I bought vehicles from this dealership for over 20 years with no problems. My last truck I bought was a ram dually 3500 which was in there shop more times than I can even remember. They never could fix the problem even though the same code was in the truck with the light on every single time. It also had several other problems along the way that they fixed but we had lots of problems with there repairs(screw fell out,dead batteries,radio not working,screen dead). Service manager does not return calls and the service departmentwas not very nice at all. I even dropped my truck off once with 3/4 tank of fuel and when I picked it up 3 weeks later the fuel light was on. Th e only thing that was good about the dealership was the salesman they have (ERIC and Josh)

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter on Thursday. When I was there I fell in love with a Ford Mustang. I was given the details of the vehicle then, never told it was sold. Pulled in this morning the vehicle still on the lot. Went inside asked for a salesperson (unfortunately Clint was off, his customer service was superb Thursday). The salesperson who was there today didn’t even have the decency to get out of his chair and come talk to us. We were there to purchase the Ford Mustang, he told us it was sold. Before we left the lot we drove by the vehicle, no sold sign on it. I called inside thinking they made a mistake. The salesperson was very rude and I was told it sold two weeks ago. The point isn’t that the car was sold, the point is the unprofessionalism. Unfortunately you lost a customer today and any further business in the future.

I had purchased a Chevy Cruze and started having some issues with it after taking it to memering to be looked at I found out that it had been wrecked and it was going to cost around $500 to fix properly. Pretty upset by the whole thing I loved my car but it turned out it wasn’t safe to drive. So they talked me into buying another vehicle which I still have but I will not be making another purchase from them I’ll be going back to memering.

We were disappointed however after having purchased several vehicles and used their service dept multiple times my husband asked for a bb cap and they wouldnt give him one. That made their four star a three. That was very sad to me.

Brought my vehicle in there had under 100,000 miles on it got my bill and there were needed a bunch of other unnecessary charges for example a coolant flush and other things. The lady working the desk was rude to her customers over charges them and impolite to her employees all this I witnessed as my vehicle was being serviced. other than that service was quick

Service dept pretty much stole all my money, only fixed half of the issue I took it in for and now my car smokes like crazy and it has never smoked before I took it into them. Then when my wife tried to show them the issue they called me a liar..what kind of backwoods a** backwards operation are you running there. Then to call your customer a liar after you screwed up my vehicle.

We just moved to the area and had a few oil changes paid for through a service contract we purchased from the dealership near our previous home. My wife took our vehicle in to redeem one of these oil changes and leaves with a $90 bill. This $90 paid for a tire rotation, a rear wiper blade, a windshield washer nozzle, and engine oil additive.... NONE of which she asked them to do. On top of the unsolicited parts and labor, when she asked them to tell her why the check engine light was on, they said they couldnt, as it would have to be at a schedule appointment. So something any Advanced Auto Parts or Autozone will do for free anytime, a dealership who might want future sales/service business cant be bothered? Thanks for showing your hand first time around. Also, be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people.
