I recently traveled to Vincennes from out of town and found that a tire on my car had developed a leak. It was after 4:30 pm on a Friday and I wondered if I could find anyone to repair or replace it at that hour. I called Raben and they got me in and repaired the tire within 30 minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I should also note that they charged a very reasonable amount for the tire repair. They could have easily said a new tire was required and made more money, but a quick inexpensive repair was done and the repair has held up perfectly. A big thank you to Raben. They saved my weekend.

Staying the night in Vincennes during a recent trip and discovered a nail in one of our tires. Went to Raben the next morning and they fixed the tire in less than 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. The people there are Outstanding! Everyone from the front desk to the technician were professional, helpful, and friendly.

Raben was told 4 times to rotate tires, make a tire repair and give it a full service. When I got it back the only thing that was done was the tire repair. The only good thing was was they brought my truck back to me at work.

Extremely well pleased with getting the job done the same day. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Safe place for the elderly to do business.

Had a tire pressure issue while traveling. Service was quick and techs knowledgeable. The $91 charge for replacing a pressure sensor (including $20 for valve stem installation and $7+ for shop supplies) was 50% higher than shops in my area (called them after trip was completed). Guess they take advantage of people traveling out of state and no cell signal.

I was on a drive eastbound from Okla back to my home in Virginia. I had stayed the night across the street at the Marriott. In the morning I expected to jump in my car and continue my drive. As I walked up to my car, I saw driver left tire nearly flat - that was the bad news. The good news is that I also saw Raven tire across the street. Limped the car over and walked in. The woman at the front was very friendly and welcoming. Next, a young man from the garage workspace came out to examine each of my four wheels. He pumped the flat one back up and put up on the lift. Long story short, he was extremely polite, informative and helpful. He offered a repair, but suggested a replacement. I chose the replacement and he made it happen very quickly.All in all, I highly recommend anyone going to Raden tire. Not sure if / when I’ll be back through Vincennes, Indiana, big people are fortunate to have this business available. Please pass along my thanks to the young man who fixed my problem. Raben Tire did an excellent job recommending the best tires for my truck and then putting the tires on my truck. I also got my oil changed at the same time. Very pleased with the service I received.

Ive been to Raben tire three times and found them to be courteous, honest, and professional. Twice for tire issues (tires purchased in Virginia) - once because a repair place in another city said my tires were defective. Raben could easily have tried to sell me two new tires but checked them out and assured me the tires were fine. The third time was for an oil & filter change and tire rotational which accomplishec without trying to sell any upgrades or other unnecessary services. Ive been impressed with their service and recommend them highly.

Raben tire is one of the best tire places in town. They are friendly and pretty quick at getting your vehicles taken care of. They have always treated me very well.

Took about 45 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation, however me and my baby (10 months old) had to sit outside because “children aren’t allowed to sit in the waiting room because truck drivers come through” They did refill my windshield wiper fluid, I got quoted on another repair. And the oil change only costed about $54. I would return again because of the price, but definitely don’t bring your kids!

This morning I sent my daughter off to college and as fortune would have it she got about 15 miles from home and today of all days she has a blowout. Well she called Dad and I hurried up and got the tire off, it was about 8 Oclock in the morning and I pulled in and was welcomed and they took care of us fast. Thank you very much.

Any time I go to RaBen I always get the feeling that they care. Very professional staff and always helpful.

They told me they would check out why my car is overheating and leaking antifreeze. They said it was simply a clamp not tightened. Payed 70 dollars. Three days later I’m still leaking antifreeze and my car is still overheating!! Almost to the red. Clearly trying to do as less work as possible.

Took my Jeep in to Raben for the first time. Had new tires mounted and balanced, oil changed, and an alignment done. They topped off my fluids and lubricated my brake pads as well. I would give 5 stars for service, customer experience, and pricing, except one of my wheels has a small chip taken out of it from what Im assuming was caused during the process of putting new tires on the wheels. Not too happy about that.

My boyfriend took his car here for an antifreeze leak & they said it just needed a screw tightened & fixed it for $70. Couple days later the car is still overheating and leaking when they told us they fixed the problem & won’t give us a refund or fix it for us! Now we still have a broken car AND out of $70. Do not recommend!

Unhappy with todays experience. I was booked quickly for the services I needed. I am aware that COVID guidelines for this business limit the waiting area to 2 people at a time. When I arrived there was no one in the customer lounge, so I had my daughter take a seat. I was informed whle waiting at the door to check in by an employee that children are not allowed inside although it is not posted anywhere. A man had returned to the waiting area during this time. His mask was not on. We left and do not intend to rebook for services.

They did a excellent job fixing my car, was fairly priced and went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle to me when I had no transportation

Raben took care of my truck quickly and expertly,my only concern is that Raben wouldnt give me a ride home. I couldnt stay there,but they wouldnt give me a ride in their vehicles because of the covid virus. One of their employees gave me a ride in his private vehicle,and I want to thank him again.

Did a good job with the tire but didn’t tell me what was wrong with the old one and I had to sign a paper saying they destroyed the old one but how do I know that! Also charged me 27.00 just to do a balance and most places do that for free..

Took service truck in a few months ago, asked for breaks all around. Only got front breaks. Came in yesterday and had the rear changed. No big deal. Told them when I called for appointment that bushing was out and needed changed. They said they’d check it out. When guys picked up truck they said they couldn’t see or hear anything wrong. My employees brought truck back to farm and I crawled under truck and you can clearly see metal on metal with the bushing completely gone. So now truck will need appointment somewhere else to correct issue.

They are a nice friendly place to go for auto service. They greet you right away and take care of your needs The Staff are genually experienced in the auto art of Tires. The Lady at the front counter knows Alot about her Shop. They are so nice as well. They have a Clean shop and pop you have while you wait. It is a highly recommended by me. They are so helpful in all they do l appreciate their being in business and would let people know to go there for any kind of Tire Service. They make you feel at home when you have something done also. You leave knowing its dine right also Thank You so much for taking care of my needs.

Definitely my favorite place Ive been to have my oil changed! Very quick and nice people! The waiting area was very clean (unlike some Ive seen) I would highly recommend. I, myself, will definitely be going back to them!

I like going to Raben because they do the best work of anyone I know of. If they do not have the knowledge to fix something, they are not too prideful to let me know. I rest knowing things will be done accordingly.

The only place in the area with a lipless mounting machine. Go here if you have custom rims. They also do patch and plug work like you wouldnt believe. They plugged a hole from a lag bolt in one of my 22 inch medium profile tires. Saved me serious $. Competitive prices on new rubber and rims as well. Best tire shop in Vincennes.

I cant say enough about how great Raben Tire is. They go out of their way to make sure you feel helped and taken care of. When I dropped my car off, I thought I was going to have to walk to work, but they offered to drive me! No auto shop has ever offered to give me a ride anywhere. I am so thankful for them getting me to work on time! Although they do try to add on some services, they dont pressure it like other auto shops. They are extremely respectful and friendly. Last time they helped me, I was down here visiting my now wife before I moved down and got married. I had a flat tire and had to get back up to Wisconsin for work. I called all over the place and nowhere had my size in stock, but when I went to Raben, they helped me more than I could ever ask for. They went above and beyond to help me find new tires for my car. Im happy to say that they will be my primary tire/auto service provider!

Ive lived in Vincennes practically my whole life & been to every tire shop around Knox County. Had bad experiences with all the others. Started going to Raben for several years now which of went sooner. But heard mixed reviews of their pricing, they were wrong cuz I have bought couple sets of tires, had recently both my vehicles tires fixed there & had nothing but great service, always quick, give free rides back to work or home & lowest prices in town!!! Recently had 3 tires fixed for around $65. Trust me you arent gonna find better than that. Most places will say they arent repairable & they need replaced. Not Raben so thank you for saving me money, time, & stress. Awesome all around - its appreciated

Low air pressure warning light came on. Pulled into their shop. Was waited on quickly, since they were busy they gave a free ride home. They called me in about an hour that the tire was repaired and offered me a ride back.

I travel for work and Vicennes is an hour from home for me. One of my tires blew out about 12 miles from work. It was after hours so I had to wait until morning to find another tire. I called Raben and they picked up my car since I couldnt leave. It was returned to me with a brand new tire. Delbert and the others were very nice, professional, and caring. I returned the next week to replace the other three tires. Again, my car was picked up from my work and returned to me. A very convenient and customer pleasing way to do business. Thank you Raben!

Was on my way to an important (unavoidable) meeting when my low pressure warning alert went off. Turned the car around and went straight to Raben. They found a nail in my tire and got me back on the road inside of an hour. Cost was less than anticipated. I will head back in about six weeks to replace the other three with brand new tires. Enjoyed watching Ray & Ben commercials on their TV & laughed out loud at the guy skiing through a corn field.

They were so nice, I came in for an oil change it was finished in no time. And they checked so many things they found that I needed a new filter and battery and they were just very professional Kind and I will definitely go back for all my car needs!

I don’t know who’s on here saying they’re reasonably priced but your smoking something. I didn’t get my oil changed here cause it was going to cost 78$. I’m giving two stars because maybe the service would be ok, but 78$ is not reasonable for an oil change.

They had the best price for four tires installed. They were fast and very safe during this is pandemic. And I got a hospital employee discount.

Good: The only place in the area to offer heavy truck alignments.The outside salesman gives us consistent and reliable service.Bad: I had a 1 oclock appointment for alignment. Also 2 truck tires to put on. Alignment was done in under 1 hour. It took 3 more hours to put on 2 tires. At least 2 other trucks came and went in between times. They never took the initiative to update me on the progress or lack thereof. Next day I had 5 trailer tires. Brought in at 11, and wasnt done by end of the day. This time I decided to leave it thankfully. They did inform me at 4:30.Conclusion question: If you dont take tire appointments, do you put on tires first come first serve or just on a whim. Better communication between shop staff, counter staff, and customer would help the rating.

We dropped our 4 wheeler off before 8 this morning and it is now almost 12:30 and have been here since 11 and it is still not finished. Was told a couple hours when we dropped off and at 10:30 was told it would be another hour.
