The used car manager was amazing to work with on my trade in each time. Greg my finance manager worked hard to get my deal approved. It was a great experience buying a car from Stohlman. I have not bought many cars, but this experience was far better than any previous. Stohlman is one of the top VW dealers in the nation and the volume of people buying cars when I was there was evidence enough for me. Because of this, they seem more willing to make a deal, especially on used cars, which is what I bought. They agreed to what I thought might be a low ball offering a used car and in retrospect it was probably because it was taking up space a more valuable new VW could use. Iwould highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying, the people were professional and very courteous.

Absolutely horrible experience! Do not ask for a sale rep named Mohammed; he will just try and swindle you by throwing every lie he thinks he can get away with. On top off all the lying I couldn’t even get a battery jump start when I decided not to purchase at the Subaru dealership. The sales rep’s said it was because the service center was closed and no one had jumper cables or even wanted to use their car battery to jump me off. Finally at closing a sales rep, David, helped me out but my battery was just too dead. When asked who the store manager is or sales manager, a person just handed me a card and didn’t say a word identifying himself as the sales manager. He didn’t say, “yes that’s me, how can I help you”. He just handed me a card sitting at a desk and just stared at me without a word as I mentioned the sales associate I was working with. When I was done he just shrugged as if to say... so what. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Comprehensive and professional Car Care that is exceptional compared to other places. Very courteous and professional staff that is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. They are very careful to prompt any issues in the car but also give an honest assessment if it is worth the money or not. The only thing I would note is that sometimes they are not on the same page, the customer service on the phone may give a different recommendation from the technician at Stolhman.

Purchased a used 2013 Passat last night from Patrick McGartland from the Subaru store. What a great experience! He was no-nonsense, no games, and not pushy at all! He left the decision making power up to me, remained calm, and I actually felt like he was working for my best interest as well. I recommend anyone in the NoVa area who is interested in a Subaru or VW or any late model used vehicle to reach out to Patrick. Also, Stohlman is a great facility, nice and clean, vehicles are in great shape, etc. Definitely recommend!

Just bought my second Subaru from Stohlman and their price is not to be beat. I went to just about every Subaru dealer in the DMV and no one could match Stohlman’s price. I worked with Yama Tokhi and he went above and beyond and even drove the car out to my house to deliver it.

I am typically not one to leave a Google review, in fact, this is the first one that I have ever written. Last week decided that I wanted to upgrade my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek to the 2021. I provided my contact information and I was promptly contacted by a sales representative named Giao. Even though I missed his call because I rarely have access to my cell phone at work, he was very communicative via e-mail as well. I explained to him what my goal was, the condition of current vehicle, and set up an appointment to meet with him on Saturday. From my first arrival at the dealer to the moment I left in my newly leased 2021 Subaru Crosstrek w/sport trim, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional, and I barely even noticed that I was there for 4 hours. Giao went above and beyond to get me my dream car, and I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received. 5 stars across the board to Giao and rest of the Subaru Sales Team!

Surprised by an unlikely repair to my transmission, Stohlman Subaru took care of me. As getting parts would take some time, they gave me a nice loaner vehicle. Carlos regularly updated me on my vehicles status. His estimate was spot on, no surprises there. Even with a delay, they finished the repair two to three days early. Top marks for service. I dont normally give 5 stars out of 5, but I was tempted here.

This is my favorite auto dealer. Ive been a customer here for over 20 years. Auto Service is top notched. The staff are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. The show room, waiting area and the rest room are very clean and comfortable. These are the reasons I keep coming back here.

I was bait and switched. I had a coupon for oil change and was told the price 34.95 oil and filter change did not include labor and would actually be $60. Then, once work begun I was advised that recommended regular oil change meant synthetic oil is not covered and price would be $80. Dont expect any bargains here.

Ive had my Subaru for almost three years with a service plan. They are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great car and exceptional service.

I just had a great experience with Stohlman, particularly Kelvin. Ive purchased 11 cars in the past two years for my business and have worked with several dealers around Northern VA. This was by far the best buyers experience Ive had thus far. They did the little things -- efficient with paperwork, delivered it to our office, Kelvin was very flexible, and most of all he wasnt pushy and obnoxious like many Ive dealt with. 5 stars.

While I am not happy that the pre-owned Forester I just bought in July already had a part go bad, thats not the service depts fault. I made an appt and they took me on time. Victor was pleasant and clear in his explanations. Jon, with whom Id spoken previously, remembered me and engaged in conversation. The waiting area was comfortable, with free coffee and a (limited) vending machine. In all, the experience was as good as a repair experience can be.

Went late (8:20 pm) to get the license plates for my car. No waiting (except to find a screwdriver), plates were on and I was off in a very short while. Several staff even recognized me! Parking was a snap. And the receptionist offered me water. Of course, I spent a pretty penny when I was there last time!

Very friendly staff, they will get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would caution against simple repairs, they will cost a lot more here than at a regular shop, although most dealerships are that way. My only complaint is they did not wash my car after getting it serviced, not sure if that is not standard in the Subaru world or not.

We recently purchased a 2018 Forester from Stohlman Subaru in Vienna and had a pleasant experience in the process. Alex Yakovlev was our salesman and he was the reason that Stohlman received our business - he was responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions. If he did not know the answer he was polite and found the answer for us, either through research or by asking one of his colleagues.We started our car search using an internet query that notifies several area dealers. Alex was the quickest to respond and the most diligent with our request - which required him to travel to Leesburg to retrieve the vehicle we wanted. We appreciated his assistance as well as the rest of the Stohlman team and we would recommend Stohlman and Alex to any of our friends in the market for a Subaru.

Did a great job scheduling me immediately for a needed repair. Complete 2 hours earlier than estimated. Very busy on Saturday, plan to wait a while if that is your service day.

I take my vehicle here for scheduled maintenance (this is also where I bought it) and find it comfortable to get work done (free Wi-Fi) while waiting. The work always gets done on time and at a fair price. I like that they also give me a heads-up on what to expect at future visits.

Crazy expensive. So many other places in the area will fix problems for 1/2 the price. They also wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for an issue my local garage said is bull. NEVER coming here again. They told me I could leave my car with them as its unsafe to drive and then told me theyd charge me $50 a day, $100 to tow it away, and then the tow yard would charge and I had 48 hours to get my car. Rude and unhelpful on top of a rip off. Plenty of better places around the corner.

Ill be the first to admit when Ive made a HUGE mistake. Not buying my 2015 Forester XT from Tysons was one of them. All the service advisors Ive worked with, Bobby, Martin, Rob and James, have been a huge help.Check in is quick and the guys are always nice. With no appointment for oil change and state inspection yesterday, I was in and out way quicker than expected. Thats not abnormal here. Honestly, I dont recall hearing any customer complaining about times or quality while waiting in the service area. Which by the way is very comfortable and has WiFi so work can continue to bug you.Based on the service department alone, our next Subaru will be purchased here.

I just bought a 2019 Crosstrek from Stohlmann. I communicated with many dealers, and I found that the sales person there, Yama Tohki, was a knowledgeable Subaru fan who gave me the best advice about how to sort through the various offers from the dealers I contacted. Plus, other dealers say they want your business, but Stohlmann meant it. I negotiated with multiple dealers, and no one could touch Stohlmanns deal. I was happy to drive from MD to Vienna to buy a car with more options for less.

I bought and have been servicing my WV Jetta here for sometime but this week I was surprised with the labour charges .Overcharged labour charges and poor customer services .I was charged 4 times the cost of the part as labour. That ratio didnt make sense to me .That is how they lost me as a customer.

Great experience at Stohlman VW family in Tysons! My sales person, Sam Estaniss, was very caring unlike sales representatives in other places, and he worked hard to get me the best deal possible! Nehad was very proffesional but also very kind finance manager. He walked me through each step in finance, which is crucial for me as to fully understand every bit of it (because some placeslike to cheat but here the whole process was transparent). Nobody was pressuring, so I took my time in seeing all of my options to pick the best one (as i’m very indecisive person). Once I made the decision, the rest of the paperwork and finalizing of my deal was pretty smooth and quick. After the wrap up of my deal, I got into my new Jetta SE 2019 (black on black) with a winter package, which was a huge bonus that I didn’t even expect! It is an amazing car that has all i need and even more!!! I’m extremely happy, considering my previous negative experience with Ford and Koons. At Stohlman you’re taken care of from A to Z, and you won’t even need to be stuck at the DMV registering the car and getting plates as it is already done for you! The best convenience as you would know the traffic in there. Driving my new car is such a pleasure and pure joy! Also, it has an Eco feature and overall it saves me a lot of money on gas, and the safety features are awesome! Definitely recommend to shop at Stohlman VW and ask for Sam Estaniss, he is the most honest person who really puts in effort according to customers’ needs!!!

About a month ago I walked in looking for the new 2019 Touareg. Sadly VW discontinued the model. I asked if they had any models on the lot.Sam the salesman was professional friendly and extremely dedicated to customer service. Outside of the business of zeroing down the car I want, Sam made it a point to build a good rapport.
