I chose Grahams as one of the options provided by my insurance company when I got hit by another car and needed some body work. They were very prompt and very good about communicating with me every step of the way. I got emails and texts and the work was flawless. Im very impressed.

Great customer service. I have taken two cars in and they always come out looking good. Plus, the customer service is much better than a lot of places I have been to.

They keep you waiting while they are just talking, they dont feel the sense of urgency even if you have an appointment.You also get person X for your appointment when you show up they dont even bother looking for that person, person Y works on your appointment without any explation whatsoever. That sucks.

THESE GUYS GIVE A BAD NAME TO THE OTHER GOOD REPAIR SHOPS! I took my car there a few years back and it appeared to be repaired when I picked it up a month after dropping it off. Little did I know it had body filler 3 inches thick in some places and they completely cracked the metal structure of the cars permanent rear quarter trying to pull a dent. It was apparent to me that the high schoolers they had working on the vehicles were a few classes short of a diploma. I only found this out after having to get the car touched up at another shop in northern virginia a month later because things were still not right. It cost as much to get it RE-REPAIRED from the damage and bad job Grahams did on it as it did at first for them to repair it. They have completely lost my trust as an auto body repair shop for lying, trying to do the quickest and cheapest job while charging my insurance thousands and insisting that I give them a good review numerous times during the pick-up process.

The team makes your repair look like the accident never happened. Great customer service.
