Our nieghborhood grocery store. I love it, but the prices are too high for my satisfaction. I only go there in a hurry or if they have things on good sales. Most of the sales they just jack the price up before giving a discount. Just my opinion based on my own experiences. The associates are friendly and the environment is pleasurable.

The store was organized, clean, good customer service in the meat department, and exiting. Meat prices are a little high.

Clean. Overpriced. Some frozen food was too warm. Freezers set too high. Parking MUCH better than Walmart.

Small market feel with competitive prices. If you want high quality groceries and great savings, Bi-Lo has you covered. Friendly and helpful staff and a great bakery.

They have pretty good sales and keep adequate registers open MOST of the time. Most of the cashiers are friendly and courteous. The younger cashiers are at times busy with talking to other younger cashiers and dont always put the customer first in their priorities, especially senior citizens. Have repeatedly had to ask the younger bag boys to not put so much in the bags because they tear and I have had groceries all in the parking lot. I have to tell them to double bag heavy items or not put so much in each bag and they seem annoyed even though I ask politely. Most of them, around 90% dont even offer to take groceries out and unload for me. I am a senior citizen, 67 and have severe back problems. I have even unloaded in the rain. They wont even be busy. As soon as bagged they take off and supposedly they are to offer this service. This especially happens in the late evening when the day time manager is gone. The younger personnel needs more importance on satisfying the customer whether young or old instead of being wrapped up in their own world...They are at work and they should be doing their job as a number one priority.

Have always got what I need, employees are wel mannered and helpful. Prices are good.

Our only decent grocery store within a 2 hour drive. Their produce is usually very good. If you are able to shop their sales, prices are good but for regular prices, items tend to run high.

My husband works here. See Joe in the meat department for knowledgeable and friendly service. The store is very clean. Great bakery products and lots of fresh produce. The prices are higher here but so worth it to avoid the crowd at Wal-Mart.One thing I have observed that could be improved is the number of seniors and disabled people who have to carry their own groceries out.

Bilo customers service is always nice. They have good sales 10 for 10$ desks. The meats on the other hand are a little high, compared to Harvey’s.

It was my first time in this store. It was very clean and well organized for labor day weekend 2018. I was tempted to buy more, but i settled for the sodas. Honestly i wish i had a store like this in my town. I will shop here again.

Never had a bad experience with them

One particular employee in the deli is very rude, and rude for no good reason. I suspect she hates her job and hates white people by the way she acted towards us. She than labeled our deli sliced meat as something way more expensive than what we actually received. I have no doubt she did it out of spite. The meat Dept. leaves much to be desired as well. No wonder SE Grocers are having financial issues and facing bankruptcy. The good employees dont last long here because of the bad ones.

Found some nice cool tops at a great price. Nice and clean store.

It has lots of good food and stuff. The employees are nice teenagers at the cash register. Has cute carts for kids amd adult access. The only thing is, it dont have everything like Wal-Mart.

Best grocery store in Vidalia. Nice Bakery and produce is usually good. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but of course you can shop without feeling like youre ran over by crowds of people and sometimes you just want to go to a grocery store.

Enjoy shopping here, know lots of the employees by their first names. It is good to have a home town store where you know the people that serve your needs.

Bi-Lo is a nice clean store. It has a good selection and prices. The rewards card is a bonus for saving money.

Being able to walk into a store that has what you need and at a price you can afford is huge! If you shop at Bi-Lo, make sure you utilize the shopper guide / sales paper so that you arent overpaying.

I really like this store even though its a little more expensive. Great sales on meat today. Their produce wasnt as fresh as it normally is and they had no carrots! Still selling romaine from California.

I have a hard time finding the type of meat Im looking for and they are over priced. As much as I hate Walmart I can pay a lot less and get the exact same things. Ugh!

I enjoy shopping here but the meat prices are way to high. For two chichen breast were over $7:00 thats just crazy and the price for pork chops. I think I just need to go buy pig and have it slaughtered and wrapped.

Its like armagaedon...like the whole store is perfect...everything in its place, all the great eddibles that you need...but around every corner is a barnyard animal wanting to stop you from shopping...these animals arent the employees...but the other customers....I feel like Im going to lose my life savings from animal thieves in this place...maybe there needs to be a security guard....I ♥️all the products and most of the employees in this store, but its like this redneck town is full of carless civilians

I am a customer who just exited the store and felt i needed to write this the two boys by the names of Adam and Trever gave me some of the customer service i have ever gotten im 84 years old Adam bagged my grocers and Trever bagged and helped me take them to my car and held the umbrella for me in rain i love and hope to them again
