I bought keys online and had them cut here which I had to pay for them to be cut and they were cut wrong. I went back to get a refund and the gave me the refund for the cut but not the 20 I had to spend on the keys. They told me that the wouldn’t be able to give me the money for the keys I BOUGHT, and they messed up. Awesome job 👍

I tell you right now the big chains they have a lot of stuff in them this is true. Ace hardware has most of that same stuff. If you need lumber they will cut it for you. You need piping they will cut it for you. Customer service there is beyond anything you can find at Lowes or home Depot. I have walked through both of those chains and looked totally lost and no one has suggested or inquired that I might need some help. I walk into Ace and they say is there anything I can help you with? And they often say to me you may need this or that however for your needs you dont need the most expensive. They give me options I can try and if it doesnt work, they also give me the option of returning that item and having it replaced with a stronger version. However theyve always been right so far!

A one star is being very generous! Last week we needed an item that showed in stock at the Ace store in Vineland. Since it would take us over an hour round trip to get there, my husband called the store to confirm the item was in stock. We wanted to get two and the wonan said they had 6 great! Not! I get to the store and a gentlenen helped me look for the item. The item was not on the shelf. They had similar items but not what my husband called about. After I called to let my husband know that they didnt have it he called the store and talked to I guess the manager? All I heard from the conversation was the manager asking who he talked to and when he called bleh bleh bleh. The manager at some point must have asked the woman that apparently answers the phone if she talked to someone and said they had the product in stock and she denied it. Then the manager is implying that my husband didnt call and wasnt told the item was in stock. If the wonan in the store made a mistake OWN UP TO IT. Denying it only makes it worse. So thumbs down to this store and thanks for wasting my time and gas! THIS ACE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BE OUR PLACE!

Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating.The atmosphere gives a “Mom & Pop” type feel, with all the newest products, as well as having a fair amount of older products in stock.Prices are competitive, while their customer rewards program can reduce costs significantly.

Sis not have the bolts we were looking for. When we asked the guy there, he showed bus ones we said we could not use them, he said they would go into the wood, and when we said no, he said well we dont have them and walked away. Im sorry that was rude. You make one suggestion and walk away? Never again will I go to Ace!!

Nice store, like many Ace Hardwares it has a large selection pack into a smallish space.

Its in between your box store Hardware Store and your Local Owned Hardware Store.Not as good as your local owned hardware store { they are still the best } but definitely much better than the big box store.The employees at this particular ACE Store are friendly, polite, knowledgeable & eager to help !

The worst shopping experience in my life. Im 48 and never been thrown out of anywhere. But apparently you have 2 speed shop or one employee with tattoos on her neck. Will make u leave cause you do make her feel comfortable. That was her reason for throwing me out. Maybe try restocking your store so I can find what I need. Will never shop there again. And make sure everyone I know does the same

Was shopping for a chainsaw and Tyler was more then helpful. As a matter of fact he sold me up to an 18in. saw from a 16in. Had a problem with a gift card I had received as a present.Tyler actually called the ACE on Marco trying to fix the problem along with a Manager and the girl at the counter. Very pleasant shopping experience since they went Above and Beyond...I will DEFINITELY shop there again..You should try them.ACE on East Ave in Vineland...

They still offer the hometown service with a smile, long gone at the big box stores.

Havent seen a hardware store like this one in a while. They have so much in that place its hard to believe. If you need a hard to find fastener or fitting theyll probably have it. Not to mention all of your normal hardware like paint, yard items and plumbing. Go there you wont be disappointed.

Always polite. They always have what my fiance needs in regards to nuts, bolts, specialty bits. Its layout is great amd easy to navigate. They even have a couple drinks at the check out as well as candy and munchies if you get hungry on the way out and dont have time to stop somewhere else.

Upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I forgot my wallet at home. Only had 3.58 in my pocket. Needed never seize that was 3.59 plus tax. Without me asking, an employee gave me a dollar after asking me if I needed any help finding anything.

I come here on a weekly basis. Very friendly staff that are always willing to help you. They have pretty much anything you could need or want for your home.

I shop at the Ace located at Lincoln & Dante. Very helpful and much better than going to the big chain stores where, even though there seem to be many employees, there is never anyone around to help. AND, Ace DOES NOT have self service check outs, which are always a problem. You buy your product, pay at the register and out the door you go.
