Went to get the first oil change for my 2018 Frontier that was purchased at WFN. They were very fast and friendly, and BEYOND affordable - the price charged for an oil change was what I had been paying third party shops for my previous car with an engine less than half the size of my Frontier. I was blown away by the affordable price. And a very comfy customer lounge with a GREAT coffee machine to boot!
At Woody, people are extremely helpful.We purchased a car a month ago, and on the way to Virginia we broke down on the side of the road. I called the dealer and in 3 hours they came with a roll-back and a loaner car on it for us to drive. The driver took our van back to Vidalia, and they fixed it for us.I still can not believe how amazing was the way Stan Holloway organized all of this for us.Thank you sooo much. You guys are the BEST!
This survey is too vague. I was impressed with the speed of the service, and how quickly the service writer Leah was able to help me get my car in. The tech did a great job on everything except my locking lug nuts on the front wheels when he did the brakes. Upon further inspection after I arrived home, I noticed that my locking lug key was not in my glove box. I checked the front wheels and the lug on the drivers side had been replaced with a regular lug nut, the lug on the passenger side was on the wheel, but had pieces of the key still embedded in the groove of the locking lug. Apparently the tech over tightened the lug on the passenger side, to the point of breaking it off, then just put a standard lug on the drivers side. Now I have no key for the other 3 wheels if/when I have a flat, and nothing was said to me about this. It cant be denied because I noticed it within minutes of leaving the dealership, and no one else has worked on my Maxima since. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!
They service my mothers car for not pulling when she oress the gas. The car wasnt running hot or anything, just would pull. The mechanic told her she needed a thermostat and radiator. Charge her over $500. A few days later the car did the same thing and someone else checked it out and informed her of a alternator. Woody Folsom refused to correct their mistake. They told her the alternator didnt read on the scanner.The radiator didnt read either. They saw were it was previously plugged and went from there.
Taylor was very helpful when it came to making my purchase, she kept in contact with me via text thru the entire process until I came in to sign my paperwork. The manager was helpful in allowing me to put down $1500 when I wasnβt able to come up with the full $2000 deposit and the gentleman explained everything when it came time to sign my paperwork. It was an awesome experience and Iβm thankful that I was able to get my first brand new car

This was the first time coming there. I just moved from Oklahoma and this was a good place to get service for your vehicle. They did exactly what was needed and none of the back and forth about this or that, that a lot of service people do.
I already had in mind exactly what I was looking for and what I was expecting. I met with the Sales person Mr. Ricardo whom I spoke with previously. He didnt pressure me, he gave me space, and he was also consistent. He made arrangements for a test drive set up. He already had everything in place and the Finance Manager had already submitted the information. I am happy with my vehicle even though it is a few dollars above the budget. I even have my car detail and first maintenance schedule. I would definitely encourage others to Visit Mr. Ricardo at Woody Folsom Nissan for their next vehicle purchase.

Itβs always been a pleasure to work this service Dept. They are prompt to service the vehicle. Just this time they failed to replace the oil with the same type of oil used in the past.Also, as I was asked what service I wanted on my car I mentioned that oil to be used was βFull synthetic oilβ along with tire rotation and air filters check and replace as needed but, the cabin I wanted it replace regardless.Iβm still great full for the professionalism.

Prices MUCH better than those of the other seven Nissan dealerships I had previously visited or contacted. So if you live in, or near, Vidalia, youβre lucky to have those prices at home. During the buyback event two weeks ago I came in to receive the $5000 above trade-in value and the promise that was advertised that I would get into a car whatever it took. I messaged and asked about sub-par credit and financing and was sent thisNo worries Michelle!! We have special lenders that work with ALL credit types!! We even have NO Money Down options too!! When would you like me to reserve your voucher for you during our event?I went and drove a car, they ran my credit and sent me away asking for at least $3000 down or a co-signer and didnβt guarantee financing with that.I didnβt immediately do a review but it has stuck with me. Advertise and honor your advertisement.

My recent purchase from WF included a hatch that didnβt operate as I expected it to. So in the sales agreement WF would βrepairβ it. I also purchased weathertech floor mats and an addition key fob. WF took each transaction (which were coordinated by myvsales person, but needed to be done by different departments, and made it happen. When I came to pick up the car, All was done... including a detail - which was beautiful!

Would not recommend their service department. I found the service manager to be not knowledgeable of his job and the mechanics to be lacking knowledge of how to repair an automobile the only thing I can say is they do know how to charge like hell for service they do not render my car is still broke after paying around $200 just for them to look at it for 2 days. Find another place for mechanical work or have tons of money.

We had a good experience buying the car, but the service after the buy was horrible!!! When we brought the car home, we found multiple scratches on the paint, and one very large scratch-which looks like the car was hit from behind and the dealership never told us that. We called the dealership to tell them about it, and said they couldnt do anything because we already bought it. They didnt even try to help get it fixed. Horrible customer service!!!! I was planning on buying another car from them soon, but that wont be happening. I would never recommend this dealership.

They will sell you a car without disclosing problems the car has before they sell it to you! I bought a car in March 2018 and it has had to have major repairs and this is just August 2018! I first had an oil leak that blew all over the engine and filter, $164.50 later.. the alternator went out $569.00 ..had to replace battery bc of that ..$112.00..Now, I am going to have to replace the gear shift $800 to $1000 bc some dummy didnt tell me the car was in a major accident in 2014 and they lubricated it up so it would work for the time being, and now I have to literally stick a key in a hole and push down on the gear release to get it out of park until I can afford to get it replaced!!!! Now, isnt that good business??!! And mind you, this car is a 2013 Altima that cost $ 10,000. It would look like if you paid that much, it would work properly!!

The man that greeted walked out in front of our car trying to meet us before we even parked and stood in front of our car door as if to rush us and to make sure nobody else got to us first. He was super pushy and not very nice. He was not helpful and rather than walk us out, he walked away and said well good luck. We were not rude to the gentleman. I dont know about all of the other people that work here, but this man was not nice. I wish I could remember his name. They usually give you a card at dealerships, but he didnt. I hope he is only working the current event and not trying to sell cars all the time. Probably not going back.

They would not finance me for a vehicle because of my age or give me first time buyers discount. Went to woody Folsom and was only there two hours - looked around the lot, test drove, and did all the paperwork. Just two hours compared to the 5-6 at NeSmith. Also, everyone was super personable and friendly. Everyone congratulated me and shook my hand. I also got first time buyers discount! I love this place!
