe it even tho on the statement it shows i payed it off 10 days before..so i payed it demanded the close the account..i will never buy from them ever again. Very disappointed

Everything about this company sucks. I place an order i get an email saying its ready on the day it was supposed to be ready i get to kay jewelers and its not there... Ok its not the stores fault... But as im trying to look on my phone to see what the email said they lady was already on the other side of the store. Poor customer service... For this reason im returning the item and ill get it from kevin jewelers!!

They pray on your significant other and try to guilt them into bigger and bolder and expensive rings. They ruined a happy time for us. We took our business elsewhere where we werent made to feel bad.
