When a business does not let you return something that you brought from them, something is seriously wrong. It was not open, I just brought it, went home found out it was the wrong kind. Took it back to the store to exchange it, not a refund. Their was some guy sitting on the side stuffing his face with food. Trying to tell me that they do not refund or exchange. I show him the product telling him that it was not open in its original package.I WILL NEVER WALK IN TO THEIR STORE OR ANY OTHER OF THEIR STORES AGAIN............

I love this place. Me and my husband been shopping here for years, always get great customer service and pricing on most adult products and toys are always kind of pricey, but best believe we’ll worth it. There is a good selection at times of toys for a good price. I have no complaints. Love it!!! Will continue to tell everyone about this place.

Claim to close at midnight but when we arrived at 11:26 pm we witnessed the employee locking up and getting ready to leave. Clearly she started closing long before then or else she wouldnt be ready to leave. Such a waste if time. I will not be returning to this joke of a business where they lie about their hours of operation. For an adult store they sure are childish. Never again.

Super pricey for all there stuff being ancient from at least 5 to 15 years ago. They covered up the year and it was still 10 years ago for 30 dollars when we actually looked at it and the discs were warped. Dont recommend going there save your money and time.

Decent selection for the High Desert. Cigars & toys... Even a couple naughty outfits you can get your hottie. Then take her over to the holiday express and wreck her world. 4stars for the desert but have a ways to go to be as good as Lotions & Lace down the hill

Clean friendly and thank God no video booths for low life to hang out .Staff is also very friendly. The only complaint is would submit otherwise 5 star would be the videos are in disarray condition little organisation would look a lot better considering this is a feature item and I do know a lot about retail.so I know what I am talking about

The guy was drinking a 40ounce wrapped in a paper bag and he looked like he was just waiting for some chick to walk in... the place looks all girly but then its like a trap!

I was in there about two hours ago and there selection wasnt great. And the prices are pretty high. I think Ill shop amazon next time.
