Been using Tills for years, but since they changed to NCS, they have adopted less than satisfactory customer service!!Its almost like they can not be bothered to go the extra mile, unlike the previous owners.Also there lacquer color matches have also gone down hill, and I wasnt to particular, but when I ordered another gallon of a previous match it was always way of.

Very poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone and it always seems like you’re bothering them when you ask a question.

Nice place to get automotive body supplies clean and staff was good as well
