I enjoy shopping here as the staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. Their prices are also very reasonable when it comes to ammo, definitely a lot better than buying online.

There website says they do financing. So I proceeded to print out two paystubs, my bank statements for two months, and took a day off to head up there from work. (I live in Norfolk.)(work at the ocean front) when I got there I was warmly greated by the manager but after a question or two I was informed that they no longer do financing. Why do they advertise that they do financing but they don’t? Seem very misleading and a huge waste of time and resources on my end

I’ve used Defensive Tactics for their FFL dealer services on several occasions. They were very friendly, but professional. I’ve found them to be priced right for the FFL service.

Friendly, although unmasked staff, awkward and uncomfortable experience for an immunocomp. Very limited inventory, outrageous prices on CRKT Chinese made knives, fair on Ka-Bar. My biggest issue was that I went there for .357 and 12 ga. 00 ammunition. Nope. Getting more? When? No idea. Have to go to a megastore for common ammo.

Went for the first time because of a sale I had heard about, on the radio. This store is not about all the window dressing and get comfortable and stay awhile like many retailers. Its about defense. More than one sale was going on and I should have planned on spending more! Staff was informative and friendly. No need to go anywhere else if you start here. Plenty of stock to see.

Love the fact that you do not get talked down to when you ask questions. They understand that not everyone is an expert (unlike Superior). Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

They were very informative, there were 3 associates working that day, 2 were patient and the other was not, it was a young lady. She was fast talking and impatient with customers. Overall the associate that helped us was informative. We caught a sale and came out very satisfied.

If you happen to have any questions about the legal aspects of gun ownership, just ask the owner Tim Anderson. Hes an excellent criminal attorney and his law firm is located just a few doors down.

Stopped in to ask about the Utah non-resident concealed permit and the girl behind the counter didnt listen to me when I explained what I needed. Her response was as if she was reading out of a textbook. I found her to be rude and condescending.
