I visited this location two consecutive Saturdays in the month of august and then the month of September. The first time the wait was 3 hours and I was told it was because it was only two ppl working. Which for it to be only 2 other cars seemed a bit much. But today I visited this location again, and I was told the wait would be an hour. At the same time I noticed the employee from last week pulling his vehicle in the bay in front of me. So my question is why should I wait and hour after getting off of work myself, just for a jiffy lube employee to get his vehicle oil changed during regular business hours ?? This location has always been pretty lack luster but this just solidified nothings changed since I visited years ago. I’m actual surprised they’re still open the way they do business.

This place is all about the upcharge which I understand. But, the cost of the Signature Service you see advertised does not include the oil apparently. I was shown a handheld screen scrolling through the different types of oil and I said I just wanted what is used in the $29.95 cost thats advertised. He told me that was for the labor of putting the oil in. I dont really buy that but it cost a whole lot more. This also included a vacuum which was the worse, Im not even sure it was vacuumed since tissues were still on the floor. I had taken the time to remove everything before going there and had vacuumed it myself a couple weeks earlier.

Jiffy Lube was great !!! My daughter and I brought my Dodge Caravan in for an oil change. The service technician was pleasant . His crew changed my oil within a 20 minute time period.

Date of service: September 1st, 2021I came in to get my oil change on my 2017 huyndai Accent. The african American girl with tatoos had NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, she didnt greet or anything, she just came and stood right at my door a d started staring at me, looking like she was being bothered or something. After she took the info, I went inside and waited. 20 to 25 minutes later, my car was ready. Ive been changing my oil here for over 2 years and everytime I get an oil change, they hand me a booklet with discounts. This time the girl didnt even bother to do that until I asked for one. As soon as I got in my car few minutes into the road, I noticed my tire air sensor was still on from before I went in to get my oil change. They ALWAYS fill tires, but this time they didnt. Whats even worse is that few minutes later, I am being told on the boulevard that my tire is FLAT. From the worst customer service to the bad car service, I am never coming back to this location. Ive had better customer service here before, but the one working yesterday, it seemed like they just didnt care.

Words cant describe the excellent service I received. I am not from this area and recommend this place to anyone. After I pulled up, a gentleman came to me and said my last name and asked if I was there for an oil change. I was shocked they pulled up my information even before got out of my car to speak to someone. The way this gentleman spoke to me was so proper and he presented himself with so much professionalism. As they began working on my car, another costumer came in. She was also in for an oil change. While we waited, the guy doing maintenance on my car came to me asking if I wanted to replace my engine filter bc it was disgusting. I didnt even know what an engine filter was. I am blessed to have had service from these men who went up and beyond of what I came in there to do.

These guys are great! The other day while driving on 264 I felt a pop and then my steering got really stiff and within a minute or two my vehicle started overheating. I was able to pull off the highway and luckily they were the first parking lot I was able to pull into. They came on out and took a look under the hood and saw that the serpentine belt had snapped and wrapped itself around the fan. They helped me push my truck into the garage and fixed it up for me no problem. 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone.

Went to get just an oil change and they checked all the fluids and filters,cleaned the interior and windows, checked the air in the tires.I was really impressed at how fast and efficient they were and very polite.

I LOVE this place! I always bring our cars here when they need an oil change.My husband is currently on deployment and he has a Mustang GT. The GT has a large computer system in it and it confuses the hell out of me. The car kept telling me the tires were low. I brought the car in and they checked the tire pressure for me. They filled up the tires and reprogrammed the tire censor on the car. This place has the BEST costumer service. I feel so well taken care of. Thanks again guys! I really appreciate you!

I went to get my oil checked as well as my tires. I requested that my oil be topped off if needed. I was asked what type of oil I used. I told the female I did not know. There should be something noted in my file. I googled to find out. The young female than asked me what my tire pressure should be. I checked and told her. Lastly, once I was finished, I had to be guided out. I had to back up because the male employee had the other car to park quite is a to me. I have never had that experience. Please note I have one good eye. After driving away, I smelled something burning. I immediately called to ask the female if she over flowed the oil because I smelled something burning. She said she had not put too much oil in my vehicle. As a long time customer, I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service rendered. The young lady was sweet, though she lacked confidence in her position. What a scary experience.

Was told the oil change would take 30-40 minutes, ended up being almost two hours. That’s what happens when 90% of your shift is a smoke break and the other 10% is actually working on the vehicles. There were only two people in the waiting room, no reason for something simple to take this long.... Pretty unprofessional. I guess they just tell people it’ll be quicker so they get their business, and then spend their day just hanging out and working when they’re good and ready. Just gonna go somewhere else next time

This shop illustrates the definition of TEAMWORK! They work hard and I can see for myself, they love what they do. They might get busy, and you may have to wait, but its worth the while! Great job!!

This place is awesome! I went for an oil change but they inspected tires, brakes, etc and gave honest recommendations about what needed to be fixed now and what could late til later. Best of all, there were almost all women working here! They were courteous, competent and trustworthy. Will definitely be going back.

Was double charged for the same service, manager told me I had to call this 1-800 number to get my refund back, that 1-800 number told me that the manager would have to refund the money to my card in store. All that for the manager to tell me there’s mother herself or the DM could do to reverse the payment.... what in the hell is wrong with this company!? You have no problem taking my money but nobody seems to be able to give it back when you over charge me!? Pathetic!! Don’t go here and waste your time and especially waste your money. Literally anywhere is better than this.In talking with my bank it’s actually been a problem for multiple jiffy lubes. Don’t do business with these scandals. STAY AWAY...FAR FAR AWAY!!

I had just filled up three of my tires with air but I continued to have issues filling my driver side tire. I stopped by Jiffy Lube and they were not open yet. I thought I had a valve stem problem but they came out before they were open and filled up my tire. They did not charge me anything! Now that is old fashioned customer service. Got my oil change here last august 17 and today I just noticed the oil pressure light on my car kept flickering, so I parked my car and checked the oil and it was empty.. I went to the mechanic and he said the oil drain plug wasn’t tighten, so it cause the oil to dripped.. He said whoever did my oil change didn’t fully tighten it and I was lucky that my car didn’t overheat and the engine is still okay.. if you’re planning to do your oil change I don’t recommend on going to this location..

Morons. I took my companies fleet vehicle here at 9am. I offered the guy at the desk my fleet service ticket and said youre going to need this. He said, nah, man well take that when were done. So I go across the street to grab some breakfast. I come back about an hour later, and the truck was in the parking lot. They were all bustling about the shop changing tires and had nobody to help customers. After waiting another 10 minutes assuming my truck was done, they finally found time to inform me THEY HAVENT WORKED ON MY TRUCK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE FLEET TICKET.Enraged, I said forget it Ill go somewhere else. They gave my keys, I left and went somewhere else to get an oil change..Find out when I got to the next place to get an oil change: guess what? They had forgot to put the oil cap back on!! Morons.

Purchased the Groupon for an oil change. They were very polite and didnt pressure me to get anything additional. Obviously they pointed out what they recommended needed to be done to my car, but I didnt feel that uncomfortable pressure that you usually get at an autoshop. I really appreciated that.

Need battery put in, cut out work early try get there before closing, showed up couple minutes after 5 were kind enough take 10 mins put battery in instead of me going without having wait next day. Only one many issues From lemon of local used car dealer. Cant say anything go being local ANYHOW.

Mechanics are allergic to work, they appear to only want to serve locals, favorites. attempted to have a tire balanced and put on my truck, they stood around like they were stupid. then served three other people who arrive after me.

$50 for an oil change - ok I get it. But I didnt ask them to clean my interior - and what they did was smear all my windows, leave grease hand prints where they climbed into my SUV, and leave trash on my floor. I saved a couple hours by getting my oil changed but now Im losing the hours by having to clean my car. Dont go here.

I took my car and my wife’s car over. Worst mistake I had done. They dropped a stand on my wife’s suv and they also left some tools on my car by the windshield wipers. Now I have to take some time off of work to take my wife’s suv to get an estimate so they can cover the repair. (plus if I have to leave the car over I have to get a rental) please don’t take your car over btw they were not gonna tell me about the damage on my wife car but I saw what happened so I had to confront the guy and he played like he didn’t know what happened .

I had a great experience having my oil changed here the only thing I think they could work better on is working fast. My car was the only one in the shop and it took them 45 mins to get the job done.

Got my oil changed here and after the inspection they told me my brakes were in good shape. A week later my calipers were grinding away on my rotors because the brake pads were totally worn away. Either they didnt inspect the pads like they said or they are just plain awful. Both options point to this place being questionable to flat out worthless.

Ive been down to this place after getting a Groupon online for a better pricing then down with my car to three of their locations and they never had an oil filter for my car three locations in a row after that I went down to a local place down the road and they had the oil filter they were way more better pricing on the synthetic oil better than the Groupon deal

Took my car to get oil change was told I had an oil leak so they use an oversize plug which crack my oil pan didnt know until I went to get it repaired which my mechanic let me me know that j lube was responsible for so I give j lube a call they really gave me a hard time I highly dont recommend this place and they will never get my business again they cost me 13 hundred dollars there not trust worthy at all I wish that place the worst !!!🖕
